Background
In the vacuum drying process of the transformer winding, constant pressing force must be applied to the winding to improve the mechanical strength of the winding and the dimensional stability of a case, the short-circuit resistance of the winding is enhanced, meanwhile, the process of pressing the winding by using a coil press machine after the winding is dried in vacuum can be avoided, and the production efficiency is improved.
The traditional pressing device adopted by the winding in the vacuum drying process is hydraulic equipment which can apply constant pressing force to the winding, but the equipment has a complex structure, is large in size and expensive, needs maintenance and increases the production cost of the transformer winding.
According to the transformer winding drying constant-voltage device provided by the No. CN 102709046B, the winding is continuously and constantly compressed through the compressing device and the self gravity of the winding, and meanwhile, according to the lever principle, the compressing force applied to the winding is a multiple of the compressing device and the self gravity of the winding, so that the winding is reliably compressed in vacuum drying. However, in this scheme, only the compression of the upper end and the lower end of the winding is considered, and the peripheral sides of the winding are not compressed and fixed, so that the lead is easily stretched in the compression process, the winding is loosened outwards, and the quality of the winding is affected.
In order to solve the above problems, we propose a transformer winding drying constant voltage device.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the winding quality is affected by outward looseness of a winding caused by the fact that a lead is easily stretched because the peripheral side of the winding is not pressed and fixed in the prior art, and provides a transformer winding drying constant voltage device.

The invention clamps the upper end and the lower end of the winding through the combined action of the pressing plate and the bottom plate, and simultaneously clamps the peripheral side of the winding through the plurality of arc-shaped clamping plates arranged around the central column, thereby avoiding the lead of the winding from stretching and loosening outwards in the process of pressing, and ensuring the quality of the winding.
