and judging whether the residual consumable time meets a preset early warning time range or not, and if so, early warning.

The consumption prediction value of the advertiser to be analyzed is obtained by calculating the prediction of the overall consumption of the advertising cost and the distribution coefficient in the process of calculating the consumption prediction value of the advertiser to be analyzed, so that the obtained consumption prediction value of the advertiser to be analyzed is more accurate, and consumption duration early warning can be performed according to the consumption prediction value of the advertiser to be analyzed.

s11, obtaining historical advertisement expense consumption data of an advertisement putting platform, and predicting the advertisement expense consumption amount of the advertisement putting platform at a target moment according to the historical advertisement expense consumption data;
s12, determining the advertisement expense consumption distribution coefficient of the advertiser to be analyzed on the advertisement putting platform according to the advertisement expense consumption amount of each advertiser on the advertisement putting platform at the target historical moment;
s13, calculating to obtain an advertisement expense consumption predicted value of the advertiser to be analyzed at the target moment according to the advertisement expense consumption amount of the advertisement putting platform at the target moment and the advertisement expense consumption distribution coefficient of the advertiser to be analyzed at the advertisement putting platform;
s14, calculating the residual consumable duration of the advertisement cost of the advertiser to be analyzed at the target moment according to the advertisement cost consumption predicted value of the advertiser to be analyzed at the target moment;
s15, judging whether the residual consumable time meets a preset early warning time range or not, and if so, executing a step S16;

It can be understood that, in step S11, the historical consumption data of the advertisement platform is historical data of the amount consumption of the whole advertisement of each advertiser received by the advertisement platform, for example, the platform is a video platform, the historical advertisement data of the video platform is collected, the advertisement fee of the whole advertisement placement of each advertiser, that is, the advertiser on the video platform in the historical advertisement data is obtained, that is, the advertisement fee data of the advertisement placement of each advertiser on the video platform is included, the advertisement fee of the advertisement placement of the advertiser is the overall data of the advertisement fee placement of the advertiser on the video platform, that is, some advertisers may perform fee placement for multiple advertisements on the video platform, and the consumption condition of the advertisement fee of each advertiser may be obtained in real time.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the consumption amount of the advertisement fee is predicted from the historical consumption data of the advertisement fee by the ARIMA model. The ARIMA Model is called an Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average Model (ARIMA), and is a time series prediction method, which is a Model established by converting a non-stationary time series into a stationary time series and then regressing a dependent variable only for a hysteresis value thereof, a present value and a hysteresis value of a random error term. Therefore, the ARIMA model can predict the historical data before the current time by taking the current time as a segmentation point to obtain the predicted value of the overall consumption of the advertising cost after the current time, and the predicted value is accurate. Of course, the ARIMA model is not the only prediction model or algorithm, and the prediction can be performed by other algorithms or models, and only the model is the most accurate prediction model and is also the preferred model of the embodiment.
In step S12, the distribution coefficient of the advertisement fee of the advertiser to be analyzed on the advertisement delivery platform is determined, and referring to fig. 2 in particular, the process may include the following steps:
s121, summing the advertisement expense consumption amount of each advertiser on the advertisement putting platform at the target historical moment to obtain the total advertisement expense consumption value of each advertiser at the target historical moment;
s122, calculating a ratio between the advertisement expense consumption value of the advertiser to be analyzed at the target historical moment and the total advertisement expense consumption value of each advertiser, and recording the ratio as an advertisement expense consumption distribution coefficient of the advertiser to be analyzed on the advertisement putting platform.
The target historical time is a real data time point before the prediction time, for example, the target time to be analyzed is set to be 1 month 2, the target historical time may be 1 month 1 or any previous time, but when the target historical time is selected, the entry time of the advertiser to be analyzed on the advertisement delivery platform needs to be considered, and also taking the above example as an example, for example, when the time of the advertiser to be analyzed entering the advertisement delivery platform is 12 months and 20 days, the target historical time should be selected at a certain time between 12 months and 20 days and 1 month and 1 day of the next year, because there is no statistical significance for the advertiser to be analyzed in the meantime, there is no prediction value after that.
During the advertisement putting process, the advertiser selects the playing time interval of the advertisement, wherein the playing time interval comprises the expected playing period and the fixed playing time interval each day. The software platform or the application program can play the advertisement according to the playing time interval selected by the advertiser, and the amount of money corresponding to the time interval in the advertisement fee of the advertiser can be deducted after the advertisement is played in the time interval, so that the consumption ratio of the advertiser at each moment is basically stable. Therefore, in the analysis process, the playing time interval selected by the advertiser to be analyzed is selected for analysis, the total consumption amount of the advertisement fee of each advertiser at the current moment in the playing time interval is obtained, and the total consumption amount at the moment is the sum of the consumption amounts of all the advertisers borne by the advertisement delivery platform. And then the consumption amount of each advertiser can be obtained, and the consumption distribution coefficient of each advertiser in the consumption total amount can be obtained by taking the ratio of the consumption amount of each advertiser to the consumption total amount. For example, the number of advertisers in a certain playing time interval on a certain video playing platform is stable, assuming that the total consumption amount of the advertisement fees of each advertiser in the playing time interval is 1 ten thousand yuan, and the number of the advertisers at this time is three, the consumption amount of the first advertiser is 3 thousand yuan, the consumption amount of the second advertiser is 2 thousand yuan, and the consumption amount of the third advertiser is 5 thousand yuan, if the advertiser to be analyzed is the third advertiser, the distribution coefficient of the third advertiser at this time is 0.5.
After the distribution coefficient is obtained, the advertisement cost overall consumption predicted value can be obtained according to prediction, and the advertiser consumption predicted value to be analyzed is obtained through calculation. Namely, the product between the consumption distribution coefficient of the advertiser to be analyzed and the consumption amount of the advertisement fee is calculated to obtain the consumption predicted value of the advertiser to be analyzed. Therefore, the accuracy of the future consumption prediction of the advertiser to be analyzed is improved through the overall prediction and the calculation of the distribution coefficient.
After the advertisement cost consumption prediction value of the advertiser to be analyzed at the target time is calculated, the remaining consumable time length is calculated according to step S15, please refer to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, a method for calculating the remaining consumable time length is further provided, which may include:
s151, obtaining the initial advertisement expense amount of the advertiser to be analyzed on the advertisement putting platform, and calculating the advertisement expense consumption amount of the advertiser to be analyzed according to the advertisement expense balance of the advertiser to be analyzed at a target moment;
s152, obtaining an advertisement putting duration corresponding to the advertisement expense consumption amount, calculating a ratio of the advertisement expense consumption amount of the advertiser to be analyzed to the advertisement putting duration, and recording the ratio as an advertisement expense unit price;
s153, calculating the ratio of the advertisement expense consumption prediction value of the advertiser to be analyzed at the target moment to the advertisement expense unit price to obtain the residual consumable time of the advertisement expense of the advertiser to be analyzed at the target moment.
It should be noted that, before step S15 is executed, the advertisement fee balance of the advertiser to be analyzed at the advertisement placement platform at the target time needs to be acquired. Then, in step S151, the advertisement fee consumption amount of the advertiser to be analyzed at the target time is calculated, specifically, the advertisement fee consumption amount may be obtained by subtracting the initial advertisement fee amount and the real-time fee balance, for example, if the initial placement amount is 5 ten thousand yuan and the current fee balance is 2 ten thousand yuan, the advertisement fee consumption amount is 3 ten thousand yuan, and the amount value is the accurate consumption amount of the advertiser to be analyzed at the target time.
The consumed amount of the advertiser to be analyzed at the current moment is known, the consumed time is also known, so that the consumed amount in the unit time before the current moment can be calculated and obtained according to the consumed amount, and the value is high in accuracy.
Because the putting time interval of the advertiser is fixed, the consumption amount in unit time length is also accurate, and the consumption predicted value of the advertiser to be analyzed is calculated according to the ratio to obtain the residual consumable time length of the advertiser to be analyzed. Compared with the method that the remaining duration is directly calculated according to the remaining amount, the accuracy of the remaining consumable duration of the advertiser can be embodied better by calculating the consumption predicted value of the advertiser to be analyzed. Because the consumption predicted value of the advertiser to be analyzed is obtained by performing proportional distribution on the overall consumption predicted value, the distribution of future consumption of the advertiser to be analyzed can be reflected, and the calculation of the residual time length according to the residual amount only reflects that the average consumption level is not representative.
And after the remaining consumable time of the advertiser to be analyzed is obtained, judging the remaining consumable time through the time range of early warning, and early warning according to the judgment result.
On the basis of the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the embodiment of the invention also provides a method for triggering early warning, which comprises the following steps:

It should be noted that the target time in the embodiment of the present invention refers to a time when the advertiser to be analyzed performs the fee pre-warning analysis, and certainly, the time may also be a future time, that is, a time that does not occur, and the method of the embodiment may perform real-time analysis on the advertisement fee balance pre-warning, that is, select a time granularity, perform analysis once every other time granularity, and may be set according to an actual demand purpose, where the time is not limited.
