鼓泡鼓动气冷热法生产氯化地沟油-70方法
(一)技术领域:本发明涉及一种生产氯化地沟油-70的方法,属生产氯化石蜡技术领域。
(二)背景技术:“强制循环鼓动法生产氯化石蜡装置”(原专利号: 87106851.6)其技术方案是:将氯气送入反应釜空间,氯气和反应生成的氯化氢气体抽出,经喷射泵和贮液槽,被水吸收,余下氯气鼓压进鼓动器,如此连续快速反应。但用于生产氯化石蜡速度还不够理想,尤其是生产高氯化石蜡产品,到反应后期,速度趋缓。
(三)发明内容:本发明的任务是基于对原87106851.6发明专利的一种改进,提供一种更快的生产氯化地沟油-70的方法,采取的技术方案是在其反应釜内另加装上鼓泡器,由氯源供应的氯气直接通入鼓泡器,对反应釜内物料进行鼓泡。这样在强制循环鼓动下再加上鼓泡提高反应速度。在装置鼓动器与循环部分出口之间串联换热器,对进入鼓动器的反应气体先进行加热或者冷却后通入鼓动器,确保最佳反应温度。把地沟油进行熬制,分层去除杂质、杂物、水份,加热150℃左右后,以活性白土脱色,再经过压滤,再经过热水水洗降盐度,再分层去水后,投入釜中反应,生产操作如传统热氯化鼓泡法生产氯化石蜡。
(四)具体实施方式:一套“强制循环鼓动法生产氯化石蜡装置”,使用500升反应釜,其反应釜内再加装上现有通行的鼓泡器。用换热面2.5 米2的换热器串联在鼓动器与循环部分出口之间,把地沟油进行熬制,分层去除杂质、杂物、水份,加热150℃左右后,以活性白土脱色,再经过压滤,再经过热水水洗降盐度,再分层去水后,投入釜中反应,生产操作如传统热氯化鼓泡法生产氯化石蜡。
本发明操作与“强制循环鼓动法生产氯化石蜡装置”同。料温低,换热器加热,反之冷却。

1.一种鼓泡鼓动气冷热法生产氯化地沟油-70方法,包括把氯气和氯化氢气体抽出,氯化氢气体在喷射泵和贮液槽被水吸收,余下氯气鼓压进鼓动器,如此连续,其特征是:氯气直接放入釜内鼓泡器,鼓动器与循环部分出口之间串联换热器,对反应气体加热或冷却,把地沟油进行熬制,分层去除杂质、杂物、水份,加热150℃左右后,以活性白土脱色,再经过压滤,再经过热水水洗降盐度,再分层去水后,投入釜中反应,生产操作如传统热氯化鼓泡法生产氯化石蜡。
