Abstract
The application discloses a roll paper wet coating sizing device, which comprises a paper conveying roller group and a film coating conveying roller group which are conveyed in opposite directions; a gluing device for coating glue on the lower surface of the paper in transmission is arranged below the paper transmission roller group; a laminating roller set is arranged above the upper part between the gluing device and the laminating transmission roller set; the laminating roller group is used for extruding and laminating paper and a laminating film. Through the wet coating gluing device, the paper is directly covered and stuck with the coating film after being coated with glue, so that a heating device is omitted, and the production cost is saved; according to certain embodiments of the application, in the gluing process, the glue spreading amount is strictly controlled through the liquid level balancing device and the glue sucking device, so that the production quality of the roll paper is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates generally to web production equipment, and more particularly to a web wet-cover sizing device.
Background
Roll paper is common in life, for example, as label paper of logistics labels, the roll label paper is generally rolled after being dried after being coated with glue in the production process, the glue is firstly preheated to enable the glue to be melted in the process of attaching the paper to the laminating film, and then the laminating film is attached to the paper.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing drawbacks or deficiencies in the prior art, it is desirable to provide a web wet-end gluing device that is inexpensive to manufacture.

Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a web wet coating and gluing device according to the present application includes a paper conveying roller set 10 and a film coating conveying roller set 20 that are conveyed in opposite directions; a glue applying device 30 for applying glue to the lower surface of the paper being transported is arranged below the paper transporting roller set 10; a laminating roller set 40 is arranged above the upper part between the gluing device 30 and the laminating transmission roller set 20; the laminating roller set 40 is used for pressing and laminating the paper 50 and the coating film 60. The paper 50 and the coating film are extruded and laminated, and then stretched, transported and wound by a transport roller set to form a roll paper.
In a preferred embodiment, the glue applying device 30 includes a glue tank 31, a glue homogenizing roller 32 with a bottom immersed in the glue tank 31, and a glue applicator 33 above the glue homogenizing roller 32 and rotating in opposite directions to the glue homogenizing roller 32. The glue homogenizing roller is controlled by a motor to rotate at a constant speed, glue in the glue groove 31 is adhered to the surface, the glue is coated on the glue coating roller 33 through rotation, and the glue coating roller contacts with the paper in transmission to coat the glue on the lower surface of the paper.
In a preferred embodiment, a liquid level balancing device 70 is arranged at one side of the glue tank 31; the liquid level balancing device 70 comprises a glue supplementing groove 71 communicated with the bottom of the glue groove 31 and with the same liquid level, and a glue supplementing box for supplementing glue to the glue supplementing groove 71 through a glue conveying pipe 72; a liquid level sensor is arranged on the side wall of the glue supplementing groove 71; a flowmeter and a fluid supplementing valve are arranged on the rubber conveying pipe 72; signals of the flowmeter and the liquid level sensor are transmitted to a controller of the fluid supplementing valve through a lead. Glue in the glue tank 31 and the glue supplementing tank 71 can keep consistent according to the principle of the communicating vessel, the glue is supplemented by monitoring the glue amount of the glue supplementing tank 71, so that the glue water level of the glue tank 31 can be kept, fluctuation of the glue amount in the glue tank 31 is avoided, the depth of the glue homogenizing roller 32 immersed in the glue tank 31 is influenced, and in addition, the glue fluctuation in the glue amount in the glue tank 31 can be further avoided by supplementing the glue supplementing tank 71.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in other embodiments, the glue applying device 30 may be implemented by other structures, for example, the glue applying device 30 includes a glue applying roller, where the glue applying roller includes a hollow glue applying cylinder 35 directly under the paper, and a net surface glue applying cylinder 36 rotatably sleeved outside the glue applying cylinder 35; the end face of the sizing cylinder 35 is provided with a glue injection port; the bottom surface of the sizing cylinder 35 is provided with an axially extending strip-shaped glue outlet; the glue cartridge 36 has glue velvet uniformly implanted on its surface. Preferably, the glue outlet consists of a glue outlet hole; glue flows out from the glue outlet through the glue injection port, and along with the rotation of the glue coating cylinder 36, the glue is fully coated on the surface of the glue coating cylinder, and the glue coating amount can be controlled through the glue injection amount.
The glue amount can be achieved by other device structures, for example, a pressure port is arranged on the end surface of the glue applying cylinder 35 opposite to the glue injection port; the outside of the rubber cylinder 35 is provided with a miniature inflator 37 communicated with a pressure port. The size of the glue flow of the glue outlet is controlled by adjusting the pressure in the glue feeding cylinder 35 through the inflator pump 37, so that the glue coating amount of the glue coating cylinder 36 is controlled.
In both embodiments of the glue applicator described above, the glue applicator 33 and the glue cylinder 36 are preferably provided with glue suction means 80 on their sides.
Preferably, the glue sucking device 80 comprises a gauze 81, a base 82, an unreeling roller 83 fixed on the base 82, a wind-up roller 84, a lower conveying roller 85 and an upper conveying roller 86; the lower conveying roller 85 is arranged flush with the unreeling roller 83; the upper conveying roller 86 is positioned right above the lower conveying roller 85; the wind-up roll 84 is flush with the upper transfer roll 86; the gauze 81 wound around the unwinding roller 83 passes through the lower and upper transfer rollers 85 and 86 and is wound around the winding roller 84. The distance between the gauze and the glue spreader 33 or the glue cylinder 36 is the required glue spreading thickness, when the glue spreading thickness is small, the distance between the gauze and the glue spreader 33 or the glue cylinder 36 can be reduced by moving the base 82, and when the glue spreading thickness is large, the distance between the gauze and the glue spreader 33 or the glue cylinder 36 can be increased by moving the base 82; when the thickness of the glue coating is larger than the set thickness, the redundant glue can be contacted with the gauze and absorbed by the gauze, so that the redundant glue is absorbed, and the glue coating amount is controlled.
In the above real-time manner, in order to conveniently control the distance between the glue sucking device 80 and the glue spreader 33 or the glue cylinder 36, the base 82 is provided with a slidable sliding plate and a hydraulic cylinder for controlling the sliding of the sliding plate; the unwind roller 83, the wind-up roller 84, the lower conveying roller 85 and the upper conveying roller 86 are fixed on the slide plate.
Preferably, a thickness sensor for sensing the sizing thickness of the sizing device 30 is further provided on the base 82; the thickness sensor is in signal connection with a controller of the hydraulic cylinder. Specifically, the thickness sensor is installed near the glue roller 33 or the glue cylinder 36, and is used for sensing the glue thickness, and in some preferred embodiments, a display screen for displaying the glue thickness is also installed on the base, so that an operator can conveniently and intuitively check the glue thickness for real-time adjustment.
