When the electromagnetic control mechanism 2 enables the valve rod 21 to be unsealed from the throttle hole 1511, water flows of the water inlet channel 12 and the water inlet and outlet channel 13 can flow out from the water outlet channel 11 in a throttle state, and the water outlet channel 11 cannot flow out from the water inlet channel 12 and the water inlet and outlet channel 13; the coil is powered off: when the electromagnetic control mechanism 2 closes the valve rod 21 to the orifice 1511, the water flow of the water inlet passage 12 can only flow out of the water inlet passage 13, but the water flow of the water inlet passage 13 cannot flow out of the water inlet passage 12, and neither can flow out of the water outlet passage 11.
