Abstract
The invention discloses an integrated cup-shaped pipe joint, which relates to the field of cup-shaped pipe joints and comprises the following components: the pipe body comprises a side wall and an inner cavity formed by the side wall, wherein the side wall is provided with a first through hole and a second through hole which are oppositely arranged, the inner wall of the side wall is also provided with a supporting part, and the supporting part is arranged along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the side wall and is close to the first through hole and the second through hole; the valve seat is positioned in the inner cavity, and one end of the valve seat is propped against the supporting part; one end of the valve shaft is arranged on the first through hole, the other end of the valve shaft passes through the second through hole and is at least partially positioned outside the pipe body, and the parts of the valve shaft positioned in the first through hole and the second through hole are sealed; the valve plate is positioned in the inner cavity and is fixed on the valve shaft; and a sealing pair disposed between the support portion, the valve seat, and the valve plate for forming a sealing structure with the valve plate. The integrated cup-shaped pipe joint is safe and reliable and has a compact structure.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cup-shaped pipe joints, in particular to an integrated cup-shaped pipe joint.
Background
The cup-shaped pipe joint is an inlet connecting piece for outboard cooling water to pass through a ship shell, and the side valve is a first sealing locking device after the cooling water enters the ship, so that the side valve serves as a portal of a sea-going system for improving safety, plays a role of quick closing when a system pipeline leaks, and generally needs to be directly connected with the cup-shaped pipe joint. Due to the shortage of space, the size of the side valve cannot be exceeded, which places high demands on the size of the side valve, especially in large-bore line systems.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an integrated cup-shaped pipe joint which is safe, reliable and compact in structure.

the pipe body comprises a side wall and an inner cavity formed by the side wall, wherein a first through hole and a second through hole which are oppositely arranged are formed in the side wall, a supporting part is further arranged on the inner wall of the side wall, and the supporting part is arranged along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the side wall and is close to the first through hole and the second through hole;
the valve seat is positioned in the inner cavity, and one end of the valve seat is propped against the supporting part;
one end of the valve shaft is arranged on the first through hole, the other end of the valve shaft passes through the second through hole and is at least partially positioned outside the pipe body, and the parts of the valve shaft positioned in the first through hole and the second through hole are sealed;
a valve plate positioned within the interior cavity and secured to the valve shaft; and
and the sealing pair is arranged among the supporting part, the valve seat and the valve plate and is used for forming a sealing structure with the valve plate.
In the above aspect, the support portion is a protrusion extending in a radial direction of the pipe body along a circumferential direction of the inner wall of the side wall.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
the integrated cup-shaped pipe joint comprises a pipe body, a valve seat, a valve shaft, a valve plate and a sealing pair. After the first through hole and the second through hole are formed in the pipe body and the supporting portion is arranged on the inner wall of the side wall of the pipe body, the valve seat, the valve shaft and the valve plate of the side valve can be integrated on the cup-shaped pipe joint, the space size is saved, and convenience is brought to overall arrangement. In addition, due to the adoption of the soft sealing structure of the valve shaft sealing ring, the valve shaft sealing ring is reliable in sealing, good in performance and easy to detach, a valve shell is omitted, and production cost and maintenance cost are greatly reduced.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an integrated cup-shaped pipe joint, which includes a pipe body 1, a valve seat 2, a valve shaft 3, a valve plate 4, and a sealing pair 5.
The pipe body 1 comprises a side wall 11 and an inner cavity 12 formed by the side wall 11, wherein a first through hole 13 and a second through hole 14 which are oppositely arranged are formed in the side wall 11, a supporting portion 15 is further arranged on the inner wall of the side wall 11, and the supporting portion 15 is arranged along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the side wall 11 and is close to the first through hole 13 and the second through hole 14.
The support portion 15 in the present invention is a protrusion extending in the radial direction of the pipe body 1 along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the side wall 11. The support portion 15 is mainly used to support the seal pair 5.
The valve seat 2 is located in the inner chamber 12, and one end of the valve seat 2 abuts against the support portion 15. The valve seat 2 is used for fixing the sealing pair 5, and a valve seat gland 6 is further arranged on the valve seat 2 for better fixing the sealing pair 5.
One end of the valve shaft 3 is arranged on the first through hole 13, the other end passes through the second through hole 14 and is at least partially positioned outside the pipe body 1, and the parts of the valve shaft 3 positioned in the first through hole 13 and the second through hole 14 are arranged in a sealing way. The valve shaft 3 is also provided with a valve shaft gland 7, the valve shaft gland 7 is positioned at the port of the first through hole 13, and the valve shaft gland 7 mainly plays a role in stabilizing the valve shaft 3.
In addition, the part of the valve shaft 3 positioned in the first through hole 13 is also sleeved with a first shaft sleeve 31, the part of the valve shaft 3 positioned in the second through hole 14 is also sleeved with a second shaft sleeve 32, the inner walls of the first shaft sleeve 31 and the second shaft sleeve 32 are both provided with grooves, and a valve shaft sealing ring is arranged in each groove, so that the sealing effect is achieved.
The second through hole 14 in the invention is a step hole, the step hole comprises an upper hole and a lower hole, the second shaft sleeve 32 is positioned in the lower hole, and the part of the valve shaft 3 positioned in the upper hole is also sleeved with the bearing 8.
The valve plate 4 is located within the interior chamber 12 and is secured to the valve shaft 3. Specifically, the valve plate 4 is keyed to the valve shaft 3. The valve plate 4 is driven by the valve shaft 3, and the valve plate 4 realizes opening and closing of the valve when rotating in the inner cavity 12.
The integrated cup-shaped tube segment according to the invention further comprises a drive means 9, which drive means 9 are fixed to the part of the valve shaft 3 located outside said tube body 1. The valve shaft 3 is driven to rotate by the driving device 9, and then the valve plate 4 is controlled to rotate, so that the valve can be opened and closed.
The sealing pair 5 is provided between the support portion 15, the valve seat 2 and the valve plate 4 for forming a sealing structure with the valve plate 4.
In summary, the present invention provides the first through hole 13 and the second through hole 14 on the pipe body 1, and the supporting portion 15 on the inner wall of the sidewall 11, so that the valve seat 2, the valve shaft 3 and the valve plate 4 of the side valve can be integrated on the cup-shaped pipe section, thereby saving the space size and bringing convenience to the overall arrangement. In addition, due to the adoption of the soft sealing structure of the valve shaft sealing ring, the valve shaft sealing ring is reliable in sealing, good in performance and easy to detach, a valve shell is omitted, and production cost and maintenance cost are greatly reduced.

a valve seat (2) located in the inner cavity (12), wherein one end of the valve seat (2) is propped against the supporting part (15);
a valve shaft (3), one end of which is arranged on the first through hole (13), the other end passes through the second through hole (14) and is at least partially positioned outside the pipe body (1), and the parts of the valve shaft (3) positioned in the first through hole (13) and the second through hole (14) are sealed;
a valve plate (4) which is located in the inner cavity (12) and is fixed on the valve shaft (3); and
a sealing pair (5) arranged between the support part (15), the valve seat (2) and the valve plate (4) and used for forming a sealing structure with the valve plate (4);
the part of the valve shaft (3) positioned in the first through hole (13) is also sleeved with a first shaft sleeve (31);
