Technical Field

Background
Beefsteak comes from the middle and old European century at the earliest, pork and mutton are edible meat of common people, beef is a high-grade meat product of the king public and noble population, the honorable beef is matched with pepper and spices which enjoy honorable identity at that time and is cooked and supplied in special occasions to show the honorable identity of a master, and the beefsteak becomes a famous beef edible country in the UK after being seasoned by a meat seasoning added with pear juice and is a Korean traditional dish which is roasted on charcoal fire.
The beef is rich in protein, the amino acid composition is closer to the requirements of human bodies than pork, the disease resistance of the bodies can be improved, and the beef is particularly suitable for people who grow, develop, post-operate and recuperate after diseases, in the aspects of blood loss supplement, tissue repair and the like.
Because the beefsteak needs to be cut before being made, the cutting mode in the present day is to use the most original knife to cut, which not only wastes time and energy of people, but also is difficult to realize quick cutting, so that a device for quickly cutting the beefsteak is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defects that the beefsteak needs to be cut before being made, the cutting mode at present uses the most original knife to cut, so that not only is the time and energy of people wasted, but also the quick cutting is difficult to realize, and the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a device for quickly cutting the beefsteak.
(2) Technical scheme
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a device for cutting steak, which comprises a rack, a cutting mechanism, a left-right moving mechanism and a clamping mechanism, wherein the cutting mechanism is arranged on the left upper side surface and the right side surface of the rack, the left-right moving mechanism is arranged on the right upper side of the rack, the clamping mechanism is arranged below the cutting mechanism, and the clamping mechanism is connected with the left end of the left-right moving mechanism.
Preferably, the cutting mechanism comprises first supports, a machine box, a motor, a cam, first rollers, second rollers, first rockers, slide bars and saw blades, wherein the two first supports are symmetrically arranged on the right side of the upper portion of the rack, the right end of each first support is provided with the machine box, the motor is arranged on the machine box, the cam is fixed on an output shaft of the motor, the first rollers are arranged on the right sides of the cams, the second rollers are arranged below the cams, the first rollers and the second rollers are connected through the first rockers, the middle portions of the first rockers are movably connected with the machine box, the slide bars are movably connected with the left ends of the first rockers, and the saw blades are fixed on the right sides of the slide.
Preferably, the left-right moving mechanism comprises a second support, a moving support, a sliding rail, sliding blocks, a rack, a gear and a second rocker, the second support is symmetrically arranged at the upper right of the rack in a left-right mode, the moving support is fixed above the second support, the sliding rail is arranged below the inside of the moving support, the two sliding blocks are matched below the sliding rail, the rack is fixed below the two sliding blocks, the gear is arranged at the left end of the moving support, and the second rocker is fixed in the middle of the gear.
Preferably, the clamping device comprises a U-shaped frame, pins, springs and a pressing plate, guide holes are symmetrically formed in the left and right sides of the upper portion of the U-shaped frame, the pins penetrate through the guide holes, the pressing plate is fixed below the two pins, and the two pins are respectively provided with one spring.
Preferably, the steel wire rope winding machine further comprises an L-shaped support, a winding wheel, a third rocker and a steel wire rope, wherein the L-shaped support is arranged above the U-shaped frame, the winding wheel is arranged at the right end of the L-shaped support, the third rocker is arranged on the winding wheel, a through hole is formed in the middle of the upper portion of the U-shaped frame, one end of the steel wire rope is wound on the winding wheel, and the other end of the steel wire rope penetrates through the through hole and is fixed above the pressing plate.
Preferably, the machine further comprises a third support and a protective shell, the third support is symmetrically arranged on the right side of the machine frame from top to bottom, the protective shell is arranged below the machine case, and the protective shell is fixed at the right end of the third support.

Therefore, when the beefsteak sawing machine is used, the motor is started firstly, the motor drives the cam to rotate through the output shaft of the motor, and the cam drives the rack to move up and down back and forth through the first roller and the second roller, so that the effect of sawing beefsteaks is achieved.
Because the left and right moving mechanism comprises a second support, a moving support, a sliding rail, sliding blocks, a rack, a gear and a second rocker, the second support is symmetrically arranged at the upper right side of the rack, the moving support is fixed above the second support, the sliding rail is arranged below the inside of the moving support, the two sliding blocks are matched below the sliding rail, the rack is fixed below the two sliding blocks, the gear is arranged at the left end of the moving support, and the second rocker is fixed in the middle of the gear. Therefore, when the rocking device is used, the second rocking rod is rocked anticlockwise, the second rocking rod drives the rack to move leftwards through the gear, the second rocking rod is rocked clockwise, the rack is driven to move rightwards through the gear, and therefore the effect of moving leftwards and rightwards is achieved.
The clamping device comprises a U-shaped frame, guide holes, pins, springs and a pressing plate, the guide holes are symmetrically arranged above the U-shaped frame in the left-right direction, the pins penetrate through the guide holes, the pressing plate is fixed below the two pins, and the two pins are respectively provided with one spring. Therefore, when in use, the steak is placed under the clamp plate, and the spring is pressed against the upper part of the clamp plate, thereby achieving the effect of clamping.
Because still including L type support, take-up pulley, third rocker, through-hole and wire rope, L type support sets up in the top of U type frame, and the right-hand member of L type support is provided with the take-up pulley, is provided with the third rocker on the take-up pulley, and the middle part of U type frame top is equipped with the through-hole, and wire rope's one end is around on the take-up pulley, and the other end passes the through-hole and fixes the top at the clamp plate. Therefore, when the clamp plate is used, the winding wheel is shaken clockwise and drives the clamp plate through the steel wire rope, so that the aim of opening the clamp plate is achieved, and labor is saved.
Because still including third support and protecting crust, the right side longitudinal symmetry of frame is provided with the third support, and the below of quick-witted case is provided with the protecting crust, and the right-hand member at the third support is fixed to the protecting crust. Therefore, the protective shell plays a role in protecting the safety of users when in use.
(3) Advantageous effects
The invention develops a device specially used for cutting beefsteak, realizes a full-automatic cutting device and also realizes the effect of quick cutting, and has the characteristics of convenient use, safe use, simple operation, low manufacturing cost and the like.

A device for cutting beefsteak is shown in figures 1-7 and comprises a frame 1, a cutting mechanism 2, a left-right moving mechanism 3 and a clamping mechanism 4, wherein the cutting mechanism 2 is arranged on the right side surface of the upper left of the frame 1, the left-right moving mechanism 3 is arranged on the upper right of the frame 1, the clamping mechanism 4 is arranged below the cutting mechanism 2, and the clamping mechanism 4 is connected with the left end of the left-right moving mechanism 3.
Example 2
A device for cutting beefsteak is shown in figures 1-7 and comprises a frame 1, a cutting mechanism 2, a left-right moving mechanism 3 and a clamping mechanism 4, wherein the cutting mechanism 2 is arranged on the right side surface of the upper left of the frame 1, the left-right moving mechanism 3 is arranged on the upper right of the frame 1, the clamping mechanism 4 is arranged below the cutting mechanism 2, and the clamping mechanism 4 is connected with the left end of the left-right moving mechanism 3.
The cutting mechanism 2 comprises a first support 201, a machine case 202, a motor 203, a cam 204, a first roller 205, a second roller 206, a first rocker 207, a sliding rod 208 and a saw blade 209, wherein two first supports 201 are symmetrically arranged on the right side above the rack 1, the machine case 202 is arranged at the right end of each first support 201, the motor 203 is arranged on the machine case 202, the cam 204 is fixed on an output shaft of the motor 203, the first roller 205 is arranged on the right side of the cam 204, the second roller 206 is arranged below the cam 204, the first roller 205 and the second roller 206 are connected through the first rocker 207, the middle of the first rocker 207 is movably connected with the machine case 202, the sliding rod 208 is movably connected with the left end of the first rocker 207, and the saw blade 209 is fixed on the right side of the sliding rod 208.

The cutting mechanism 2 comprises a first support 201, a machine case 202, a motor 203, a cam 204, a first roller 205, a second roller 206, a first rocker 207, a sliding rod 208 and a saw blade 209, wherein two first supports 201 are symmetrically arranged on the right side above the rack 1, the machine case 202 is arranged at the right end of each first support 201, the motor 203 is arranged on the machine case 202, the cam 204 is fixed on an output shaft of the motor 203, the first roller 205 is arranged on the right side of the cam 204, the second roller 206 is arranged below the cam 204, the first roller 205 and the second roller 206 are connected through the first rocker 207, the middle of the first rocker 207 is movably connected with the machine case 202, the sliding rod 208 is movably connected with the left end of the first rocker 207, and the saw blade 209 is fixed on the right side of the sliding rod 208.
The left-right moving mechanism 3 comprises a second support 301, a moving support 302, a sliding rail 303, sliding blocks 304, a rack 305, a gear 306 and a second rocker 307, the second support 301 is arranged on the upper right of the rack 1 in a left-right symmetrical mode, the moving support 302 is fixed above the second support 301, the sliding rail 303 is arranged below the moving support 302, the two sliding blocks 304 are matched below the sliding rail 303, the rack 305 is fixed below the two sliding blocks 304, the gear 306 is arranged at the left end of the moving support 302, and the second rocker 307 is fixed in the middle of the gear 306.

A device for cutting beefsteak is shown in figures 1-7 and comprises a frame 1, a cutting mechanism 2, a left-right moving mechanism 3 and a clamping mechanism 4, wherein the cutting mechanism 2 is arranged on the right side surface of the upper left of the frame 1, the left-right moving mechanism 3 is arranged on the upper right of the frame 1, the clamping mechanism 4 is arranged below the cutting mechanism 2, and the clamping mechanism 4 is connected with the left end of the left-right moving mechanism 3.
The cutting mechanism 2 comprises a first support 201, a machine case 202, a motor 203, a cam 204, a first roller 205, a second roller 206, a first rocker 207, a sliding rod 208 and a saw blade 209, wherein two first supports 201 are symmetrically arranged on the right side above the rack 1, the machine case 202 is arranged at the right end of each first support 201, the motor 203 is arranged on the machine case 202, the cam 204 is fixed on an output shaft of the motor 203, the first roller 205 is arranged on the right side of the cam 204, the second roller 206 is arranged below the cam 204, the first roller 205 and the second roller 206 are connected through the first rocker 207, the middle of the first rocker 207 is movably connected with the machine case 202, the sliding rod 208 is movably connected with the left end of the first rocker 207, and the saw blade 209 is fixed on the right side of the sliding rod 208.
The left-right moving mechanism 3 comprises a second support 301, a moving support 302, a sliding rail 303, sliding blocks 304, a rack 305, a gear 306 and a second rocker 307, the second support 301 is arranged on the upper right of the rack 1 in a left-right symmetrical mode, the moving support 302 is fixed above the second support 301, the sliding rail 303 is arranged below the moving support 302, the two sliding blocks 304 are matched below the sliding rail 303, the rack 305 is fixed below the two sliding blocks 304, the gear 306 is arranged at the left end of the moving support 302, and the second rocker 307 is fixed in the middle of the gear 306.
The clamping device comprises a U-shaped frame 401, pins 403, springs 404 and a pressing plate 405, wherein guide holes 402 are symmetrically arranged on the upper side of the U-shaped frame 401 from left to right, the pins 403 penetrate through the guide holes 402, the pressing plate 405 is fixed below the two pins 403, and the two pins 403 are respectively provided with one spring 404.
The clamp is characterized by further comprising an L-shaped support 501, a winding wheel 502, a third rocker 503 and a steel wire rope 505, wherein the L-shaped support 501 is arranged above the U-shaped frame 401, the winding wheel 502 is arranged at the right end of the L-shaped support 501, the third rocker 503 is arranged on the winding wheel 502, a through hole 504 is formed in the middle of the upper portion of the U-shaped frame 401, one end of the steel wire rope 505 is wound on the winding wheel 502, and the other end of the steel wire rope 505 penetrates through the through hole 504 and is fixed above the pressing plate 405.
The multifunctional cabinet is characterized by further comprising a third support 601 and a protective shell 602, the third support 601 is arranged on the right side of the rack 1 in an up-down symmetrical mode, the protective shell 602 is arranged below the cabinet 202, and the protective shell 602 is fixed at the right end of the third support 601.

Because the cutting mechanism 2 comprises a first bracket 201, a chassis 202, a motor 203 cam 204, a first roller 205, a second roller 206, a first rocker 207, a sliding rod 208 and a saw blade 209, two first brackets 201 are symmetrically arranged on the right side above the rack 1, the chassis 202 is arranged at the right end of the first bracket 201, the motor 203 is arranged on the chassis 202, the cam 204 is fixed on an output shaft of the motor 203, the first roller 205 is arranged on the right side of the cam 204, the second roller 206 is arranged below the cam 204, the first roller 205 and the second roller 206 are connected through the first rocker 207, the middle part of the first rocker 207 is movably connected with the chassis 202, the sliding rod 208 is movably connected with the left end of the first rocker 207, and the saw blade 209 is fixed on the right side of the sliding rod 208. Therefore, when the beefsteak sawing machine is used, the motor 203 is started firstly, the motor 203 drives the cam 204 to rotate through the output shaft of the motor 203, and the cam 204 drives the rack 305 to move up and down back and forth through the first roller 205 and the second roller 206, so that the effect of sawing the beefsteak is achieved.
Because the left-right moving mechanism 3 comprises a second support 301, a moving support 302, a sliding rail 303, sliding blocks 304, a rack 305, a gear 306 and a second rocker 307, the second support 301 is symmetrically arranged at the upper right of the rack 1, the moving support 302 is fixed above the second support 301, the sliding rail 303 is arranged below the inside of the moving support 302, the two sliding blocks 304 are matched below the sliding rail 303, the rack 305 is fixed below the two sliding blocks 304, the gear 306 is arranged at the left end of the moving support 302, and the second rocker 307 is fixed in the middle of the gear 306. Therefore, when the device is used, the second rocking bar 307 is rocked counterclockwise, the second rocking bar 307 drives the rack 305 to move leftward through the gear 306, the second rocking bar 307 is rocked clockwise, and the second rocking bar 307 drives the rack 305 to move rightward through the gear 306, so that the effect of moving leftward and rightward is achieved.
Because the clamping device comprises a U-shaped frame 401, guide holes 402, pins 403, springs 404 and a pressing plate 405, the guide holes 402 are symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the left side of the U-shaped frame 401, the pins 403 penetrate through the guide holes 402, the pressing plate 405 is fixed below the two pins 403, and the two pins 403 are respectively provided with one spring 404. Therefore, when in use, the steak is placed under the clamp plate, and the spring 404 is pressed against the upper part of the clamp plate, thereby achieving the effect of clamping.
Because the clamp further comprises an L-shaped support 501, a winding wheel 502, a third rocker 503, a through hole 504 and a steel wire rope 505, the L-shaped support 501 is arranged above the U-shaped frame 401, the winding wheel 502 is arranged at the right end of the L-shaped support 501, the third rocker 503 is arranged on the winding wheel 502, the through hole 504 is arranged in the middle above the U-shaped frame 401, one end of the steel wire rope 505 is wound on the winding wheel 502, and the other end of the steel wire rope 505 penetrates through the through hole 504 and is fixed above the pressing plate 405. Therefore, when the clamp plate opening device is used, the winding wheel 502 is shaken clockwise, the winding wheel 502 drives the clamp plate through the steel wire rope 505, and therefore the purpose that the clamp plate is opened is achieved, and labor is saved.
Because the rack further comprises a third support 601 and a protective shell 602, the third support 601 is symmetrically arranged on the right side of the rack 1 from top to bottom, the protective shell 602 is arranged below the chassis 202, and the protective shell 602 is fixed at the right end of the third support 601. The protective shell 602 serves to protect the user during use.
