the connecting and fixing frame comprises a lower fixing frame arranged on the outer side of the lower shell of the purification tower and an upper fixing frame arranged on the outer side of the upper shell of the purification tower, and the lower fixing frame and the upper fixing frame are connected through a controllable hydraulic cylinder;
the movable packing layer assembly comprises a packing layer fixed ring frame and a packing layer arranged on the packing layer fixed ring frame, an outer supporting plate is arranged at the upper part of the packing layer fixed ring frame and fixedly connected with the lower shell of the purification tower through a hydraulic cylinder, a containing supporting sleeve used for containing the hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the outer side of the lower shell of the purification tower, a second controllable rotating mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the packing layer, a long groove for the outer supporting plate to move up and down is formed in the lower shell of the purification tower, and a sealing elastic assembly is arranged in the long groove;
