Because the transmission device 5 comprises a bearing 501, a rotating shaft 502, a first belt pulley 503, a third motor 504, a second belt pulley 505 and a belt 506, the bearing 501 is arranged in the middle of the base 1, the rotating shaft 502 is connected to the bearing 501 in an interference manner, the first belt pulley 503 is arranged on the rotating shaft 502, the third motor 504 is arranged on the right side above the base 1, the second belt pulley 505 is connected to an output shaft of the third motor 504, the second belt pulley 505 is connected with the first belt pulley 503 through the belt 506, and the support plate 6 is arranged above the rotating shaft 502. When the transmission device is used, the third motor 504 is started firstly, the third motor 504 drives the second belt wheel 505 to rotate through the output shaft of the third motor 504, the second belt wheel 505 drives the first belt wheel 503 to rotate through the belt 506, the first belt wheel 503 drives the rotating shaft 502 to rotate, and the rotating shaft 502 rotates to drive the supporting plate 6 at the top end of the rotating shaft 502 to rotate, so that the transmission function is achieved.
