The working principle is as follows: because the invention comprises the base 1, the large supporting plate 2, the filtering device 3, the top plate 4, the lifting device 5, the sleeve 6, the guide rod 7 and the gong body 8, therefore, the sewage can be filled into the filtering device 3, then the filtering device 3 drives the sewage to rotate and stir, thereby the lifting device 5 is used for primary filtration of the sewage and filtering out the larger pollutants in the sewage, then the sewage after primary filtration is discharged through the filtering device 3, the large supporting plate 2 provides a fixed support for the top plate 4, the top plate 4 provides a fixed support for the lifting device 5, the sleeve 6 sleeves the upper part of the guide rod 7, the guide rod 7 can be adjusted up and down in the sleeve 6 through the filtering device 3 and can also make a sound through the gong body 8, the base 1 provides a fixed support for the invention, and gives warning to surrounding people, thereby paying attention to safety and preventing production accidents.
