Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of white cement processing, and particularly relates to a high-efficiency white cement clinker bleaching machine.
Background
In the cement production process, in order to improve the whiteness of cement, a cooling and bleaching process is adopted, namely, the produced high-temperature cement clinker is rapidly cooled to about 550 ℃ in a water cooling mode, so that most of liquid phase in the clinker is not crystallized to become a glass body, and meanwhile, the water vapor generated by cooling ensures that the existing low-valence iron minerals in the clinker are not oxidized, thereby achieving the bleaching effect.
When the existing technology is used for bleaching the clinker, cooling water cannot be fully and comprehensively sprayed to the surface of the cement clinker, so that the clinker at high temperature is not uniformly cooled, and the cement clinker is insufficiently bleached; meanwhile, in the prior art, the quality of the produced white cement cannot be guaranteed due to the fact that the water spraying quantity cannot be guaranteed when bleaching is carried out, namely, the strength of cement clinker is reduced due to excessive water spraying, and the improvement of the whiteness of the cement is affected due to the fact that the water spraying quantity is too small.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an efficient white cement clinker bleaching machine with a good bleaching effect.
The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the high-efficiency white cement clinker bleaching machine comprises a cylinder body and a driving device, wherein the driving device drives the cylinder body to rotate, and the cylinder body is obliquely arranged; the device comprises a cylinder body, a water inlet and a water outlet pipe, wherein a feed inlet and a water vapor collecting air outlet pipe are arranged at the higher end of the cylinder body, an exhaust fan is connected to the outer end of the water vapor collecting air outlet pipe, and a discharge channel is connected to the lower end of the cylinder body; the cooling water pipe penetrates through the discharging channel and is inserted into the barrel; one end of the cooling water pipe, which is positioned at the outer side of the cylinder, is connected with a water suction pump for pressurized water supply, one end of the cooling water pipe, which is positioned at the inner side of the cylinder, is connected with a spray head for water spray cooling, and the number of the spray heads is not less than two; the cooling water pipe is positioned at the right end of the spray head and is provided with a flow valve for controlling cooling water flow, a thermocouple temperature measuring device for detecting cement clinker is further embedded in the middle section of the inner side of the cylinder body, and a signal processing module of the thermocouple temperature measuring device is electrically connected with the flow valve.
As an improvement of the invention, two axially symmetrical left baffles are arranged in the cylinder body and positioned on the left side of the thermocouple temperature measuring device.
As an improvement of the invention, two right baffles which are axially symmetrical are arranged in the cylinder body and positioned on the right side of the thermocouple temperature measuring device.
As an improvement of the invention, the two right baffles are arranged at 90 degrees with the two left baffles.
As an improvement of the invention, the cooling water pipe is positioned on the right side of the flow valve and is also provided with a secondary spray head for further cooling, the secondary spray head is connected with the cooling water pipe through an automatic control valve, and the automatic control valve is electrically connected with a signal processing module of the thermocouple temperature measuring device.
As an improvement of the invention, the invention further comprises a PLC controller, wherein the PLC controller is respectively and electrically connected with the flow valve, the thermocouple temperature measuring device and the automatic control valve.
As an improvement of the invention, the air outlet pipe is also provided with a check valve for preventing air from flowing backwards.
The beneficial effects are that:
1. the invention adopts the combination linkage of the thermocouple temperature measuring device and the flow valve, effectively improves the bleaching efficiency, namely, after the spray head cools the clinker, the thermocouple temperature measuring device detects the temperature of the cooled clinker, and according to the cooled cement clinker temperature, an information processing module of the thermocouple temperature measuring device sends a signal to the flow valve to control the water spraying amount, thereby achieving the effect of fully cooling and bleaching.
2. According to the invention, the two axially symmetrical left baffles are arranged on the left side of the thermocouple temperature measuring device in the cylinder, and in the rotating process of the cylinder, the two left baffles stir clinker, so that the cement clinker is fully cooled by water, and the bleaching efficiency is effectively improved.
3. The secondary spray head connected through the automatic control valve is further arranged on the right side of the flow valve of the cooling water pipe, and the automatic control valve is in linkage with the thermocouple temperature measuring device, namely when the temperature measured by the thermocouple temperature measuring device is too high, a signal processing module of the thermocouple temperature measuring device sends a signal to the automatic control valve, so that the automatic control valve is opened to perform secondary cooling on uncooled clinker in place; meanwhile, the right baffle plate axially symmetrically arranged on the inner side of the cylinder body stirs clinker subjected to secondary cooling when the cylinder body rotates, so that the clinker is fully contacted with cooling water during secondary cooling, and the bleaching effect is effectively improved.
4. The left baffle and the right baffle are in a structure of 90 degrees, so that clinker is more fully stirred at the left part and the right part of the inner side of the cylinder, and the working efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the automatic degree of the invention is effectively improved by the arrangement of the PLC, so that the working efficiency is improved.

Embodiments of the present invention are further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a high-efficiency white cement clinker bleaching machine in this embodiment includes a cylinder 1 and a driving device 2, where the driving device 2 drives the cylinder 1 to rotate, and the cylinder 1 is obliquely arranged; the high end of the cylinder body 1 is provided with a feed inlet 3 and an air outlet pipe 4 for collecting water vapor, the outer end of the air outlet pipe 4 is connected with an exhaust fan 5, and the low end of the cylinder body 1 is connected with a discharge channel 6; the cooling water pipe 7 is inserted into the cylinder 1 through the discharging channel 6; one end of the cooling water pipe 7 positioned at the outer side of the cylinder body 1 is connected with a water suction pump for pressurized water supply, one end of the cooling water pipe 7 positioned at the inner side of the cylinder body 1 is connected with a spray head 8 for water spray cooling, and the number of the spray heads 8 is not less than two; the cooling water pipe 7 is positioned at the right end of the spray head 8 and is provided with a flow valve 9 for controlling cooling water flow, a thermocouple temperature measuring device 10 for detecting cement clinker is further embedded in the middle section of the inner side of the cylinder body 1, the thermocouple temperature measuring device 10 adopts the prior art, and a signal processing module of the thermocouple temperature measuring device 10 is electrically connected with the flow valve 9.
In this embodiment, two axially symmetrical left baffles 11 are disposed on the left side of the thermocouple temperature measuring device 10 inside the cylinder 1, two axially symmetrical right baffles 12 are disposed on the right side of the thermocouple temperature measuring device 10 inside the cylinder 1, and the two right baffles 12 and the two left baffles 11 are disposed at 90 degrees; the cooling water pipe 7 is positioned on the right side of the flow valve 9 and is also provided with a secondary spray head 13 for further cooling, the secondary spray head 13 is connected with the cooling water pipe 7 through an automatic control valve 14, and the automatic control valve 14 is electrically connected with a signal processing module of the thermocouple temperature measuring device 10; the device also comprises a PLC (programmable logic controller) 15, wherein the PLC 15 is respectively and electrically connected with the flow valve 9, the thermocouple temperature measuring device 10 and the automatic control valve 14; the air outlet pipe 4 is also provided with a check valve 16 for preventing air from flowing backward.
In the embodiment, when the invention works, calcined cement clinker is introduced into the cylinder 1 through the feed inlet 3; because the cylinder body 1 is obliquely arranged, the driving device 2 drives the cylinder body 1 to rotate, so that the entering clinker slowly slides to the lower end at the right side, meanwhile, the cooling water pipe 7 pumps water by the water pump and sprays the water from the spray head 8 to cool the high-temperature clinker, and the left baffle 11 turns over the clinker cooled by water when the cylinder body 1 rolls, so that the cooling water is fully sprayed on the clinker, and the clinker bleaching efficiency is improved; the bleached clinker continues to slide downwards, the middle section of the cylinder body 1 is contacted with a thermocouple temperature measuring device 10, the thermocouple temperature measuring device 10 measures the temperature of the cooled clinker, if the temperature is too high, a signal processing module of the thermocouple temperature measuring device 10 sends an instruction to a flow valve 9 to increase the water spraying amount of a spray head 8, meanwhile, the signal processing module of the thermocouple temperature measuring device 10 sends an instruction to an automatic control valve 14 to enable the automatic control valve 14 to be opened, a secondary spray head 13 carries out secondary cooling on the cooled high-temperature clinker, and a right baffle 12 is arranged to enable the clinker to be turned over in the secondary cooling process, so that cooling water fully contacts the clinker, and the cement clinker is guaranteed to be cooled in place; if the thermocouple temperature measuring device 10 measures that the temperature of the cooled clinker is between 500 ℃ and 600 ℃, the normal work of the original state is kept continuously; if the thermocouple temperature measuring device 10 measures that the temperature of the cooled clinker is too low, the flow valve 9 is controlled to reduce the flow, so that the strength of the clinker is prevented from being influenced due to the fact that the spray head 8 sprays too much cooling water; through the linkage of the thermocouple temperature measuring device 10, the flow valve 9 and the automatic control valve 14, the water spraying amount can be automatically adjusted according to the actual working condition when the cement clinker is bleached in a water-cooling way, so that the bleaching efficiency is improved.
