Abstract
The invention relates to a handheld device for removing plaque from the inner surface of a gap. The manganese silicon steel transmission rod is driven by the vibration motor to be transmitted to the brush, so that the bacterial plaque on the surface is brushed down. The bacterial plaque is then carried by the air flow, passes through the threaded hose of the device, and is concentrated on the filter screen. These concentrated plaque pieces are then thoroughly killed by ultraviolet irradiation of microorganisms therein. The invention can not only remove the bacterial plaque in the gap, but also remove and kill the bacterial plaque on the exposed surface and the microorganism in the air.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a handheld device for removing plaque from the inner surface of a gap. The manganese silicon steel transmission rod is driven by the vibration motor to be transmitted to the brush, so that the bacterial plaque on the surface is brushed down. The bacterial plaque is then carried by the air flow, passes through the threaded hose of the device, and is concentrated on the filter screen. These concentrated plaque pieces are then thoroughly killed by ultraviolet irradiation of microorganisms therein. The invention can not only remove the bacterial plaque in the gap, but also remove and kill the bacterial plaque on the exposed surface and the microorganism in the air.
Technical Field
The plaque is easily formed by microorganisms attached to the material surfaces of the internal structures and equipment of the space cabins, submarines, ships and other closed cabins. If the bacterial plaques are not effectively removed in time, the bacterial plaques not only can corrode materials, endanger the safety of equipment and shorten the service life of the equipment; and may have a negative impact on occupant health. At present, the method for removing the bacterial plaque on the surface of the material in the cabin is mainly carried out by a method of wiping by a sterilized wet tissue or a sterilized cotton swab. However, this wiping method is difficult to reach for cleaning plaque in the back and crevices of the cabin on the one hand and it consumes more material on the other hand. Meanwhile, the method has large workload and can not effectively and quickly kill the bacterial plaque. In addition, the environment in which the enclosed cabin equipment is used requires limitations on the weight, size, and power consumption of the plaque removal equipment.
Therefore, it is critical to improve the efficiency of plaque removal from the interior cabin surfaces and to more thoroughly remove and kill plaque, including hard-to-reach areas, using simpler, easier to implement equipment and methods.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a handheld device for removing the bacterial plaque on the inner surface of the gap, which can quickly and effectively remove the bacterial plaque on the surface of the material, the back plate and the gap in an oriented mode and kill the bacterial plaque efficiently.
The invention provides a handheld device for removing plaque from the inner surface of a gap, which comprises: LED ultraviolet lamp (1), threaded hose (2), LED ultraviolet lamp electrical interface (3), air exhauster (4), brush (5), manganese silicon steel transfer line (6), shock dynamo (7), handle (8), filter screen (9), air vent (10), built-in battery (11), power connecting wire (12).
The invention uses a vibration motor (7) to transmit vibration to the brush (5) through the manganese silicon steel transmission rod (6) to brush bacterial plaque. The threaded hose (2) can partially extend into a gap larger than 52mm for plaque removal. The threaded hose (2) can be connected with an exhaust fan and is tightly hooped at the front end of the exhaust fan through certain tension, and at the moment, the manganese-silicon steel transmission rod (6) is also just connected with the vibration motor (7). The base of the brush (5) is provided with a vent hole (10), and the exhaust fan (4) generates negative pressure to draw air around the brush (5) back through the vent hole (10) through the threaded hose (2). Air flow rate need not very big, and simultaneously when the air passes through threaded hose (2), the ultraviolet ray that LED ultraviolet lamp (1) produced kills the bacterium, collects the plaque by filter screen (9) at last, carries out abundant killing to the plaque of collecting by LED ultraviolet lamp (1) near filter screen (9).
The threaded hose (2) and the hairbrush (5) are made of ultraviolet irradiation resistant materials, namely, an antioxidant additive is added in the material making process to prevent aging and brittleness. Details of the brush (5) are shown in fig. 2: the device comprises a threaded hose (2) (part), a hairbrush (5), a manganese silicon steel transmission rod (6) (part) and a vent hole (10). The brush (5) has a base portion with a plurality of ventilation holes (10) through which plaque can be sucked. When the device is used, the base of the brush (5) is tightly hooped on the threaded hose (2), and meanwhile, the base is connected with the manganese-silicon steel transmission rod (6) and vibrates along with the manganese-silicon steel transmission rod. After the use, pull out the brush, insert threaded hose (2) to brush hair one side, open LED ultraviolet lamp (1) and disinfect to remaining plaque on the brush hair. The antibacterial master batch can be added to the bristle fiber before drawing to form the fiber with antibacterial effect.
The power of the motor of the exhaust fan (4) is about 10W, the power of the vibration motor (7) is less than 10W, the power of each LED ultraviolet lamp (1) is not more than 1W, and the full-load power of the whole equipment is less than 30W.
The prototype of the invention can be placed entirely in a space of 300 x 200 x 150mm, as shown in fig. 3, with a larger surplus of space. In addition, the threaded hose (2) and the manganese-silicon steel transmission rod (6) can be bent, and if needed, the part can be lengthened and still can be stored in a required space. Manganese silicon steel can undergo plastic deformation under large forces, which can be recovered by opposing forces.
