本发明公开了一种室内钢结构防火涂料,由如下原料按重量份组成:纤维素醚10‑20份、氟碳树脂10‑20份、环氧树脂30‑40份、玻璃微珠10‑15份、聚磷酸铵3‑5份、碳酸镁5‑7份、碳酸铝5‑7份、膨润土4‑6份、滑石粉3‑5份、季戊四醇2‑6份、二氧化硅3‑6份、二氧化钛3‑5份、水35‑45份、乙二醇6‑8份、阻燃剂6‑8份、硬质碳酸钙3‑5份、发泡剂0.6‑0.8份、稳定剂1.5‑2.5份、抗氧化剂1‑2份。本发明所制得的钢结构防火涂料的性能得到了提高,具有很好的防火阻燃效果,安全环保,添加了发泡剂,使防火性、阻燃性得到提高,添加了稳定剂,提高了防火涂料的化学稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢结构防护领域,具体是一种室内钢结构防火涂料。
背景技术
钢材虽然不具备可燃性,是非可燃材料,但是钢材本身作为建筑材料在防火方面存在着一些难以避免的缺陷,钢材导热系数大,常温热导率高达58.2w/m·k,遇火或温度达到500℃左右时其弹性模量、屈服强度和极限强度将显著降低,应变急剧增大,致使其迅速扭曲变形,导致钢结构部分或全部塌陷破坏。有的为了达到防火要求,在钢结构表面涂刷了防火阻燃涂料,以对所涂覆的钢结构起到一定的保护作用。现有的防火阻燃涂料配方简单,大多存在防护时间短,对钢结构产生腐蚀等缺陷,还有一些防火阻燃涂料添加了一些有害物质,在燃烧过程后会产生对人体有害的气体,有安全隐患。

本发明提供了一种室内钢结构防火涂料,以解决上述技术问题。
一种室内钢结构防火涂料,由如下原料按重量份组成:纤维素醚10-20份、氟碳树脂10-20份、环氧树脂30-40份、玻璃微珠10-15份、聚磷酸铵3-5份、碳酸镁5-7份、碳酸铝5-7份、膨润土4-6份、滑石粉3-5份、季戊四醇2-6份、二氧化硅3-6份、二氧化钛3-5份、水35-45份、乙二醇6-8份、阻燃剂6-8份、硬质碳酸钙3-5份、发泡剂0.6-0.8份、稳定剂1.5-2.5份、抗氧化剂1-2份。
优选的,所述的室内钢结构防火涂料,由如下原料按重量份组成:纤维素醚15份、氟碳树脂15份、环氧树脂35份、玻璃微珠12.5份、聚磷酸铵4份、碳酸镁6份、碳酸铝6份、膨润土5份、滑石粉4份、季戊四醇4份、二氧化硅4.5份、二氧化钛4份、水40份、乙二醇7份、阻燃剂7份、硬质碳酸钙4份、发泡剂0.7份、稳定剂1份、抗氧化剂1.5份。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明所制得的钢结构防火涂料的性能得到了提高,具有很好的防火阻燃效果,安全环保,添加了发泡剂,使防火性、阻燃性得到提高,添加了稳定剂,提高了防火涂料的化学稳定性。

其中,上述稳定剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡;上述发泡剂为尿素、双氰胺或者两者的混合物。

一种室内钢结构防火涂料,由如下原料按重量份组成:纤维素醚15份、氟碳树脂15份、环氧树脂35份、玻璃微珠12.5份、聚磷酸铵4份、碳酸镁6份、碳酸铝6份、膨润土5份、滑石粉4份、季戊四醇4份、二氧化硅4.5份、二氧化钛4份、水40份、乙二醇7份、阻燃剂7份、硬质碳酸钙4份、发泡剂0.7份、稳定剂1份、抗氧化剂1.5份。
其中,上述稳定剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡;上述发泡剂为尿素、双氰胺或者两者的混合物。

一种室内钢结构防火涂料,由如下原料按重量份组成:纤维素醚20份、氟碳树脂20份、环氧树脂40份、玻璃微珠15份、聚磷酸铵5份、碳酸镁7份、碳酸铝7份、膨润土6份、滑石粉5份、季戊四醇6份、二氧化硅6份、二氧化钛5份、水45份、乙二醇8份、阻燃剂8份、硬质碳酸钙5份、发泡剂0.8份、稳定剂2.5份、抗氧化剂2份。
其中,上述稳定剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡;上述发泡剂为尿素、双氰胺或者两者的混合物。
