The form of the locking means may be varied, for example, in the case of manual controlled clamping, locking may be achieved by threading locating pins on the first clamping member 5, second clamping member 50 such that the positions of the first clamping member 5, second clamping member 50 are no longer varied; for another example, when the motor is used to drive the screw rod mechanism to realize the telescopic movement of the first clamping piece 5 and the second clamping piece 50, a motor with a braking function can be selected to realize the locking of the positions of the first clamping piece 5 and the second clamping piece 50; for another example, when the hydraulic cylinder or the pneumatic cylinder is used to realize the telescopic movement of the first clamping member 5 and the second clamping member 50, the hydraulic system or the pneumatic system is kept constant in oil pressure or air pressure and the first clamping member 5 and the second clamping member 50 are locked.
As shown in fig. 7, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided a method for supporting a column foot pier connection repair, which is performed by using the supporting device, and includes the steps of:
mounting the second bracket body 7 to the outer circumferential wall of the column, adjusting the second clamp 50 to approach the outer circumferential wall of the column, and seating the second bracket body 7 on the drum step;
mounting the first bracket main body 1 to the outer circumferential wall of the column, and adjusting the first clamping member 5 to clamp the outer circumferential wall of the column;
the telescopic device 8 is arranged between the first supporting main body 1 and the second supporting main body 7, and the telescopic device 8 is adjusted and stretched, at the moment, the transmission route of the bearing force of the column body is converted from column foot to drum step into clamping surface, the first supporting main body 1, the telescopic device 8, the second supporting main body 7 and drum step, so that the load at the column foot is released;
performing column foot pier connection repair construction;
and after the construction is finished, the supporting device is dismantled.
Preferably, the step of recessing the column is further included before mounting the first bracket body 1 to the peripheral wall of the column, so that the first clamping member 5 is inserted into the recess, and the connection of the first clamping member 5 of the first bracket body 1 to the column is more reliable.
Preferably, when the telescopic device 8 comprises a double acting hydraulic cylinder, the telescopic device 8 is adjusted as follows:
the double-acting hydraulic oil cylinder is regulated, so that the internal oil pressure of the double-acting hydraulic oil cylinder is in a critical state of 0 bar;
and starting an external hydraulic power module, so that each double-acting hydraulic cylinder synchronously contracts to a critical state of separation of the cylinder and the drum step, and keeping the oil pressure of each double-acting hydraulic cylinder unchanged.
Preferably, the starting and operation of the external hydraulic power module is controlled by a computer system.
It will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above advantageous ways can be freely combined and superimposed without conflict.

Claims (9)

1. The supporting method for repairing the column foot pier is characterized by being carried out by adopting a supporting device, wherein the supporting device comprises a first supporting main body (1), a second supporting main body (7) and a telescopic device (8), the first supporting main body (1) is provided with a first through hole (4), and a first clamping piece (5) for clamping a column body is arranged on the peripheral wall of the first through hole (4); the second support main body (7) is provided with a second through hole (41), and a second clamping piece (50) for clamping the column body is arranged on the peripheral wall of the second through hole (41); one end of the telescopic device (8) is connected with the first supporting main body (1), the other end of the telescopic device (8) is connected with the second supporting main body (7), and the telescopic device (8) can stretch and retract along the length direction of the telescopic device so as to change the distance between the first supporting main body (1) and the second supporting main body (7); the first support main body (1) comprises a first support piece (11) and a second support piece (12), the first support piece (11) is hinged with the second support piece (12) through a first hinge component (3), the first support piece (11) and the second support piece (12) can be folded or unfolded, the folded first support piece (11) and the second support piece (12) form the first support main body (1), and the first support piece (11) and the second support piece (12) are locked and fixed through a first locking component (6); and/or the second supporting main body (7) comprises a third supporting plate (13) and a fourth supporting plate (14), the third supporting plate (13) is hinged with the fourth supporting plate (14) through a second hinging component (31), so that the third supporting plate (13) and the fourth supporting plate (14) can be folded or unfolded, the folded third supporting plate (13) and the fourth supporting plate (14) form the second supporting main body (7), and the third supporting plate (13) and the fourth supporting plate (14) are locked and fixed through a second locking component (61); the first clamping piece (5) can move along the direction towards or away from the center of the first through hole (4) so that the first clamping piece (5) clamps or is separated from the outer peripheral wall of the cylinder; and/or the second clamping member (50) is movable in a direction toward or away from the center of the second through hole (41) to clamp or disengage the second clamping member (50) from the outer peripheral wall of the cylinder;
the supporting method comprises the following steps:
mounting the second bracket body (7) to the outer circumferential wall of the column, adjusting the second clamping member (50) to approach the outer circumferential wall of the column, and seating the second bracket body (7) on the drum step;
mounting the first bracket main body (1) to the outer peripheral wall of the column, and adjusting the first clamping piece (5) to clamp the outer peripheral wall of the column;
the telescopic device (8) is arranged between the first supporting main body (1) and the second supporting main body (7) and the telescopic device (8) is adjusted to be elongated;
performing column foot pier connection repair construction;
after the construction is finished, the supporting device is disassembled;
-before mounting the first bracket body (1) to the peripheral wall of the column, further comprising the step of recessing the column so that the first clamping member (5) is embedded in the recess;
the telescopic device (8) comprises a double-acting hydraulic cylinder, and the telescopic device (8) is adjusted as follows:
the double-acting hydraulic oil cylinder is regulated, so that the internal oil pressure of the double-acting hydraulic oil cylinder is in a critical state of 0 bar;
and starting an external hydraulic power module, so that each double-acting hydraulic cylinder synchronously contracts to a critical state of separation of the cylinder and the drum step, and keeping the oil pressure of each double-acting hydraulic cylinder unchanged.
2. A method of holding in accordance with claim 1, wherein the actuation and operation of the external hydraulic power module is controlled by a computer system.

A method of resting according to claim 1, wherein said first clamping member (5) comprises a plurality of first clamping pieces (51), said plurality of first clamping pieces (51) being uniformly arranged on the peripheral wall of said first through hole (4), and said plurality of first clamping pieces (51) forming a first full-linkage clamping mechanism; and/or the second clamping piece (50) comprises a plurality of second clamping pieces (501), the second clamping pieces (501) are uniformly distributed on the peripheral wall of the second through hole (41), and the second clamping pieces (501) form a second full-linkage clamping mechanism.

A mounting method according to claim 3, characterized in that the first full-linkage clamping mechanism comprises a first drive plate and a plurality of first clamping pieces (51), the plurality of first clamping pieces (51) are pivoted with the first mounting main body (1), the first clamping pieces (51) can rotate around a pivot point, a first guide post is further arranged on the first clamping pieces (51), a plurality of first arc-shaped guide grooves are arranged on the first drive plate, the first guide post is inserted in the first arc-shaped guide grooves, the first arc-shaped guide grooves extend from the edge of the first drive plate to the central part of the first drive plate, the first clamping pieces (51) move towards or away from a cylinder when the first drive plate rotates around the central point under the action of an external force, each first clamping piece (51) can form a variable round-like clamping surface towards one side of the cylinder, so that the cylinder is surrounded, and/or the second full-linkage clamping mechanism comprises a second arc-shaped guide groove, the second arc-shaped guide groove is further arranged on the second drive plate (501) and the second clamping pieces (501), the second clamping piece is pivoted with the second arc-shaped guide groove (501) around the central part of the second drive plate, the second clamping pieces (501) can rotate around the second arc-shaped guide groove, when the second driving plate rotates around the center point of the second driving plate under the action of external force, the second clamping pieces (501) move towards or away from the cylinder, and each second clamping piece (501) can be combined towards one side of the cylinder to form a clamping surface which is similar to a circle and can be changed in size, so that the cylinder is surrounded.

A method of resting according to claim 1, wherein said first clamping member (5) comprises a plurality of first clamping jaws (52), a plurality of said first clamping jaws (52) being uniformly arranged on the peripheral wall of said first through hole (4) symmetrically with respect to the geometric center of said first through hole (4); and/or the second clamping piece (50) comprises a plurality of second clamping jaws (502), and the second clamping jaws (502) are symmetrically and uniformly distributed on the peripheral wall of the second through hole (41) around the geometric center of the second through hole (41).

A method of jacking as claimed in claim 5, wherein said first jaw (52) includes a first jaw head (521), a first clamping telescopic rod (522), one end of said first clamping telescopic rod (522) being connected to said first jacking body (1), the other end of said first clamping telescopic rod (522) being connected to said first jaw head (521), and/or said second jaw (502) includes a second jaw head (5021), a second clamping telescopic rod (5022), one end of said second clamping telescopic rod (5022) being connected to said second jacking body (7), the other end of said second clamping telescopic rod (5022) being connected to said second jaw head (5021).
7. A holding method according to claim 1, characterized in that the telescopic means (8) are at least three groups and are evenly distributed along a circumference centered on the geometric centre of the first through hole (4).

A method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the telescopic device (8) comprises a first telescopic member (81), a first connecting portion (82) and a second connecting portion (83), the first connecting portion (82) and the second connecting portion (83) are respectively arranged at two ends of the first telescopic member (81), the first connecting portion (82) is connected with the first supporting main body (1), and the second connecting portion (83) is connected with the second supporting main body (7).
9. A method of jacking as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, further including locking means to retain said first clamping member (5), second clamping member (50) in a current clamping position when clamping the column.
