Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of polypropylene device cleaning, in particular to a polypropylene cleaning reagent.
Background
Polypropylene is a polymer widely applied in the plastic industry, and electric driving equipment of a polypropylene device plays important roles in conveying reaction raw materials, driving reaction, stirring media, extruding granulation, conveying and blending products and the like. When the polypropylene device suffers from power failure, the electric drive equipment can lose operation power instantly, and the polymer in the polymerization kettle can not enter the next device in time, so that condensation can occur to form polypropylene dirt attached to the inner wall of the polymerization kettle, and at the moment, production can only be stopped, and the polymerization kettle and the blocked pipeline can be cleaned. If the cleaning is not carried out in time, the downtime is too long, or the cleaning is not clean, the production is seriously lost.
In the prior art, the method for cleaning the polypropylene dirt attached to the polypropylene device mainly comprises manual cleaning and high-pressure water gun flushing. However, the cleaning effect of the two methods is not ideal, manual cleaning wastes time and labor, the high-pressure water gun has low flushing safety and is not easy to control, and the inner wall of the polymerization kettle can be damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the polypropylene cleaning reagent which can quickly and efficiently clean polypropylene dirt attached to a polypropylene device, does not contain strong acidic components and alkaline components, does not cause equipment corrosion and environmental pollution, has low raw material cost, and can be effectively recycled and used as other raw materials for chemical production.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a polypropylene cleaning reagent is composed of the following raw materials in parts by volume:
50 parts of diesel oil;
50 parts of dimethylbenzene;
2 parts of surfactant OP-10;
and 1 part of penetrant JFC.
The polypropylene cleaning reagent cleans polypropylene dirt attached to a polypropylene device at 120-130 ℃.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the polypropylene cleaning reagent provided by the invention adopts xylene and diesel oil as main solvents, and the surfactant OP-10 and the penetrant JFC are mixed according to the volume ratio of 2:1 to serve as active components of the cleaning agent, so that the dissolving speed of polypropylene dirt in the xylene and the diesel oil can be effectively increased, and the polypropylene dirt attached to a polypropylene device can be effectively cleaned when the cleaning temperature reaches 120-130 ℃. The raw materials of the cleaning agent are low in price, do not contain strong acid components and alkaline components, and can be recycled as other raw materials for chemical production to realize recycling, so that the polypropylene cleaning agent provided by the invention is low in raw material cost, does not need pollution discharge treatment, can greatly reduce the cleaning cost, and does not cause equipment corrosion and environmental pollution.
