Abstract

本发明属于机械设计领域,公开了一种基于双线圈温升控制的电磁活门。包括印制板组件(1)、霍尔传感器(2)、线架(3)、衔铁(4)、线圈(5),印制板组件与霍尔传感器共同监控衔铁的位置变化,实现对衔铁的运动控制。本发明在保证衔铁运动正常的情况下,提高工作压力,有效的降低了电磁铁产生的热量,提高了系统的可靠性。

技术领域
本发明属于机械设计领域,具体涉及一种基于双线圈温升控制的电磁活门。
背景技术
该类单向活门安装在飞机加油系统预检管路上。产品通电,线圈组件产生磁场,电磁力作用在衔铁组件上,克服弹簧力,活门打开;产品断电,线圈产生的磁场消失,弹簧力推动衔铁组件复位,活门关闭。现有的电磁活门一般由印制板组件1、线架3、衔铁4、线圈5组成,如说明书附图1所示。其存在的问题有:磁场产生的电磁力较小,如果单纯通过增加衔铁截面积、优化线圈安匝提高电磁吸力,电磁线圈结构重量和体积也随之明显增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的:设计一种基于双线圈温升控制的电磁活门。
本发明的技术方案:一种基于双线圈温升控制的电磁活门,包括:印制板组件1、线架3、衔铁4、线圈6;印制板组件1与线圈5链接,衔铁4位于线圈5绕成的柱腔中,线架3位于线圈5绕成的柱腔顶端,其特征在于:线架3增加了安装槽,在安装槽中装入霍尔传感器2,霍尔传感器2与印制板组件1链接,印制板组件1中增加了场效应管,用于接收霍尔传感器2传出的到位电压反馈信号,线圈5中增加了一组绕线,两组绕线分别与印制板组件1链接。
霍尔传感器2安装在线架3安装槽内,感受磁场变化,产生反映衔铁位置变化的电压反馈信号。
印制板组件1在接受到到位信号后,切断线圈5里的一组绕线的电流,控制线圈发热量。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过设计一种基于双线圈温升控制的电磁活门,将电磁活门在不明显增加结构尺寸和重量的前提下,提高了产品的工作压力关闭压力。同时采用温升控制技术,有效降低了线圈发热量,提高其工作可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对发明作进一步说明。
一种基于双线圈温升控制的电磁活门,包括:印制板组件1、线架3、衔铁4、线圈5;印制板组件1与线圈5链接,衔铁4位于线圈5绕成的柱腔中,线架3位于线圈5绕成的柱腔顶端,其特征在于:线架3增加了安装槽,在安装槽中装入霍尔传感器2,感受磁场变化,产生反映衔铁位置变化的电压反馈信号,霍尔传感器2与印制板组件1链接,线圈5中增加了一组绕线,两组绕线分别与印制板组件1链接,印制板组件1中增加了场效应管,用于接收霍尔传感器2传出的到位电压反馈信号,印制板组件1切断线圈5里的一组绕线的电流,控制线圈发热量。
工作过程如下:电磁阀通电,衔铁4在电磁力的作用下克服弹簧6力吸合,油路接通,同时霍尔传感器2对线圈5内气隙磁场变化进行采样,并输出电压信号,触发印制板组件1中的场效应管,实现线圈5绕组切换,并发出位置信号;当电磁阀断电时,衔铁4在弹簧6力作用下,压胶件7紧压在活门座上,活门关闭,油路断开。
电磁阀启动时,两线圈5产生的磁场叠加产生足够的磁感应强度,衔铁4吸合,通过安装在线架上的霍尔传感器2感受磁场变化产生电压反馈信号,触动场效应管开关电路,将其中一线圈断开,另一组线圈保持吸合状态,避免了双线圈大电流启动温升高的问题,提高其工作可靠性。

Claims (3)

1.一种基于双线圈温升控制的电磁活门,包括:印制板组件(1)、线架(3)、衔铁(4)、线圈(5);印制板组件(1)与线圈(5)链接,衔铁(4)位于线圈(5)绕成的柱腔中,线架(3)位于线圈(5)绕成的柱腔顶端,其特征在于:线架(3)增加了安装槽,在安装槽中装入霍尔传感器(2),霍尔传感器(2)与印制板组件(1)链接,印制板组件(1)中增加了场效应管,用于接收霍尔传感器(2)传出的到位电压反馈信号,线圈(5)中增加了一组绕线,两组绕线分别与印制板组件(1)链接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于双线圈温升控制的电磁活门,其特征在于:霍尔传感器(2)安装在线架(3)安装槽内,感受磁场变化,产生反映衔铁位置变化的电压反馈信号。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的基于双线圈温升控制的电磁活门,其特征在于:印制板组件(1)在接受到到位信号后,切断线圈(5)里的一组绕线的电流,控制线圈发热量。
