Abstract
The hydraulic multi-head output transfer case comprises an input shaft sleeved with a first driving gear and a second driving gear, wherein two sets of clutches which are overlapped are arranged on the input shaft between the first driving gear and the second driving gear; the first driving gear is meshed with a first driven gear fixedly arranged on the intermediate shaft, and an intermediate main gear which is fixed on the intermediate shaft together with the first driven gear is meshed with an output gear which is fixed on the first output shaft; the second driving gear is meshed with a second driven gear fixed on a second output shaft; the input shaft is arranged in the box body (17) through two bearings (9, 30), one end part of the input shaft is in butt joint with the prime motor, and the other end part of the input shaft is provided with a rear end cover 28) and is connected with an oil pump (29); the device has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient and flexible operation, safety and reliability, capability of meeting the requirements of special devices, and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a hydraulic multi-head output transfer case with multi-head branch output, which is respectively controlled by hydraulic pressure and can be used for clutching, decelerating and accelerating, and belongs to the technical field of power transmission.
Background
The existing more advanced transfer case consists of an input shaft, an output shaft, a transmission shaft, two sets of clutches for reversing and forward running and a gear pair which are meshed in a related manner, and has the functions of reversing, forward running, clutching, decelerating, bearing thrust on the output shaft and the like. However, there is no transfer case with multiple sets of clutches and multiple output shaft structures as described in this structure.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the hydraulic multi-head output transfer case which has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenient and flexible operation, safety and reliability and can meet the requirements of special devices.
The invention aims at being completed through the following technical scheme that the hydraulic multi-head output transfer case comprises an input shaft sleeved with a first driving gear and a second driving gear, wherein two sets of clutches which are overlapped together are arranged on the input shaft between the first driving gear and the second driving gear;
the first driving gear is meshed with a first driven gear fixedly arranged on the intermediate shaft, and an intermediate main gear which is fixed on the intermediate shaft together with the first driven gear is meshed with an output gear which is fixed on the first output shaft;
the second driving gear is meshed with a second driven gear fixed on a second output shaft.
As preferable: the input shaft is arranged in the box body through two bearings, one end part of the input shaft is in butt joint with the prime motor, and the other end part of the input shaft is provided with a rear end cover and is connected with an oil pump; the first output shaft is arranged in the box body through a left bearing and a right bearing, and two ends of the first output shaft are respectively provided with an output flange connected with the wheel-side speed reducer; the second output shaft is also arranged in the box body through two bearings, and the output end part of the second output shaft is connected with a second output flange; the intermediate shaft is also arranged in the box body through two bearings, and the second driving gear is sleeved on the input shaft through two bearings.
As preferable: an inner clutch seat is fixedly arranged on the input shaft, a large piston, an oil cylinder and a large clutch shell are sleeved on the inner clutch seat, and a large inner friction plate and a large outer friction plate which can move and be compressed through the large piston are arranged between the inner clutch seat and the large clutch shell; the input shaft is also sleeved with a small piston, a return spring, a small inner friction plate and a small outer friction plate, wherein the small inner friction plate and the small outer friction plate can move and be pressed by the small piston; one end of the large clutch shell is connected with the first driving gear by a spline and forms two sets of clutches which are overlapped together.
The invention integrates the transmission device according to the working condition requirement, arranges the mechanical structures required by the working condition together, and meets the requirement of the whole system; when the clutch is used on a amphibious vehicle, the clutch is combined on land, and the input shaft, the clutch, the reduction gear, the output shaft and the wheel-side speed reducer of the traveling system are matched, so that the clutch can advance on land, and the motor can rotate reversely when the motor is required to reverse; the transfer case is provided with a set of hydraulic valve which can adapt to instantaneous forward rotation or reverse rotation; when the water-jet propulsion pump works on water, another group of water-jet clutches can be directly connected, so that the water-jet propulsion pump can be driven to move forward on water, when the water-jet propulsion pump needs to land, the amphibious clutch sets are combined simultaneously, and the water-jet propulsion and the land forward move simultaneously, so that the quick landing can be ensured.
A motor (prime mover) drives two working machines to work at the same time, and particularly, two hydraulic clutches are stacked together, so that the size becomes very small, for example, a plurality of clutches can be stacked by the structural form of the clutches, so that a plurality of clutches can be arranged in a small size, and the hydraulic clutch is a new form for integrating the hydraulic clutches.
The invention has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient and flexible operation, safety and reliability, capability of meeting the requirements of special devices, and the like.

The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings: as shown in fig. 1, the hydraulic multi-head output transfer case of the invention comprises an input shaft 8 sleeved with a first driving gear 7 and a second driving gear 32, wherein two sets of clutches which are overlapped are arranged on the input shaft 8 between the first driving gear 7 and the second driving gear 32; the first driving gear 7 is meshed with a first driven gear 10 fixedly arranged on an intermediate shaft 12, and an intermediate main gear 13 which is fixedly arranged on the intermediate shaft together with the first driven gear is meshed with an output gear 18 which is fixedly arranged on a first output shaft 15; the second drive gear 32 is meshed with the second driven gear 24 which is fixed to the second output shaft 26.
The input shaft is shown in the figure, the input shaft is arranged in the box body 17 through two bearings, namely a bearing A9 and a bearing B30, one end part of the input shaft is in butt joint with the prime motor, and the other end part of the input shaft is provided with a rear end cover 28 and is connected with an oil pump 29; the first output shaft 15 is arranged in the box body 17 through a left bearing, a right bearing, a bearing G16 and a bearing H19, two output flanges connected with the wheel-side speed reducer are respectively arranged at two ends of the first output shaft 15, and an output flange A14 and an output flange B20; the second output shaft 26 is also arranged in the box body 17 through two bearings, namely a bearing C23 and a bearing D25, and the output end part of the second output shaft is connected with a second output flange 27; the intermediate shaft 12 is also installed in the box 17 through two bearings, namely a bearing E11 and a bearing F21, and the second driving gear 32 is sleeved on the input shaft 8 through two bearings, namely a bearing X31 and a bearing Y33.
The input shaft 8 is fixedly provided with an inner clutch seat 3, the inner clutch seat is sleeved with a large piston 4, an oil cylinder 6 and a large clutch shell 5, and a large inner friction plate 1 and a large outer friction plate 2 which can move and be compressed through the large piston 4 are arranged between the inner clutch seat 3 and the large clutch shell 5; the input shaft 8 is also sleeved with a small piston 22, a return spring 34, a small inner friction plate 35 and a small outer friction plate 36 which can move and be pressed by the small piston 22; one end of the large clutch housing 5 is connected with the first driving gear 7 by a spline, and forms two sets of clutches which are overlapped together.
Examples:
referring to fig. 1, the transfer case of the present invention has an input shaft 8 on which an inner clutch seat 3 is fixedly mounted, and on which a large piston 4, an oil cylinder 6, and a large clutch housing 5 are mounted.
The input shaft 8 is also sleeved with a driving gear 7, and the input shaft 8 is also sleeved with a small piston 22, a return spring 34, a water driving gear 32, a bearing A9 and a bearing B30.
After the motor shaft is connected with the transfer case input shaft 8, the input shaft 8 rotates, because the inner clutch seat is fixedly arranged on the input shaft 8, when a large piston sleeved on the inner clutch seat moves to compress the inner friction plate 1 and the outer friction plate 2, the large clutch shell 5 rotates, one end of the large clutch shell is connected with the driving gear through a spline, the driving gear 7 rotates, the driving gear 7 drives the first slave tooth 10 to rotate, and because the first slave tooth 10 and the middle master tooth 13 are fixedly arranged on the middle shaft 12. When the first slave tooth 10 rotates, the middle master tooth 13 rotates to drive the large output gear 18 to rotate, and power is transmitted to the output flange A14 and the output flange B20 through the output shaft 15. The output flange A14 and the output flange B20 are connected with the wheel-side speed reducer, so that the land walking working condition is finished.
When the water working condition is met, the input shaft 8 rotates to drive the fixedly mounted inner clutch seat 3 to rotate, the clutch in the inner clutch seat 3 is combined to drive the water driving gear 32 to rotate, the water driving gear 32 drives the water driven gear 24 to rotate, and the water driven gear 24 is fixedly mounted on the water output shaft 26, so that the water output shaft rotates to drive the water spraying propeller to work when rotating, and the water sailing working condition is completed.
The invention effectively solves the problem that under the condition of limiting the space range, various outputs and various working conditions are needed to be realized, namely, one machine has multiple functions. And the clutch assemblies are combined in a superposition mode to show a novel structural mode of the clutch assemblies. Achieving the required purpose.

the second driving gear (32) is meshed with a second driven gear (24) fixed on a second output shaft (26);

an inner clutch seat (3) is fixedly arranged on the input shaft (8), a large piston (4), an oil cylinder (6) and a large clutch shell (5) are sleeved on the inner clutch seat, and a large inner friction plate (1) and a large outer friction plate (2) which can move and be compressed through the large piston (4) are arranged between the inner clutch seat (3) and the large clutch shell (5); the input shaft (8) is also sleeved with a small piston (22), a return spring (34), and a small inner friction plate (35) and a small outer friction plate (36) which can move and be pressed by the small piston (22); one end of the large clutch shell (5) is connected with the first driving gear (7) by a spline, and the two sets of clutches which are overlapped together are formed.
