When the sensing equipment monitors that the water quality in the well reaches the standard when the sensing equipment does not rain, a drainage valve 15 and a drainage mechanism are opened for drainage; otherwise, the sewage interception gate 14 or the water pump 16 is opened to carry out sewage disposal;
