When the outer ratchet tube is pressed down, the rubber tube contracts the upper cone to move downwards, the slips are supported, clamping is achieved, and meanwhile the rubber tube is sealed in a seat mode. Background
The oil well casing causes the leakage phenomenon of the casing due to the reasons of well cementation quality, connecting threads, stratum movement, corrosion and the like, and brings adverse factors to the construction of oil well measures and influences the crude oil yield. Once the leakage condition of the non-producing layer of the oil well occurs, the leakage point must be determined before the restoration is implemented, the method for verifying the leakage point of the casing is generally to adopt a bidirectional pressure-bearing packer, seal the annulus of the oil casing at the position above the producing layer, and verify the casing in a casing pressurization mode. However, in the conventional two-way pressure-bearing packer, adverse factors exist to different degrees in the construction process of checking the sleeve, so that the construction is not smooth, and the problem of missing positions cannot be accurately judged.
Such as: slip type bidirectional pressure-bearing packer: the slip type bidirectional pressure-bearing packer is not suitable for verifying that the leakage point is constructed at a shallower and deeper position from a wellhead, the poor sealing is caused by insufficient hanging weight of the pipe column in shallow construction, and the sealing is difficult due to difficult track conversion of slips in deep construction. The upper surface and the lower surface of the slip are conical surfaces and are matched with contact surfaces on the upper cone and the lower cone.
The invention has the beneficial effects that when the outer ratchet barrel is pressed down, the rubber barrel contracts the upper cone to move downwards, the slips are supported, the clamping is realized, and meanwhile, the rubber barrel is sealed in a seat. Reliable sealing can be realized, and cast iron materials are used for the upper joint and the lower joint, so that the drilling is convenient. The ratchet tooth engagement realizes reliable seat sealing.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a bidirectional pressure-bearing packer comprises an outer ratchet 1, an upper joint 2, a central tube 3, a rubber cylinder 4, a rubber cylinder seat 5, an upper cone 6, an outer cylinder 7, slips 8, a lower cone 9 and a lower joint 10; the lower part of the upper joint is in threaded connection with the upper part of the central tube, the upper part of the outer ratchet barrel is in sliding fit with the upper joint, the middle part of the outer ratchet barrel and the corresponding position of the central tube are respectively provided with ratchet teeth which are matched with each other, the ratchet teeth can clamp the outer ratchet barrel and the central tube, the lower part of the outer ratchet barrel is matched with the upper part of the rubber barrel, namely, the lower part of the outer ratchet barrel is propped against the upper part of the rubber barrel, namely, the lower part of the rubber barrel is propped against the rubber barrel seat, the upper part of the upper cone is inserted into the rubber barrel seat, the lower part of the upper cone is matched with the upper part of the slips, and particularly, the upper surface and the lower surface of the slips are conical surfaces and are matched with contact surfaces on the upper cone and the lower cone. The lower part of the slip is matched with the upper part of the lower cone, the outer cylinder is sleeved on the slip and connected with the lower cone, a round hole is formed in the outer cylinder sleeve, the slip extends out of the round hole, and the lower part of the lower cone is matched with the upper part of the lower joint.
