Abstract
本发明公开了一种矿用PVC管材,它包括基材管(1)和表面包覆膜(2),所述表面包覆膜(2)设于基材管(1)的外壁面,所述表面包覆膜(2)由聚氨酯塑料制成,所述基材管(1)包括下述重量份的原料配合制成:包括PVC SG‑7 100‑150份、三碱式硫酸铅1‑5份、二碱式亚磷酸铅0.5‑1.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1‑2份、金属皂类1‑2份、聚乙烯蜡0.1‑1份、ACR 1‑5份和碳酸钙1‑8份。本发明采用矿用PVC管材,设计合理,结实,耐腐蚀性能,不易老化且使用寿命长,采用邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,可以使得矿用PVC管材的相容性好,光稳定性好,电绝缘性好,耐低温。

技术领域
本发明涉及矿用管材技术领域,具体涉及一种矿用PVC管材。
背景技术
目前,现有的矿用PVC管材存在设计不合理的地方,使用过程中存在易破碎,耐腐蚀性能差,且易老化的情况,使用寿命短,亟需本领域技术人员研究出一种新的矿用PVC管材。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种设计合理、结实、耐腐蚀性能、不易老化且使用寿命长的矿用PVC管材。
其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种矿用PVC管材,它包括基材管和表面包覆膜,所述表面包覆膜设于基材管的外壁面,所述表面包覆膜由聚氨酯塑料制成,所述基材管包括下述重量份的原料配合制成:包括PVC SG-7 100-150份、三碱式硫酸铅1-5份、二碱式亚磷酸铅0.5-1.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-2份、金属皂类1-2份、聚乙烯蜡0.1-1份、ACR1-5份和碳酸钙1-8份。
作为优选地,所述基材管的厚度为1-5cm。
作为优选地,所述表面包覆膜的厚度为1-10mm。
作为优选地,所述基材管包括下述重量份的原料配合制成:包括PVC SG-7 130份、三碱式硫酸铅2份、二碱式亚磷酸铅1份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1.5份、金属皂类1.5份、聚乙烯蜡0.5份、ACR 3份和碳酸钙4份。
本发明的有益效果为:采用矿用PVC管材,表面包覆膜设于基材管的外壁面,表面包覆膜由聚氨酯塑料制成,基材管包括下述重量份的原料配合制成:包括PVC SG-7 100-150份、三碱式硫酸铅1-5份、二碱式亚磷酸铅0.5-1.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-2份、金属皂类1-2份、聚乙烯蜡0.1-1份、ACR 1-5份和碳酸钙1-8份,可以使得矿用PVC管材设计合理,结实,耐腐蚀性能,不易老化且使用寿命长,采用邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,可以使得矿用PVC管材的相容性好,光稳定性好,电绝缘性好,耐低温。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种矿用PVC管材,它包括基材管1和表面包覆膜2,所述表面包覆膜2设于基材管1的外壁面,所述表面包覆膜2由聚氨酯塑料制成,所述基材管1包括下述重量份的原料配合制成:包括PVC SG-7 100-150份、三碱式硫酸铅1-5份、二碱式亚磷酸铅0.5-1.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-2份、金属皂类1-2份、聚乙烯蜡0.1-1份、ACR 1-5份和碳酸钙1-8份。
所述基材管1的厚度为1-5cm。所述表面包覆膜2的厚度为1-10mm。
实施例2
如图1所示,一种矿用PVC管材,它包括基材管1和表面包覆膜2,所述表面包覆膜2设于基材管1的外壁面,所述表面包覆膜2由聚氨酯塑料制成,所述基材管1包括下述重量份的原料配合制成:包括PVC SG-7 130份、三碱式硫酸铅2份、二碱式亚磷酸铅1份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1.5份、金属皂类1.5份、聚乙烯蜡0.5份、ACR 3份和碳酸钙4份。
所述基材管1的厚度为3cm。所述表面包覆膜2的厚度为5mm。

1.一种矿用PVC管材,其特征在于:它包括基材管(1)和表面包覆膜(2),所述表面包覆膜(2)设于基材管(1)的外壁面,所述表面包覆膜(2)由聚氨酯塑料制成,所述基材管(1)包括下述重量份的原料配合制成:包括PVC SG-7 100-150份、三碱式硫酸铅1-5份、二碱式亚磷酸铅0.5-1.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-2份、金属皂类1-2份、聚乙烯蜡0.1-1份、ACR 1-5份和碳酸钙1-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的矿用PVC管材,其特征在于:所述基材管(1)的厚度为1-5cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的矿用PVC管材,其特征在于:所述表面包覆膜(2)的厚度为1-10mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的矿用PVC管材,其特征在于:所述基材管(1)包括下述重量份的原料配合制成:包括PVC SG-7 130份、三碱式硫酸铅2份、二碱式亚磷酸铅1份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1.5份、金属皂类1.5份、聚乙烯蜡0.5份、ACR 3份和碳酸钙4份。
