Abstract
本发明提供了一种服装烘干消毒装置,包括箱体,鼓风机,电机,出风管,进风管;所述箱体外设有鼓风机,所述鼓风机通过进风管与箱体相连,所述进风管包括进风主管和多根与进风主管相连的进风支管,箱体上设有若干进风口,所述进风支管分别与相对应的进风口相连通,进风主管上设有加热装置,所述出风管的一端连通到箱体顶端,另一端连通到位于鼓风机和加热装置之间的进风主管上,所述出风管上设有干燥装置。本发明的有益效果是烘干消毒装置中底盘上设有多根可拆卸的衣架支撑杆,并且衣架支撑杆的长度不同或相同,能够根据衣物的尺寸选择衣架支撑杆的长短,从而能烘干消毒不同尺寸的衣物并且能同时烘干多件衣物。

技术领域
本发明属于服装加工领域,尤其是涉及一种服装烘干消毒装置。
背景技术
在服装加工技术领域中,蒸汽作为常用介质被广泛应用,造成服装难免潮湿,并且不能保证加工过程中服装面料的卫生性,因此必须对服装进行烘干和消毒,传统的服装烘干装置采用鼓风机对其进行烘干,同时烘干的衣物数量和种类有限,并且烘干后的热能一般不进行回收利用,造成能源的浪费。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种服装烘干消毒装置,以解决上述技术问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种服装烘干消毒装置,包括箱体,鼓风机,电机,转轴,底盘,衣架支撑杆,湿度传感器,温度传感器,杀菌灯,控制器,出风管,进风管,支座;
所述箱体位于支座上方,箱体底部的下方设有电机,箱体内设有转轴,转轴穿过箱体底部与电机相连,转轴上固定连接底盘,底盘上均布有若干个可拆卸衣架支撑杆,衣架支撑杆上设有衣钩;箱体内还设有湿度传感器、温度传感器、杀菌灯,箱体外设有控制器,所述湿度传感器、温度传感器和杀菌灯均与控制器相连;所述箱体底部相对于水平面倾斜设置,箱体底部设有出水管;
所述箱体外设有鼓风机,所述鼓风机通过进风管与箱体相连,所述进风管包括进风主管和多根与进风主管相连的进风支管,箱体上设有若干进风口,所述进风支管分别与相对应的进风口相连通,进风主管上设有加热装置,所述出风管的一端连通到箱体顶端,另一端连通到位于鼓风机和加热装置之间的进风主管上,所述出风管上设有干燥装置。
进一步地,所述衣架支撑杆的长度相同或不同。
进一步地,所述衣钩上均匀设有若干个隔板。
进一步地,箱体1内设有两个或四个杀菌灯11。
进一步地,所述杀菌灯11为紫外线臭氧杀菌灯。
进一步地,所述湿度传感器9和温度传感器10设于箱体1内的顶端,所述杀菌灯11位于箱体1内侧壁上。
进一步地,所述出风管13上还设有单向阀20。
进一步地,所述进风主管23上还设有调频控制器16,所述调频控制器16位于加热装置15和进风口18之间。
进一步地,所述箱体1底部的倾斜角度为15-30度。
进一步地,所述箱体1的一侧设有开合门,所述开合门为双开门。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的节能型烘干消毒装置具有以下优势:(1)本发明烘干消毒装置烘干后的热风能再次进入进风管重新加热后利用,提高了资源利用率;(2)本发明烘干消毒装置中设置多个进风口,能够提高烘干效率;(3)本发明烘干消毒装置中添加转轴,能够使衣物更好的烘干及消毒,缩短工作时间;(4)本发明烘干消毒装置中底盘上设有多根可拆卸的衣架支撑杆,并且衣架支撑杆的长度不同或相同,能够根据衣物的尺寸选择衣架支撑杆的长短,从而能烘干消毒不同尺寸的衣物并且能同时烘干多件衣物。(5)箱体底部倾斜设置有利于水流出,从而防止过多的水在箱体内蒸发,提高了装置的安全性。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
如图1-2所示,一种服装烘干消毒装置,包括箱体1,鼓风机2,电机3,转轴4,底盘5,衣架支撑杆6,湿度传感器9,温度传感器10,杀菌灯11,控制器12,出风管13,进风管14,支座19;
所述箱体1位于支座19上方,所述箱体1的一侧设有双开合门;箱体1底部的下方设有电机3,箱体1内设有转轴4,转轴4穿过箱体1底部与电机3相连,转轴4上固定连接底盘5,底盘5上成圆环形布有12个可拆卸衣架支撑杆6,所述衣架支撑杆6的长度相同或不同,衣架支撑杆6上设有衣钩7,所述衣钩7上均匀设有四个隔板8;箱体1内还设有湿度传感器9、温度传感器10、杀菌灯11,箱体1内设有四个杀菌灯11,所述杀菌灯11为紫外线臭氧杀菌灯,所述湿度传感器9和温度传感器10设于箱体1内的顶端,所述杀菌灯11位于箱体1内侧壁上箱体1外设有控制器12,所述湿度传感器9、温度传感器10和杀菌灯11均与控制器12相连;所述箱体1底部相对于水平面倾斜设置,所述箱体1底部的倾斜角度为15度,箱体1底部设有出水管17;
所述箱体1外设有鼓风机2,所述鼓风机2通过进风管14与箱体1相连,所述进风管14包括进风主管23和多根与进风主管23相连的进风支管22,箱体1上设有若干进风口18,所述进风支管22分别与相对应的进风口18相连通,进风主管23上设有加热装置15,进风主管23上还设有调频控制器16,所述出风管13的一端连通到箱体1顶端,另一端连通到位于鼓风机2和加热装置15之间的进风主管23上,所述出风管13上设有单向阀20,所述出风管13上设有干燥装置21。
本发明的实施过程为:
将箱体1上的双合门打开,按照服装的大小选择不同长度的衣架支撑杆6,将服装挂到衣钩7上,启动电机3、鼓风机2和控制器12,对箱体1内的服装进行烘干消毒,鼓风机2的风进入箱体1内对服装进行烘干后从出风管13上出来再次进入进风管14,重新利用,根据烘干消毒服装的多少可以通过调频控制器16控制风力强度;当需要烘干消毒的衣物湿度过大时,水从箱体1底部的出水管17留出。当箱体1内温度过高时,关闭加热装置15,提高装置的安全性,当箱体1内的服装烘干到所要湿度时,关闭鼓风机2,烘干结束后关闭即可控制器16、电机3即可。

1.一种服装烘干消毒装置,其特征在于:包括箱体(1),鼓风机(2),电机(3),转轴(4),底盘(5),衣架支撑杆(6),湿度传感器(9),温度传感器(10),杀菌灯(11),控制器(12),出风管(13),进风管(14),支座(19);
所述箱体(1)位于支座(19)上方,箱体(1)底部的下方设有电机(3),箱体(1)内设有转轴(4),转轴(4)穿过箱体(1)底部与电机(3)相连,转轴(4)上固定连接底盘(5),底盘(5)上均布有若干个可拆卸衣架支撑杆(6),衣架支撑杆(6)上设有衣钩(7);箱体(1)内还设有湿度传感器(9)、温度传感器(10)、杀菌灯(11),箱体(1)外设有控制器(12),所述湿度传感器(9)、温度传感器(10)和杀菌灯均与控制器(12)相连;所述箱体(1)底部相对于水平面倾斜设置,箱体(1)底部设有出水管(17);
所述箱体(1)外设有鼓风机(2),所述鼓风机(2)通过进风管(14)与箱体(1)相连,所述进风管(14)包括进风主管(23)和多根与进风主管(23)相连的进风支管(22),箱体(1)上设有若干进风口(18),所述进风支管(22)分别与相对应的进风口(18)相连通,进风主管(14)上设有加热装置(15),所述出风管(13)的一端连通到箱体(1)顶端,另一端连通到位于鼓风机(2)和加热装置(2)之间的进风主管(23)上,所述出风管(13)上设有干燥装置(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的服装烘干消毒装置,其特征在于:所述衣架支撑杆(6)的长度相同或不同。
3.根据权利要求2所述的服装烘干消毒装置,其特征在于:所述衣钩(7)上均匀设有若干个隔板(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的服装烘干消毒装置,其特征在于:箱体(1)内设有两个或四个杀菌灯(11)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的服装烘干消毒装置,其特征在于:所述杀菌灯(11)为紫外线臭氧杀菌灯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的服装烘干消毒装置,其特征在于:所述湿度传感器(9)和温度传感器(10)设于箱体(1)内的顶端,所述杀菌灯(11)位于箱体(1)内侧壁上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的服装烘干消毒装置,其特征在于:所述出风管(13)上还设有单向阀(20)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的服装烘干消毒装置,其特征在于:所述进风主管(23)上还设有调频控制器(16),所述调频控制器(16)位于加热装置(15)和进风口(18)之间。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的服装烘干消毒装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)底部的倾斜角度为15-30度。
10.根据权利要求9所述的服装烘干消毒装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的一侧设有开合门,所述开合门为双开门。
