Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an air-encapsulated characteristic material foaming agent and a preparation and application method thereof.
Background
The foamed concrete is a light porous concrete prepared by mechanically preparing foam from an aqueous solution doped with a foaming agent, adding the foam into slurry consisting of siliceous materials (sand and fly ash), calcareous materials (lime and cement), water and an auxiliary agent, and carrying out mixing, stirring, casting and forming and steam curing. The foam concrete is a novel building energy-saving material which is waste-utilizing, environment-friendly, energy-saving, heat-insulating, sound-insulating, low in price and non-combustible.
The foam concrete has good characteristics, is widely applied to energy-saving wall materials, and is also applied in other aspects. At present, the application of foam concrete in China is mainly roof foam concrete heat-insulating layer cast-in-place, foam concrete surface blocks, foam concrete light wall boards and foam concrete compensation foundations. The foaming agents applied to the foam concrete are various, and at present, the main foaming agents are as follows: rosin acid soap foaming agents, metal aluminum powder foaming agents, vegetable protein foaming agents, animal protein foaming agents, resin soap foaming agents, hydrolyzed blood gel foaming agents, petroleum aluminum sulfonate foaming agents and the like. The research on the foaming agent in China is generally laggard, the functions are few, the comprehensive index is not high, the foaming times are low, the foam bleeding property is high, the foam stability is not good, and the large-scale application of the foam concrete in engineering is severely restricted. At present, a foaming agent with high foaming ratio and good foam stability needs to be developed so as to adapt to the production, popularization and use of foam concrete.

The preparation method of the foaming agent for the air-wrapped characteristic material in the embodiment 1-6 comprises the following steps:
1) mixing sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and a triterpenoid saponin air entraining agent according to the composition of the embodiment 1-6 in proportion, and stirring the mixture in a stirrer for 10 minutes to uniformly mix the mixture to obtain a foaming agent initial material;
2) adding water which is 33 times of the total mass of the dry basis into the uniformly stirred foaming agent initial material, and aluminum hydroxide micro powder, methyl cellulose, malonic acid and polyacrylamide in corresponding proportion, and stirring for 1 minute to fully dissolve the mixture to form a foaming agent initial solution;
3) and adding triethanolamine according to the formula ratio into the stirred foaming agent initial solution, and stirring for 10 minutes to form the air-coated characteristic material foaming agent solution with viscosity.
To further determine the properties of the blowing agents of the examples, the invention was tested using the stirring method. The stirring method has the advantages of simplicity, convenience and quickness, is similar to the production mode of the foaming agent, and can accurately judge the foaming performance of the foaming agent. The method comprises the following specific steps:
1) standing the foaming agent solution of the air-wrapped characteristic material prepared in the embodiment 1-6 for 24h, adding 500mL of the foaming agent solution into a stirrer, and stirring at the rotating speed of 1400r/min for 90 seconds;
2) standing for 20 seconds after stirring is stopped, removing foam on the upper part of a stirrer, filling a 100mL beaker, strickling and weighing to determine the foaming times of the foaming agent;
3) standing the beaker filled with the foam in the step 2) for half an hour, sucking water secreted from the bottom of the beaker by using a pipette, weighing the weight of the water, and recording the bleeding amount for half an hour;
4) when the step 2) and the step 3) are operated, the prepared foam is uniformly spread on a glass plate with the lower part adhered with the coordinate paper, another transparent glass plate is pressed on the foam, and then an image is collected by a high-power digital camera; randomly selecting 100cm from the collected images2Counting the number of foams with the foam diameter of more than 5mm, and taking the counted value as a foam uniformity index to measure the dimensional stability of the foams; the greater the foam homogeneity index (i.e., the greater the number of large bubbles)More) indicates worse foam uniformity.
In addition, Hei Ping nanometer thermal polymerization based composite cement foaming agent HP-03 produced by Luoyang Hai horizontal cement foaming technology research and development Limited company purchased in the market is selected as a comparative example for comparison. The blowing agent solution of the comparative example was prepared by directly adding the aqueous solution in the same ratio and stirring, and the other test conditions were the same as those of the examples.

Example 1 | 32.4 | 17.1 | 7 |
Example 2 | 34.8 | 16.5 | 11 |
Example 3 | 35.1 | 15.3 | 5 |
Example 4 | 33.9 | 15.9 | 15 |
Example 5 | 33.1 | 16.1 | 11 |
Example 6 | 31.7 | 15.6 | 9 |
