When the intelligent terminal control equipment based on the intelligent electronic equipment platform is further applied, the TFT liquid crystal display screen is used for displaying the operation parameters and configuration information of each equipment of the transformer substation, which are acquired in the CPU with the management function, and the calculated amount and image information obtained after preprocessing, and the transformer substation operation and maintenance personnel can carry out on-site maintenance and inspection on the equipment with faults or hidden troubles according to the displayed information; meanwhile, operation and maintenance personnel can apply control signals through the TFT liquid crystal display screen, modify and perfect the control signals generated by the terminal, better complete the operation and maintenance tasks of the whole transformer substation, achieve better human-computer interaction, and more conveniently debug and test the field device.
Fig. 7 is an external schematic view of an intelligent terminal control device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The size of the whole device can be 350 × 270 × 160, a TFT liquid crystal display screen and three device state indicating lamps are arranged on the front face of the device and respectively represent operation, standby and abnormity; fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of the back side of the intelligent terminal control device according to an embodiment of the present invention, the back side having a power module interface for supplying power to the terminal device; the USB interface is used for uploading and downloading data in the terminal; and the optical fiber interface is used for connecting the network and transmitting data at high speed.
The embodiment has the advantages that the product is reasonable in design and simple in structure, the use of a multi-module multi-plug-in is avoided based on the platform design, the size of the product is reduced, the field wiring mode is simplified, and the use of field cables is greatly reduced; the intelligent electronic platform uses an integrated four-core processor, so that the product has higher running speed and stronger data processing capability; the remote transmission adopts an optical fiber mode, so that the anti-interference capability of signals is greatly enhanced; when the intelligent electronic equipment platform is applied to the functional field of other transformer substations, only the corresponding functional modules of the intelligent electronic equipment platform need to be opened, so that the product has higher universality and expandability, and meanwhile, the research, development, operation and maintenance cost of the product is reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, an embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent electronic system, which includes the intelligent terminal control device, and further includes a power supply device; and the power supply device provides power for the intelligent terminal control equipment.
In the above embodiment, the power supply device may supply power to the entire intelligent terminal control device, the power supply device may adopt a 220V and 110V (compatible) dc power supply, and the dc output is +5/10 a.
Above-mentioned intelligent electronic system receives the running state parameter of joining in marriage electrical room field level equipment through wireless communication network, the program running instruction that sends through the memory carries out data processing to the running state parameter, the time calibration instruction that sends through the locator carries out time calibration, and through the cooperation of network chip and display screen etc., realized concentrated information sampling, unified calling and human-computer interaction's function, the efficiency and the real-time of joining in marriage electrical room running data monitoring have been improved, and have simple structure, the simple operation, the function is abundant, characteristics such as extension compatibility is strong.
When the intelligent control method provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to a specific working scene to complete a single task or multiple tasks, a worker can be quickly converted into field-level equipment such as substation protection, measurement and control, PMU (phasor measurement unit) and the like by opening and starting the corresponding functional module and shielding the module which is not needed, so that the plug and play of the field-level application function is realized, the universality, compatibility and expandability of the platform are enhanced, and the cost of equipment research and development, supervision, operation and maintenance is reduced.
When the intelligent control method of the present invention is specifically used, taking a relay protector as an example, as shown in table 2, the following functional modules need to cooperate (where "√" indicates participation in work, and "xx" indicates non-participation in work): the platform starts a relay protection function module, a management function CPU acquires and preprocesses data information related to equipment, a synchronous calibration function CPU calibrates the acquired data, judges time identity of each parameter, an application function CPU continuously sends a request signal to the management function CPU, the calibrated data are obtained, a corresponding control instruction is generated through logic calculation, the control instruction is transmitted to a communication function CPU, transmission and issuing of the instruction are completed, and the whole relay protection process is completed.

In particular use of the present invention, the quad-core processor may employ a Cortex-A15 processor. The ARMCortex-A15 processor is the highest performance processor capable of granting permission in the industry so far, a multi-core system is integrated in the processor, a plurality of tasks can be processed simultaneously, the function is powerful, the efficiency is high, and the power consumption of the intelligent electronic device platform is reduced by combining with low power consumption. Meanwhile, the processor is perfectly compatible with other Cortex-A processors, and can immediately access the certified development platform and software system, so that the compatibility and the interchangeability of the intelligent electronic equipment platform are enhanced.

More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer-readable medium would include the following: an electrical connection (electronic device) having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette (magnetic device), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber device, and a portable compact disc read-only memory (CDROM). Additionally, the computer-readable medium could even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via for instance optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner if necessary, and then stored in a computer memory.
It should be understood that portions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.

An intelligent control method is applied to a processor cluster based on platform design, wherein the processor cluster comprises a plurality of processors, the plurality of processors are respectively provided with a plurality of functional modules, and the plurality of processors comprise an application function CPU, a management function CPU, a communication function CPU and a synchronous calibration function CPU;
the application function CPU comprises the following functional modules: the system comprises a relay protection function module, a measurement and control device control function module, a PMU device control function module, a merging unit control function module, an intelligent terminal control function module and a spare power automatic switching device control function module;
the management function CPU comprises the following functional modules: the system comprises a constant value management function module, a state monitoring and management function module, a data management function module and a human-computer interaction management function module;
the communication function CPU comprises the following functional modules: the system comprises an inter-device communication function module, a master station communication function module and a communication state monitoring function module;
the synchronous calibration function CPU comprises the following functional modules: the system comprises a reference time service function module, a signal acquisition and processing function module and a local time taming and outputting function module;
the method comprises the following steps:
for each processor, starting one or more functional modules corresponding to a working scene in the plurality of functional modules corresponding to the processor, and shielding the functional modules except the one or more functional modules corresponding to the working scene;
receiving the running state parameters of the field-level equipment of the power distribution room and a program running instruction sent by a memory by adopting one or more started functional modules, and responding to the program running instruction;
performing data processing on the running state parameters according to the program running instruction, and feeding back execution state information corresponding to the program running instruction to a memory;
receiving a time calibration instruction sent by a locator, and feeding back the current time state of the processor cluster to the locator; the locator is to time align the cluster of processors in response to the time status.
2. The intelligent control method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
managing a fixed value database of different field level equipment, monitoring the running state of each field level equipment, collecting the running parameter information of each field level equipment, preprocessing the running parameter information, and generating a corresponding control instruction according to the preprocessed data.
3. The intelligent control method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
acquiring reference time and local time, and calibrating the reference time and the local time.
4. The intelligent control method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
the intelligent terminal control device is used for timely removing faults when the power system has faults, monitoring a power system measurement and control device, synchronizing vector measurement, vector output and dynamic process recording, combining and synchronizing electrical quantities transmitted by a primary mutual inductor, monitoring an intelligent terminal connected with intelligent terminal control equipment, and controlling the running state of the automatic switching device.
5. The intelligent control method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
and processing the communication inside the intelligent terminal control equipment, the communication between the intelligent terminal control equipment and the field level equipment and the communication between the master stations, and monitoring the communication state.
6. The intelligent control method according to claim 1, wherein the processing of the operating state parameters according to the program operating instructions specifically comprises the steps of:
a first processor in the processor cluster acquires power supply state parameter information of field-level equipment of a power distribution room, and performs preprocessing to obtain preprocessed data;
a second processor in the processor cluster calibrates the local time of the preprocessed data with the reference time to obtain calibrated data;
a third processor cluster in the processor clusters performs logic calculation on the calibrated data to generate a corresponding control instruction;
in the process that the first processor generates the corresponding control instruction, the third processor continuously sends a request signal to the first processor to obtain the control instruction, and completes transmission and issuing of the instruction through a fourth processor cluster in the processor cluster to realize relay protection.
7. An intelligent terminal control device, comprising:
a processor cluster, a locator, and a memory; the system comprises a processor cluster, a plurality of processors and a plurality of communication modules, wherein the processor cluster is designed based on a platform and comprises a plurality of processors, and the plurality of processors are respectively provided with a plurality of functional modules; the plurality of processors comprise an application function CPU, a management function CPU, a communication function CPU and a synchronous calibration function CPU;
the application function CPU comprises the following functional modules: the system comprises a relay protection function module, a measurement and control device control function module, a PMU device control function module, a merging unit control function module, an intelligent terminal control function module and a spare power automatic switching device control function module;
the management function CPU comprises the following functional modules: the system comprises a constant value management function module, a state monitoring and management function module, a data management function module and a human-computer interaction management function module;
the communication function CPU comprises the following functional modules: the system comprises an inter-device communication function module, a master station communication function module and a communication state monitoring function module;
the synchronous calibration function CPU comprises the following functional modules: the system comprises a reference time service function module, a signal acquisition and processing function module and a local time taming and outputting function module;
the memory is used for storing an operating system, programs and data and sending program running instructions to the processor cluster;
the processor cluster is used for starting one or more functional modules corresponding to a working scene in the plurality of functional modules corresponding to each processor, shielding the functional modules except the one or more functional modules corresponding to the working scene, receiving the running state parameters of the power distribution room field-level equipment and the program running instructions sent by the memory by adopting the started one or more functional modules, responding to the program running instructions, processing the running state parameters according to the program running instructions, feeding back execution state information corresponding to the program running instructions to the memory, receiving time calibration instructions sent by the positioner, and feeding back the current time state of the processor cluster to the positioner;
the locator is to time align the cluster of processors in response to the time status.
8. The intelligent terminal control device according to claim 7, wherein the processor cluster is a multi-core processor and/or a plurality of single-core processors.
9. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when executed by a processor, implements the intelligent control method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the intelligent control method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the program.
