Abstract
本发明涉及建筑节能门窗领域,尤其是一种铝塑复合平开折叠门结构,包括折叠门、平开门和设置在门框上的滑动轨道,所述平开门的一侧边框与所述折叠门一侧的活动边框通过铰链连接;所述活动边框上设有转动轴,所述转动轴设置在滑动轨道内,且可沿该滑动轨道带动所述折叠门和平开门滑动。本发明的平开折叠门结构采用折叠门与平开门相互结合的技术,可单独开启平开门,也可将平开折叠门全部打开,使视觉没有障碍,感觉特别通透。本发明丰富了折叠门的使用功能,能够有效节约门的占用空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑节能门窗领域,尤其是一种铝塑复合平开折叠门结构。
背景技术
目前,建筑外门的应用开启形式很多,而铝塑复合门的应用也越来越普及。针对于较大洞口的建筑外门而言,常规铝塑铝门的开启形式主要以内开、外开为主,洞口内只能设计多个开启门体来满足通风需求,这样又能产生多个立柱,阻碍人体视线。也占用一定的开启空间。
为了解决以上问题,本发明做了有益改进。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种铝塑复合平开折叠门结构,有效节约门的占用空间,且同时具有平开门与折叠门的功能。
(二)技术方案
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种铝塑复合平开折叠门结构,包括折叠门、平开门和设置在门框上的滑动轨道,所述平开门的一侧边框与所述折叠门一侧的活动边框通过铰链连接;所述活动边框上设有转动轴,所述转动轴设置在滑动轨道内,且可沿该滑动轨道带动所述折叠门和平开门滑动。
具体地,所述折叠门包括折叠门边框和设置在该折叠门边框内的中空玻璃,所述平开门包括平开门边框和设置在该平开门边框内的中空玻璃;所述折叠门边框和平开门边框的材质均为铝塑复合型材。
其中,所述折叠门包括一个或多个折叠门扇组合单元,且每个折叠门扇组合单元包括两扇门;所述两扇门在相邻边框处通过铰链连接;所述两扇门在所述折叠门扇组合单元两侧的边框上分别设有转动轴,所述转动轴与所述滑动轨道连接,且该转动轴可在所述滑动轨道内滑动。
进一步,所述滑动轨道为外挂式结构,包括上部滑动轨道和下部滑动轨道。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术和产品相比,本发明有如下优点:
1、本发明的平开折叠门结构采用折叠门与平开门相互结合的技术,使所述平开折叠门更具实用性;当人出入较少时,可单独开启平开门即可;当遇到出入人员较多或搬运大件物品和要求特别通透的时候,平开折叠门可全部打开,使视觉没有障碍,感觉特别通透;本发明丰富了折叠门的使用功能,能够有效节约门的占用空间。
2、本发明的平开门和折叠门均采用铝塑复合型材和中空玻璃的结构,具有节能、隔音、防噪、防尘、防水功能。铝塑复合型材可使所述平开折叠门结构更好起到阻隔空气的对流作用,更加保温、节能,并且使声音传导受到局限,起到更好的隔音作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种铝塑复合平开折叠门结构,包括折叠门1、平开门2和设置在门框3上的滑动轨道5。所述折叠门1的一侧边框铰接在门框3上,其另一侧为活动边框1a。所述平开门2的一侧边框与所述折叠门1的一侧的活动边框1a通过铰链6连接;所述活动边框1a上设有转动轴4,所述转动轴4设置在滑动轨道5内,且可沿该滑动轨道5带动所述折叠门1和平开门2滑动。该平开折叠门结构采用铝塑铝型材制成,能够提高隔音保温的效果。当人出入较少时,可单独开启平开门即可;当遇到出入人员较多或搬运大件物品和要求特别通透的时候,打开平开门后,将折叠门全部打开,将平开门和折叠门沿滑动轨道侧移并使门扇折叠,扩大了门的打开空间,并占有较小空间,使视觉没有障碍,感觉特别通透。
具体地,所述折叠门包括折叠门边框和设置在该折叠门边框内的中空玻璃,所述平开门包括平开门边框和设置在该平开门边框内的中空玻璃;所述折叠门边框和平开门边框的材质均为铝塑复合型材。铝塑复合型材是一种半铝半塑的门窗材料,他们之间有相配的卡槽,把塑料芯材的触角穿到铝合金型材的卡槽内,用复合机把铝合金的卡槽外侧压紧,将塑芯触角卡紧,这样形成铝塑二合一的门窗型材。铝塑复合型材可使所述平开折叠门结构更好起到阻隔空气的对流作用,更加保温、节能,并且使声音传导受到局限,起到更好的隔音作用。
其中,所述滑动轨道5为外挂式结构,包括上部滑动轨道和下部滑动轨道。
本实施例中的平开折叠门根据大门的尺寸需要,所述折叠门可包括一个或多个折叠门扇组合单元7。每个折叠门扇组合7单元包括两扇门。所述两扇门在相邻边框处通过铰链连接;所述两扇门在所述折叠门扇组合单元两侧的边框分别设有转动轴,该转动轴设置在所述滑动轨道内,且所述转动轴可在所述滑动轨道内滑动。
实施例一
本实施例中,一种平开折叠门结构包括一个折叠门扇组合单元7和一个平开门2。平开门2的一边框与该折叠门扇组合的活动边框1a通过铰链6连接,该折叠门扇组合单元的另一侧边框与门框3固定铰接。所述活动边框上设有转动轴4,所述转动轴4可沿门框3上的滑动轨道5活动。该平开门可单独打开,也可将平开门和折叠门扇组合单元都打开,并折叠打开整个门。

1.一种铝塑复合平开折叠门结构,其特征在于,包括折叠门、平开门和设置在门框上的滑动轨道,所述平开门的一侧边框与所述折叠门一侧的活动边框通过铰链连接;所述活动边框上设有转动轴,所述转动轴设置在滑动轨道内,且可沿该滑动轨道带动所述折叠门和平开门滑动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝塑复合平开折叠门结构,其特征在于,所述折叠门包括折叠门边框和设置在该折叠门边框内的中空玻璃,所述平开门包括平开门边框和设置在该平开门边框内的中空玻璃;所述折叠门边框和平开门边框的材质均为铝塑复合型材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝塑复合平开折叠门结构,其特征在于,所述折叠门包括一个或多个折叠门扇组合单元,且每个折叠门扇组合单元包括两扇门;所述两扇门在相邻边框处通过铰链连接;所述两扇门在所述折叠门扇组合单元两侧的边框上分别设有转动轴,所述转动轴与所述滑动轨道连接,且该转动轴可在所述滑动轨道内滑动。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的铝塑复合平开折叠门结构,其特征在于,所述滑动轨道为外挂式结构,包括上部滑动轨道和下部滑动轨道。
