Abstract
The invention provides a combined power supply connecting device which comprises a conductive wire, a socket part and a plug part, wherein the socket part comprises a protective connecting seat and an insulating seat with a conductive sheet; the conductive sheet comprises a conductive terminal and a conductive rolling part, wherein the conductive terminal of the conductive sheet is provided with a screw which can penetrate through the insulating seat and the insulating sleeve and is electrically connected with the corresponding conductive wire, so that the structure is simplified, and the conductive performance is ensured; and the protection connecting seat is connected onto the protection connecting seat in a sealing way, so that the conductive column is inserted onto the conductive coiled part of the conductive sheet and is electrically connected with the conductive sheet, the connection stability is high, the normal use of electrical equipment is ensured, and the potential safety hazard is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a power plug assembly, and more particularly to a power plug assembly.
Background
Currently, plug and socket are common modular power connection devices that are used by people to connect power to electrical appliances. The prior sockets are all installed on a wall or other appointed positions, then a conducting strip is fixedly installed on the socket, then a conducting wire terminal of the conducting strip is electrically connected with a corresponding power wire, the corresponding power wire is fixed on the conducting wire terminal of the conducting strip by utilizing a screw, then a wire slot is arranged on the wall or other appointed positions, and then the power wire is placed in the wire slot for fixation. The conventional combined power supply connection device has the following disadvantages in terms of installation and use,
1) The arrangement positions of the socket and the conductive wire are difficult to adjust, and the applicability is low;

the protective connecting seat is connected to the protective connecting head in a sealing way, and the conductive column is inserted on the conductive rolling part of the conductive sheet and is electrically connected with the conductive sheet.
According to the optimization, the insulation base comprises an insulation upper shell and an insulation lower shell, the insulation upper shell is provided with an upper concave position which is connected with the insulation sleeve in an adapting mode, the insulation lower shell is provided with a lower concave position which is connected with the insulation sleeve in an adapting mode, and the upper concave position and the lower concave position are installed in a matching mode and form a sliding groove which is connected with the insulation sleeve in a sliding mode.
According to the optimization, the upper concave position is provided with the guide block, and the insulating sleeve is provided with the guide groove which is matched with the guide block in sliding connection.

2) The socket component can be arbitrarily arranged on the conducting wire by utilizing the structure that the insulating seat is connected with the insulating sleeve in a sliding way, so that the use of the wire slot is reduced, and the structure is simplified; and the installation position of the socket component and the conductive wire is convenient to adjust, the applicability is strong, the connection stability is high, and the use quality is ensured.
3) The protection connecting seat is sealed to be coated on the insulating seat, the conducting wire and the conducting strip, and the protection connecting seat is sealed and inserted on the protection connecting head, so that the connection stability is high, sundries such as dust prevention, water prevention, insect prevention and the like effectively enter the power supply connecting device, normal use of electrical equipment is guaranteed, and potential safety hazards are reduced.

Description of the embodiments
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, according to which, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, a modular power connection device according to the invention comprises a conductive wire 1, a socket part 2 and a plug part 3. The socket part 2 comprises a protective connecting seat 21 and an insulating seat 23 with a conductive sheet 22, the plug part 3 comprises a protective connector 32 with a conductive post 31, and the insulating sleeve 4 is arranged outside the conductive wire 1. The insulating base 23 is adaptively mounted on the insulating sleeve 4 and is slidably connected along the insulating sleeve 4, so as to facilitate adjustment of the mounting position of the socket part 2 and the conductive wire 1. The applicability is strong, and the connection steadiness is high, ensures the quality of use.
In practical application, the insulating base 23 includes an insulating upper shell 231 and an insulating lower shell 232. The insulating upper shell 231 is provided with an upper concave portion 233 which is adapted to be clamped above the insulating sleeve 4, and the insulating lower shell 232 is provided with a lower concave portion 234 which is adapted to be clamped below the insulating sleeve 4. The upper concave position 233 and the lower concave position 234 are matched and installed to form a sliding groove 6, and the conductive wire 1 is matched and installed in the sliding groove 6 and is matched and connected with the sliding groove 6 in a sliding way. The upper concave portion 233 is provided with a guide block 7, the insulating sleeve 4 is provided with a guide groove 8, and the guide groove 8 is in sliding connection with the guide block 7 in a matching manner, so that the conductive wire 1 is in directional sliding connection with the chute 6. Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the conductive sheet 22 includes a conductive terminal 221 and a conductive crimping portion 222, and the conductive terminal 221 of the conductive sheet 22 is provided with a screw 5 capable of passing through the insulating holder 23 and the insulating bush 4 and electrically connecting with the corresponding conductive wire 1. The upper surface of the insulating upper shell 231 is provided with a clamping groove 11, and the conductive terminal 221 of the conductive sheet 22 is slidably mounted on the clamping groove 11.
In actual operation, the conductive wires 1 are three-phase conductive wires 1 or two-phase conductive wires 1, so that the number of the clamping grooves 11 corresponds to the number of the conductive wires 1. Convenient installation and high connection stability.
The conductive terminals 221 of the conductive sheet 22 are provided with mounting holes 12 arranged at least from top to bottom, and the screws 5 are mounted on the mounting holes 12 corresponding to the conductive wires 1.
During installation, the conductive sheet 22 is fixed on the insulating seat 23 by the screw 5, and meanwhile, the conductive sheet 22 is electrically connected with the corresponding conductive wire 1, so that parts are reduced, the structure is simplified, the installation is convenient, the conductive performance is ensured, and the use quality is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the protective connecting base 21 includes a protective transverse portion 211 and a protective longitudinal portion 212, the protective transverse portion 211 is covered on the insulating base 23 and extends to the insulating sleeve 4, and the protective longitudinal portion 212 is covered on the conductive sheet 22. The protective connecting base 21 is connected to the protective connector 32 in a sealing manner, so that the conductive post 31 is inserted into the conductive rolling portion 222 of the conductive sheet 22 and is electrically connected to the conductive sheet 22.
Wherein, the protection connector 32 is provided with a mounting groove 321. The guard longitudinal portion 212 of the guard connection seat 21 is sealingly inserted into the mounting groove 321, so that the guard transverse portion 211 and the guard longitudinal portion 212 inserted into the guard connection head 32 are distributed in a T shape.
