Abstract
The invention relates to a firmware information upgrading method of a communication module in a centralized meter reading system, which is used for the centralized meter reading system comprising an upper computer, an intelligent electric meter and a meter end communication module, wherein the upper computer sends upgrading confirmation information to the intelligent electric meter, and when the fact that the meter end communication module needs to upgrade the firmware is confirmed, the upper computer sends the upgraded firmware information to the meter end communication module, and after the meter end communication module receives all the upgraded firmware information, the upper computer sends an activation command to the meter end communication module so as to activate the upgraded firmware information received by the meter end communication module; after the upper computer receives the information that the meter end communication module successfully upgrades the firmware information, the upper computer reads the ammeter data of the intelligent ammeter in a preset time period, so that the local upgrade of the firmware in the meter end communication module is realized by taking the intelligent ammeter as an intermediary, the firmware upgrade does not need to depend on a remote network, and the adverse effect of remote network faults on the firmware upgrade is avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of intelligent electric meters and centralized meter reading systems, in particular to a firmware upgrading method for a communication module in a centralized meter reading system.
Background
Currently, smart meters and meter reading systems including the same are widely used in the field of electric power metering. The intelligent electric meter is used as an important communication medium for realizing remote meter reading in the centralized meter reading system, and plays an important role in realizing various complex operating environments of a meter reading field. In the centralized meter reading system, in order to ensure the normal operation of the meter end communication module in the centralized meter reading system, the timely upgrade of the firmware in the meter end communication module must be ensured, and further the reliability of the firmware is ensured.
However, in the existing scheme for upgrading the firmware of the meter-end communication module, a traditional centralized copy system including a master station system, a concentrator, a routing module, a meter-end communication module and a smart electric meter is mainly adopted, and remote network connection between the master station system and the meter-end communication module and between the master station system and the smart electric meter is established through the concentrator and the routing module, so that when the firmware in the meter-end communication module needs to be upgraded, file information required for upgrading is sent to the meter-end communication module by the master station system, and the purpose of upgrading the firmware remotely is achieved. However, once the telecommunication connection fails, normal upgrading of the firmware in the meter-side communication module cannot be guaranteed.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for upgrading firmware of a communication module in a centralized meter reading system, aiming at the above prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a method for upgrading firmware information of a communication module in a centralized meter reading system is used for the centralized meter reading system comprising an upper computer, an intelligent electric meter and a meter end communication module, and is characterized by comprising the following steps 1 to 8:
step 1, establishing communication connection between an upper computer and an intelligent electric meter, and sending upgrading confirmation information to the intelligent electric meter by the upper computer; the upgrading confirmation information is firmware information aiming at the table terminal communication module;
step 2, the intelligent electric meter receives upgrade confirmation information sent by an upper computer and forwards the upgrade confirmation information to a meter end communication module;
step 3, the meter end communication module sends feedback information whether to confirm updating of the firmware information of the meter end communication module to the intelligent electric meter;
step 4, when the intelligent ammeter judges that the feedback information of the firmware upgrading information is sent by the meter end communication module, the intelligent ammeter sends upgrading response information to the upper computer, and the step 5 is carried out; otherwise, the intelligent electric meter sends response information which is not upgraded to the upper computer;
step 5, the upper computer establishes communication connection with the meter end communication module, the upper computer sends upgraded firmware information to the meter end communication module, and the meter end communication module sends reply response information to the upper computer at the moment when the upgraded firmware information is received;
step 6, after the upper computer sends all firmware information which is updated aiming at the meter end communication module, the upper computer sends an activation command to the meter end communication module so as to activate all firmware information received by the meter end communication module;
step 7, after the meter end communication module successfully upgrades the firmware information of the meter end communication module, the meter end communication module sends feedback information that the firmware information is successfully upgraded to an upper computer through an intelligent ammeter;
and 8, after the upper computer receives the feedback information of the meter end communication module, the upper computer reads the electric meter data of the intelligent electric meter in a preset time period.
Optionally, in the method for upgrading the firmware information of the communication module in the centralized meter reading system, the communication connection mode between the upper computer and the intelligent electric meter is infrared communication, 485 communication or RS232 communication; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
Firmware, refers to a computer program or binary image file embedded in a device, which is stored in a storage unit, such as the flash memory (flash rom) of the device itself. Currently, many devices are special purpose computers that execute specific firmware for their functions. Many types of electronic devices, including stand-alone and peripheral devices, operate using some form of firmware, program instructions.
As shown in fig. 2, the firmware upgrading method for the communication module in the centralized meter reading system in this embodiment is used for a centralized meter reading system including an upper computer, an intelligent electric meter and a meter end communication module, the centralized meter reading system is shown in fig. 1, and the intelligent electric meter is connected with the meter end communication module through a local communication port on the intelligent electric meter; the firmware upgrading method of the communication module in the centralized meter reading system comprises the following steps 1 to 8:
step 1, establishing communication connection between an upper computer and an intelligent electric meter, and sending upgrading confirmation information to the intelligent electric meter by the upper computer; the upgrading confirmation information is firmware information aiming at the table terminal communication module; the communication connection mode between the upper computer and the intelligent electric meter can adopt infrared communication or 485 communication or RS232 communication;
step 2, the intelligent electric meter receives upgrade confirmation information sent by the upper computer and forwards the upgrade confirmation information to the meter end communication module;
step 3, the meter end communication module sends feedback information whether to confirm updating of the firmware information of the meter end communication module to the intelligent electric meter;
step 4, when the intelligent ammeter judges that the feedback information of the firmware upgrading information is confirmed and is sent by the meter end communication module, the intelligent ammeter sends upgrading response information to the upper computer, and the step 5 is carried out; otherwise, the intelligent electric meter sends response information which is not upgraded to the upper computer;
step 5, the upper computer establishes communication connection with the meter end communication module, the upper computer sends upgraded firmware information to the meter end communication module, and the meter end communication module sends reply response information to the upper computer at the moment when the upgraded firmware information is just received;
step 6, after the upper computer sends all firmware information aiming at the upgrading of the table-end communication module, the upper computer sends an activation command to the table-end communication module so as to activate all the firmware information received by the table-end communication module;
step 7, after the meter end communication module successfully upgrades the firmware information of the meter end communication module, the meter end communication module sends feedback information that the firmware information is successfully upgraded to an upper computer through an intelligent ammeter;
and 8, after the upper computer receives the feedback information of the meter end communication module, the upper computer reads the electric meter data of the intelligent electric meter in a preset time period.
Certainly, the method for upgrading firmware information of a communication module in the centralized meter reading system of this embodiment further includes: and the upper computer establishes communication connection with an external master station system and acquires the latest firmware information aiming at the end communication module from the external master station system according to preset updating time and stores the latest firmware information into the upper computer. Therefore, the condition that the upper computer is up to date about the firmware information stored by the meter-end communication module can be met, and the firmware of the meter-end communication module can be conveniently upgraded to the latest state. In this embodiment, the upper computer may further clear the updated and outdated firmware information in the upper computer according to the preset clearing time, so as to effectively save the storage space in the upper computer.
In addition, as an improvement, the method for upgrading the firmware information of the communication module in the centralized meter reading system according to this embodiment may further include: in the process of receiving the firmware information sent by the upper computer, the table-end communication module executes the original corresponding function by using the original firmware information so as to ensure the normal operation of the table-end communication module in the process of upgrading the firmware. Certainly, in this embodiment, after the table-side communication module receives the updated firmware information, the table-side communication module switches to execute the corresponding function after the firmware information is updated.
In another improvement, the method for upgrading the firmware information of the communication module in the centralized meter reading system further includes: the table-end communication module identifies the updated firmware information, and sets an updating priority for the identified firmware so as to update the firmware in the table-end communication module according to the high-low order of the updating priority, thereby realizing the orderly updating of the firmware in the table-end communication module and ensuring the normal functional state of the table-end communication module. Certainly, the method for upgrading the firmware information of the communication module in the centralized meter reading system may further include: and establishing an upgrading firmware list aiming at the firmware which is upgraded in the table-end communication module.
Of course, the upper computer may also clear the firmware information that has passed through the upper computer according to the preset clearing time, thereby freeing up more storage space for receiving the firmware to be upgraded. In addition, after the table-side communication module successfully updates its own firmware information, the upper computer may also send the firmware update time for updating the firmware next time to the table-side communication module in advance, so that the table-side communication module deletes the residual data inside the table-side communication module before the firmware update time.
In the invention, the intelligent ammeter is used as a transmission medium between the upper computer and the meter end communication module, so that firmware information required by upgrading is transmitted to the meter end communication module by the upper computer through the intelligent ammeter, and further, the local upgrading of the firmware in the meter end communication module is realized, the firmware upgrading does not depend on a remote network, and the adverse effect of remote network faults on the firmware upgrading is avoided; in addition, when the intelligent electric meter is connected with the meter end communication module through the communication port of the intelligent electric meter, the local communication port of the intelligent electric meter is connected with the meter end communication module, so that the stability of communication can be guaranteed more easily, and the communication speed is improved.

Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. A method for upgrading firmware information of a communication module in a centralized meter reading system is used for the centralized meter reading system comprising an upper computer, an intelligent electric meter and a meter end communication module, and is characterized by comprising the following steps 1 to 8:
step 1, establishing communication connection between an upper computer and an intelligent electric meter, and sending upgrading confirmation information to the intelligent electric meter by the upper computer; the upgrading confirmation information is firmware information aiming at the table terminal communication module;
step 2, the intelligent electric meter receives upgrade confirmation information sent by an upper computer and forwards the upgrade confirmation information to a meter end communication module;
step 3, the meter end communication module sends feedback information whether to confirm updating of the firmware information of the meter end communication module to the intelligent electric meter;
step 4, when the intelligent ammeter judges that the feedback information of the firmware upgrading information is sent by the meter end communication module, the intelligent ammeter sends upgrading response information to the upper computer, and the step 5 is carried out; otherwise, the intelligent electric meter sends response information which is not upgraded to the upper computer;
step 5, the upper computer establishes communication connection with the meter end communication module, the upper computer sends upgraded firmware information to the meter end communication module, and the meter end communication module sends reply response information to the upper computer at the moment when the upgraded firmware information is received;
step 6, after the upper computer sends all firmware information which is updated aiming at the meter end communication module, the upper computer sends an activation command to the meter end communication module so as to activate all firmware information received by the meter end communication module;
step 7, after the meter end communication module successfully upgrades the firmware information of the meter end communication module, the meter end communication module sends feedback information that the firmware information is successfully upgraded to an upper computer through an intelligent ammeter;
and 8, after the upper computer receives the feedback information of the meter end communication module, the upper computer reads the electric meter data of the intelligent electric meter in a preset time period.

The method for upgrading the firmware information of the communication module in the centralized meter reading system according to claim 1, wherein the communication connection mode between the upper computer and the intelligent electric meter is infrared communication, 485 communication or RS232 communication; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
