When the material delivery valve is actually used, materials entering the box body 1 are blown away in time and cannot be accumulated at the position of the feeding pipe 2 due to the existence of the first air inlet pipe 4; the presence of the second inlet pipe 5 allows the material to be blown off in time and to be discharged from the outlet pipe 3, and allows space for the material to flow in the inlet pipe 2. Compared with the traditional feed valve, the feed valve omits a gear and a blade, and the inner arrangement of the valve body is simpler; and the first air inlet pipe 4 and the second air inlet pipe 5 are adopted to blow away and drive the materials in the valve body, so that the fluidization characteristic of the valve body is improved, and the blockage of the valve body is avoided. Therefore, the air flow rate of the second intake pipe 5 can be selected to be larger than that of the first intake pipe 4 in specific design. Please refer to fig. 1 in detail.
Further, for the distribution of better control air current, guarantee the effect of blowing away the material, can set up first distribution board 6 in the junction of first intake pipe 4 and box 1 to regular a plurality of first through-holes that set up on this first distribution board 6, be convenient for control the flow direction of air current. Similarly, a second distribution plate 7 may be disposed at the connection position of the second air inlet pipe 5 and the box body 1, and a plurality of second through holes are regularly disposed on the second distribution plate 7 to control the flow direction of the air flow.

Preferably, in order to enlarge the application range of the delivery valve and facilitate the application of the delivery valve to different devices, the discharge pipe 3 may comprise a straight section 8 and a bent section 9; and through section 8 and curved segment 9 can be detachable connection, like flange joint: when the connection is required to be bent, the bent section 9 is connected to the discharge pipe 3 of the material conveying valve; when not needed, the bending section 9 can be detached, and the design is practical and humanized.
