The pressure test tank 3 adopts a horizontal metal pressure container tank which is matched with the pressure regulating valve 4, namely, the pressure regulating valve 4 is connected on a connecting pipeline between the pressure test tank 3 and the metering tank 5 and is used for simulating the site operation pressure to carry out factory test on a medicament injection system, ensuring that the pressure of a medium in the pressure test tank 3 is consistent with the site operation pressure, avoiding unqualified products from being mounted on equipment and influencing the whole quality of the products.
The metering tank is a vertical round tank which is supported by a bracket, pressure sensors are arranged at the bracket, three pressure sensors are generally and uniformly distributed at 120 degrees, the pressure sensors are connected with a control circuit in a control cabinet 6, the weight change of the metering tank can be monitored in real time, and the metering tank can be used for flow performance inspection before delivery of a medicament injection system and can also be used for detecting the measurement precision of a flowmeter and the measurement precision of a metering pump before installation. The control circuit arranged in the control cabinet 6 is connected with a known circuit, receives the weight instantaneous pressure signal transmitted by the metering tank 5, and calculates, counts and records the flow of the medicament injection system.
The test medium is firstly filled into the medium storage tank 1, and is subjected to temperature regulation treatment, namely, the on-site actual operation temperature is firstly set on a control cabinet, then electric heating is started, the temperature instantaneous value is transmitted to the control cabinet by a temperature sensor, when the set value is reached, the control cabinet automatically controls to close the electric heating, automatically flows to the inlet of the booster pump 2, enters the pressure test tank 3 after being pressurized, and flows into the metering tank 5 after the pressure is regulated by the pressure regulating valve 4. When the medicament injection system is tested, the medium storage tank 1 is connected with the inlet of the medicament injection system, the outlet of the injection system is directly connected with the inlet of the pressure test tank 3, the medium flows into the metering tank 5 after the pressure is regulated by the pressure regulating valve 4, and the flow accuracy of the injection system is checked according to the weight change condition of the metering tank 5 which is transmitted to the control cabinet 6 by the metering tank 5.

The special detection device for the medicament injection system comprises a medium storage tank (1) and is characterized by further comprising a booster pump (2), a pressure test tank (3), a pressure regulating valve (4), a metering tank (5) and a control cabinet (6), wherein the outlet end of the medium storage tank (1) is connected with the inlet end of the pressure test tank (3) through the booster pump (2), the outlet end of the pressure test tank (3) is connected with the inlet end of the metering tank (5) through the pressure regulating valve (4), the metering tank (5) is supported by a bracket, a pressure sensor is arranged on the bracket, and the pressure sensor is connected with a control circuit in the control cabinet (6);
