技术领域
本发明涉及房屋建筑技术领域,尤其是一种太阳能供电的板房。
背景技术
板房是一种以轻钢为骨架,以夹芯板为围护材料,可进行组装和拆卸的房屋。现有的一种板房,包括通过底脚螺栓固定在地面上的角柱和边柱,所述角柱和边柱上设有通过固定螺栓可拆卸的房梁,房梁上架设有房顶板;角柱和边柱之间设有墙体板,墙体板上开设有门和窗;由于给这种板房供电时,需要从别处拉电线,费时且费力,因此,人们在其房顶上设置太阳能蓄电池组件,利用自然的太阳能给板房供电,但这种由太阳能供电的板房一旦遇到阴天或下雨天就会有断电的情况发生,因此,怎样生产出一种能持续供电的板房是本领域的技术人员急待解决的新问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种太阳能供电的板房,该板房可以解决现有太阳能供电的板房存在的阴天或下雨天就会断电的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种太阳能供电的板房,包括有墙体板和房顶板,所述房顶板上设有太阳能电池组件,所述房顶板上竖有小型风力发电机;所述太阳能电池组件和所述小型风力发电机的输出端分别通过控制器与蓄电池组的输入端电连接;所述蓄电池组的输出端通过控制器与板房内的供电线路相连接。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述供电线路有直流线路和交流线路,所述控制器的直流输出端与所述直流线路相连接;所述控制器内设有逆变器,所述逆变器的输出端与所述交流线路相连接。
进一步的:所述墙体板包括有外层板和内层板,所述外层板与所述内层板之间设有保温防火板。
进一步的:所述保温防火板为酚醛泡沫板。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、由于房顶板上竖有小型风力发电机;太阳能电池组件和所述小型风力发电机的输出端分别通过控制器与蓄电池组的输入端电连接;蓄电池组的输出端通过控制器与板房内的供电线路相连接,这样,当阴天或下雨天小型风力发电机可持续给蓄电池组充电,板房不会有断电的情况发生;
2、由于供电线路有直流线路和交流线路,控制器的直流输出端与直流线路相连接;控制器内设有逆变器,逆变器的输出端与交流线路相连接,无论是直流或交流电器均可方便的使用;
3、由于墙体板包括有外层板和内层板,外层板与内层板之间设有保温防火板;起到了对板房防火保温的作用,进一步增强了板房的舒适性和安全性。

下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
图1、图2所示的太阳能供电的板房,包括通过底脚螺栓固定在地面上的角柱3-3和边柱,角柱3-3和边柱上设有通过固定螺栓可拆卸的房梁,房梁上架设有房顶板2;角柱3-3和边柱之间设有墙体板3,墙体板3包括有外层板32和内层板31,外层板32与内层板31之间设有保温防火板,保温防火板为酚醛泡沫板;墙体板3上开设有门11和窗12,房顶板2上设有太阳能电池组件1和小型风力发电机5,小型风力发电机5竖立在房顶板2上;太阳能电池组件1和小型风力发电机5的输出端分别通过控制器7与蓄电池组8的输入端电连接;蓄电池组8的输出端通过控制器7与板房内的供电线路相连接;供电线路有直流线路和交流线路,控制器7的直流输出端与直流线路的一端相连接,直流线路的另一端与LED灯9的电源线相连接;控制器7内设有逆变器,逆变器的输出端与交流线路的一端相连接,交流线路的另一端与电视机10的插头相连接。
实际应用中,当阴天或下雨天小型风力发电机也持续给蓄电池组充电,板房不会有断电的情况发生;同时,无论是直流或交流电器均可方便的使用;并且板房有防火保温的作用,增强了板房的安全性和舒适性。

1.一种太阳能供电的板房,包括有墙体板和房顶板,所述房顶板上设有太阳能电池组件,其特征在于:所述房顶板上竖有小型风力发电机;所述太阳能电池组件和所述小型风力发电机的输出端分别通过控制器与蓄电池组的输入端电连接;所述蓄电池组的输出端通过控制器与板房内的供电线路相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能供电的板房,其特征在于:所述供电线路有直流线路和交流线路,所述控制器的直流输出端与所述直流线路相连接;所述控制器内设有逆变器,所述逆变器的输出端与所述交流线路相连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能供电的板房,其特征在于:所述墙体板包括有外层板和内层板,所述外层板与所述内层板之间设有保温防火板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的太阳能供电的板房,其特征在于:所述保温防火板为酚醛泡沫板。
