Abstract
一种应用于天然气开采、收集、输送的天然气疏水阀,其特点是杠杆浮球采用板条加强筋和连接管加强筋,加强浮球的抗高压强度,在有限阀内空间里,利用杠杆原理,经三级杠杆转换,把浮球的行程转换在阀体的中轴线上,节省空间,提高浮球的开启浮力。该疏水阀采用陶瓷阀座和陶瓷阀芯,延长了疏水阀的使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种高压天然气疏水阀,尤其是用于天然气采集、加压、输送的汽液分离的高压疏水阀。
背景技术
目前,市场上普遍使用的高压天然气疏水阀,经常出现杠杆浮球扁了,杠杆浮球抗压力不够,无法使高压杠杆浮球正常工作。为了提高杠杆浮球浮力,用网袋捆了很多小浮球,各种情况都见过。
发明内容
为了解决杠杆浮球浮力小,抗压强度差的难题,本发明公开了一种立式高压天然气疏水阀,其特征是根据阀体的直径空间,把浮球尽量做大,在杠杆浮球内焊上环形板条加强筋和连接管加强筋,提高杠杆浮球的浮力和抗压强度,在有限的空间里,经过三级杠杆转换,把浮球的行程转换在阀体的中轴线上,节省空间,提高杠杆浮球的临界开启力。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。如图所示,立式高压天然气疏水阀主要是由上阀体(1)天然气混合液入口(2)压力表接口(3)平衡管口(4)天然气出口(5)螺母(6)杠杆浮球(7)浮球连接杆(8)环形板条加强筋(9)杠杆2(10)轴销3(11)连接板1(12)轴销2(13)杠杆1(14)阀芯(15)陶瓷珠(16)阀座法兰(17)陶瓷阀座(18)O型橡胶圈(19)凝结水出口(20)法兰垫(21)阀座套(22)排污堵头(23)阀座连接法兰(24轴销1(25)杠杆支架1(26)杠杆支架2(27)轴销4(28)轴销5(29)轴销8(30)连接板2(31)轴销6(32)轴销7(33)下阀体(34)杠杆3(35)法兰垫(36)螺栓/螺母(37)浮球连接管(38)共同组成。该疏水阀主要特征是根据阀体(1)的直径空间把杠杆浮球(7)尽量做大,在杠杆浮球(7)内焊上环形板条加强筋(9)和浮球连接管(38)加强筋,提高杠杆浮球(7)的浮力和抗压强度,在有限的空间里,经过三级杠杆转换把杠杆浮球(7)的行程转换在阀体(1)的中轴线上,节省空间,提高杠杆浮球(7)的临界开启力。
当天然气混合液进入时,天然气上升,经平衡管口(4)回流,凝结水不断进入,凝结水液位上升,杠杆浮球(7)随液位上浮,带动三级转换杠杆开启疏水阀芯陶瓷珠(16),凝结水靠压差经陶瓷阀座(18)由凝液出口排出。当凝结水停止进入时,杠杆浮球(7)随液位升降调节疏水阀工作。该疏水阀结构紧凑,杠杆浮球浮力大,抗压强度高,疏水量大,工作性能稳定,能满足各种工况的高压天然气疏水阀要求。

1.一种应用于天然气开采、收集、输送的天然气疏水阀,其特征是:根据疏水阀阀体的直径空间,把浮球尽量做大,在杠杆浮球内焊上环形板条加强筋和连接管加强筋,提高杠杆浮球的浮力和抗压强度,在有限的空间里,经过三级杠杆转换,把杠杆浮球的行程转换在阀体的中轴线上,节省空间,提高杠杆浮球的临界开启力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立式高压天然气疏水阀,其特征是:疏水阀杠杆浮球采用环形板条加强筋和连接管加强筋,使杠杆浮球抗高压强度增强。
3.根据权利要求1所述的立式高压天然气疏水阀,其特征是:疏水阀经过三级杠杆转换,把杠杆浮球行程转换到阀体的中轴线上,节省阀体空间,提高了杠杆浮球的开启浮力。
4.根据权利要求1所述的立式高压天然气疏水阀,其特征是:疏水阀采用了陶瓷阀座和陶瓷阀珠,延长了疏水阀的使用寿命。
