The invention provides a water filtration system.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the water filtration system includes a filter cartridge 20 having a raw water inlet (not shown), a purified water outlet (not shown), and a waste outlet (not shown), and further includes: a water quality detector 40 for detecting a TDS value of water quality at the waste outlet; and a waste valve 30 provided at the waste outlet, and controlling an opening of the waste valve 30 according to the detected TDS value of the waste outlet by the water quality detector 40 to maintain the TDS value of the waste outlet constant.
Specifically, a waste water pipeline 51 connected with the filter element 20 is arranged at the waste water outlet, the water quality detector 40 and the waste water valve 40 are both arranged on the waste water pipeline 51, the water quality detector 40 is used for detecting the TDS value of the waste water quality in the waste water pipeline 51, and the waste water valve 30 is used for controlling the flow of the waste water in the waste water pipeline 51. By setting a preset wastewater quality TDS value, such as 1000mg/L, when the water quality detector 40 detects that the wastewater quality TDS value is smaller than 1000mg/L, the opening of the wastewater valve 30 is reduced, so that the wastewater quality TDS value is increased to 1000mg/L; when the water quality detector 40 detects that the TDS value of the wastewater quality is greater than 1000mg/L, the opening of the wastewater valve 40 is increased, so that the TDS value of the wastewater quality is reduced to 1000g/L, and the TDS value of the wastewater quality in the wastewater pipeline 51 is kept constant and maintained at 1000mg/L through the feedback type adjustment. Wherein, the TDS value of the preset wastewater quality is adjustable, and the TDS value of the preset wastewater quality is adjusted according to the condition of the water quality. Wherein, the adjustment of the waste water valve 30 can be immediate, that is, as long as the water quality detector 40 detects that the TDS value of the waste water quality in the waste water pipeline 51 is greater than or less than the TDS value of the preset waste water quality, the opening of the waste water valve 30 is correspondingly adjusted up or down immediately, so as to ensure that the TDS value of the waste water quality in the waste water pipeline 51 is maintained at the TDS value of the preset waste water quality; the adjustment of the waste water valve 30 may also be intermittent, i.e. a preset range value is set in which the TDS value of the waste water quality fluctuates up and down, and when the TDS value of the waste water quality detected by the water quality detector 40 is within the preset range value, the opening of the waste water valve 30 is kept unchanged, and only when the TDS value of the waste water quality detected by the water quality detector 40 exceeds the preset range value, the opening of the waste water valve 30 is correspondingly increased or decreased, so that the TDS value of the water quality of the waste water pipeline 51 is within the preset range value. Therefore, maintaining the TDS value of the waste outlet water quality constant does not merely mean constant at a constant value, but may also be constant within a reasonable range.
In this embodiment, the water filtration system further includes a pressure pump 10, and the pressure pump 10 is communicated with the filter element 20 through the raw water purifying port, so as to increase the water pressure at the raw water inlet, which is beneficial to the filtration of raw water by the water filtration system. The devices in the water filtration system are all connected by a pipeline 50, wherein a raw water pipeline 53 is connected with the pressure pump 10 and the raw water inlet, and a purified water pipeline 52 is connected with the purified water outlet.
Further, the water filtering system further comprises a pressure sensor, wherein the pressure sensor is used for detecting the pressure of the raw water inlet; and the first alarm module is used for sending out first alarm information when the pressure of the raw water inlet is larger than a first preset pressure value. Over time, the filter cartridge 20 will degrade in performance and become clogged later during prolonged use of the water filtration system. When the filter cartridge 20 is clogged, the pressure of the raw water inlet is increased, damage to the pressure pump 10 and other devices of the water filtration system is easily caused, and there is a safety hazard. Of course, the pressure of the raw water inlet is too high due to other reasons. Through setting up a pressure sensor that is used for detecting raw water inlet department pressure, when the pressure value that raw water inlet goes out like this exceeds certain pressure back, first alarm module will send alarm information to suggestion user is handled soon, avoids causing the incident. The alarm information can be sound, light, electric signal, etc.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the water filtration system further comprises a control device 60, and the control device 60 is electrically connected with the water quality detector 40 and the waste water valve 30 to control the opening degree of the waste water valve 30 according to the TDS value of the water quality of the waste water outlet detected by the water quality detector 40. In this embodiment, the waste water valve 30 is an adjustable electromagnetic valve, and can adjust the TDS value of the water quality of the waste water pipeline 51 by steplessly adjusting the opening degree of the waste water valve. When the water filtration system is operated, the control device 60 detects the water quality detector 40, determines whether the opening of the waste water valve 30 should be increased or decreased or maintained based on the detected value of the water quality detector 40, and then adjusts the waste water valve 30 based on the determination result. Of course, the waste water valve 30 and the water quality detector 40 can be directly electrically connected, and the waste water valve 30 directly receives the electric signal of the water quality detector 40 to adjust the opening degree of the waste water valve.
Also, a storage module may be provided in the control device 60, and a water quality detector (not shown) may be provided at the raw water inlet to detect the quality of raw water at the raw water inlet. The above has explained that the preset wastewater quality TDS value is changed according to the change of the raw water quality, the storage module has the raw water quality-wastewater quality TDS value comparison table stored therein, the raw water quality at the raw water inlet is detected by the water quality detector, and then the control device 60 obtains the wastewater quality TDS value corresponding to the water quality at the raw water inlet through the storage module, so that the control device 60 can control the opening of the wastewater valve 30 according to the wastewater quality TDS value in combination with the water quality detector 40. Through the arrangement, the water filtering system can be more intelligent and automatic, and the working efficiency is higher. Of course, the control device 60 may be turned off to directly perform manual adjustment of the waste water valve 30.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the control device 60 includes a delay module 70, and the delay module 70 is used for controlling the waste water valve 30 by the control device 60 after the water filtration system is started for a first preset time. The first preset time refers to the time when the water filtration system reaches a stable working state after being started, and the TDS value of the wastewater quality should be stable. By providing such a delay module, the control device 60 will not begin to adjust the waste water valve 30 based on the water quality detector 40 until a first predetermined time has elapsed. When starting, the TDS value of the water quality changes greatly in the first preset time, and if the waste water valve 30 is regulated in the first preset time, the regulating range of the waste water valve 30 is large, and the waste water valve 30 is easy to damage. Wherein the waste water valve 30 is in an open state when the water system is started.
Preferably, the control device 60 is configured to control the waste valve 30 to increase the opening after detecting that the TDS value of the water quality at the waste outlet is greater than the first preset TDS value of the water quality; after detecting that the TDS value of the water quality of the waste outlet is smaller than the TDS value of the second preset water quality, controlling the waste valve 30 to reduce the opening; wherein the second preset water quality TDS value is smaller than or equal to the first preset water quality. The first and second preset water quality TDS values are not constant values, which vary with the variation of the preset wastewater quality TDS value, the first and second preset water quality TDS values corresponding to the preset wastewater quality TDS value. Wherein the first preset water quality TDS value is larger than the preset wastewater quality TDS value, and the second preset water quality TDS value is smaller than the preset wastewater quality TDS value. When the TDS value of the wastewater quality detected in real time by the water quality detector 40 is within the range of the first preset TDS value and the second preset TDS value of the wastewater quality, the opening of the wastewater valve 30 is maintained unchanged; when the water quality detector 40 detects that the TDS value of the wastewater quality is greater than the first preset water quality, the control device 60 controls the wastewater valve 30 to increase the opening thereof so that the TDS value of the wastewater quality is reduced to the TDS value of the preset wastewater quality; when the water quality detector 40 detects that the TDS value of the wastewater quality is smaller than the second preset TDS value of the wastewater quality, the control device 60 controls the waste water valve 30 to decrease the opening thereof so that the TDS value of the wastewater quality is increased to the preset TDS value of the wastewater quality. The storage module also stores a first preset water quality TDS value and a second preset water quality TDS value which correspond to different preset water quality TDS values.
Further, the control device 60 further includes: and the second alarm module is used for sending out second alarm information after detecting that the TDS value of the water quality of the waste water outlet is larger than the TDS value of the first preset water quality after the control device 60 controls the waste water valve 30 to increase the opening. The second alarm module and the first alarm module may be the same alarm device or different alarm devices, but the alarm information sent by the second alarm module and the first alarm module should be different, so as to be convenient for distinguishing, such as light without color, different alarm sounds, different electric signals, etc. By setting the second alarm module, after detecting that the TDS value of the wastewater quality is greater than the TDS value of the first preset water quality, the opening of the wastewater valve 30 is increased, and then the second preset time is passed, the detected TDS value of the wastewater quality is greater than the TDS value of the first preset water quality, which indicates that the water filtration system works in failure, that the pump pressure is insufficient, that the filter element 20 is blocked, and the like, and sends alarm information through the second alarm module to remind a user of timely inspection.
The invention also provides a control method of the water filtering system.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the control method of the water filtration system comprises the steps of:
step S10: detecting the TDS value of the water quality of the waste water outlet;
step S20: the opening degree of a waste valve arranged at the waste outlet is controlled according to the TDS value of the water quality of the waste outlet so as to maintain the TDS value of the water quality of the waste outlet constant.
Setting a preset wastewater quality TDS value, such as 1000gL/L, and when the water quality detector detects that the wastewater quality TDS value is smaller than 1000gL/L, regulating the opening of the wastewater valve to reduce the opening of the wastewater valve so that the wastewater quality TDS value is increased to 1000gL/L; when the water quality detector detects that the TDS value of the wastewater is greater than 1000gL/L, the opening of the wastewater valve is increased, so that the TDS value of the wastewater is reduced to 1000gL/L, and the TDS value of the wastewater in the wastewater pipeline is kept constant and maintained at 1000gL/L through the feedback type regulation. Wherein, the preset water quality TDS value of the wastewater can be adjusted, and the preset water quality TDS value is adjusted according to the water quality condition. The waste water valve can be adjusted immediately, namely, the opening of the waste water valve is correspondingly adjusted to be larger or smaller as soon as the water quality detector detects that the TDS value of the waste water in the waste water pipeline is larger or smaller than the preset TDS value of the waste water, so that the TDS value of the waste water in the waste water pipeline is maintained at the preset TDS value of the waste water quality; the adjustment of the waste water valve can also be intermittent, namely, a preset range of the TDS value of the preset waste water quality is set, when the TDS value of the waste water quality detected by the water quality detector is within the preset range, the opening of the waste water valve is kept unchanged, and only when the TDS value of the waste water quality detected by the water quality detector exceeds the preset range, the opening of the waste water valve is correspondingly increased or decreased, so that the TDS value of the waste water pipeline is within the preset range. Therefore, maintaining the TDS value of the waste outlet water quality constant does not merely mean constant at a constant value, but may also be constant within a reasonable range.
In this embodiment, the water filtration system further comprises: detecting the pressure of a raw water inlet; and when the pressure of the raw water inlet is larger than a first preset pressure value, sending out first alarm information.
During the long-term use of the water filtration system, the performance of the filter element is reduced along with the time, and the filter element is easily blocked at a later stage. When the filter element is blocked, the pressure of the raw water inlet is increased continuously, so that the pressure pump and other devices of the water filtering system are damaged easily, and potential safety hazards can exist. Through detecting the pressure of raw water inlet, after the pressure value that raw water inlet goes out exceeds certain pressure, first alarm module will send alarm information to suggestion user is handled soon, avoids causing the incident. The alarm information can be sound, light, electric signal, etc.
In this embodiment, the step of detecting the TDS value of the wastewater outlet further comprises, prior to: the water filtration system is started and then delayed for a first preset time.
The first preset time refers to the time when the water filtration system reaches a stable working state after being started, and the TDS value of the wastewater quality should be stable. When starting, the TDS value of the water quality changes greatly in the first preset time, and if the waste water valve is regulated in the first preset time, the regulating amplitude of the waste water valve is large, so that the waste water valve is easy to damage. Wherein the waste water valve is in an open state when the water system is started.
In this embodiment, the step of controlling the opening of the waste valve provided in the waste outlet according to the TDS value of the water quality of the waste outlet so that the TDS value of the water quality of the waste outlet is constant specifically includes:
after detecting that the water quality TDS value of the waste water outlet is larger than a first preset water quality TDS value, controlling a waste water valve to increase the opening;
after detecting that the TDS value of the water quality of the waste water outlet is smaller than the TDS value of the second preset water quality, controlling the waste water valve to reduce the opening;
wherein the second preset water quality TDS value is smaller than the first preset water quality TDS value.
The first and second preset water quality TDS values are not constant values, which vary with the variation of the preset wastewater quality TDS value, the first and second preset water quality TDS values corresponding to the preset wastewater quality TDS value. Wherein, the first preset water quality TDS value is larger than the preset wastewater quality TDS value, and the second preset water quality is smaller than the preset wastewater quantity. When the water quality TDS value of the wastewater detected by the water quality detector in real time is in the range of the first preset water quality TDS value and the second preset water quality TDS value, the opening of the wastewater valve is kept unchanged; when the water quality detector detects that the water quality of the wastewater is greater than a first preset water quality TDS value, the control device controls the wastewater valve to increase the opening of the wastewater valve so as to reduce the water quality of the wastewater to the preset water quality; when the water quality detector detects that the TDS value of the wastewater quality is smaller than the TDS value of the second preset water quality, the control device controls the wastewater valve to reduce the opening of the wastewater valve, so that the TDS value of the wastewater quality is increased to the TDS value of the preset wastewater quality.
In this embodiment, after detecting that the TDS value of the water quality of the waste outlet is greater than the first preset water quality, the step of controlling the waste valve to increase the opening degree further includes: and after the water outlet TDS value of the wastewater outlet is still detected to be larger than the first preset water TDS value by the second preset time, sending out second alarm information.
After detecting that the TDS value of the wastewater quality is larger than the TDS value of the first preset water quality, the opening of the wastewater valve is increased, and then the second preset time is passed, so that the detected TDS value of the wastewater quality is larger than the TDS value of the first preset water quality, and the water filtering system is indicated to work in fault, and the failure is possibly caused by insufficient pump pressure, filter element blockage and the like.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
