As is well known, the state information of the existing numerically-controlled machine tool is generally collected and sent by setting a network cable on the switch to be connected to each numerically-controlled machine tool so as to form a local area network, then connecting the local area network to the switch through a PC (personal computer, computer), collecting the state information of each numerically-controlled machine tool, and reporting the collected state information to a server. Because of the need of arranging network cables and the need of setting PC hardware and Internet or LAN network, the numerical control machine tool is difficult to arrange, use and operate.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides DTU communication equipment and numerical control machine tool equipment, which are used for solving the problem of high operation difficulty in installation and use of a numerical control machine tool.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a DTU communication apparatus applied to a numerically-controlled machine tool, including: the system comprises a first wired network port, a singlechip control system and a mobile communication network module, wherein the first wired network port is connected with a network interface of the numerical control machine tool, and the singlechip control system is respectively connected with the first wired network port and the mobile communication network module in a communication way, is used for collecting and storing state information of the numerical control machine tool through the first wired network port and controlling the mobile communication network module to send the state information to a server.

The single chip microcomputer control system can also control the mobile communication network to automatically reconnect when the line is disconnected, and data is not lost.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a data transmission unit DTU communication apparatus applied to a numerical control machine tool, the DTU communication apparatus including: the system comprises a first wired network port 101, a single chip microcomputer control system 102 and a mobile communication network module 103, wherein the first wired network port 101 is connected with a network interface of the numerical control machine tool, the single chip microcomputer control system 102 is respectively connected with the first wired network port 101 and the mobile communication network module 103 in a communication mode, and is used for acquiring and storing state information of the numerical control machine tool through the first wired network port 101 and controlling the mobile communication network module 103 to send the state information to a server.
In the embodiment of the invention, each numerical control machine tool is correspondingly provided with a DTU communication device, and the state information of the numerical control machine tool is sent to the server through the DTU communication device.
Specifically, the numerical control machine tool is provided with a network interface, and the network interface is a wired network interface and is used for external equipment to access through a network cable, acquiring state information of the numerical control machine tool and debugging and diagnosing the numerical control machine tool. In this embodiment, the DTU communication device may be installed on a corresponding nc machine, and then the first wired network port 101 is connected to a network interface of the nc machine through a network cable, so that the single-chip microcomputer control system 102 collects and stores state information of the nc machine, and then packages and converts the state information into IP data, and finally controls the mobile communication network module 103 to send the state information to the server.
When data is transmitted, the singlechip control system 102 calculates a destination port according to a HASH algorithm, selects an IP and the port, connects with a server, and transmits the packed data through the mobile communication network module 103 after the server is successfully connected.
In this way, the singlechip control system 102 is used to collect and store the state information of the numerical control machine by using the first wired network port 101, and control the mobile communication network module 103 to send the state information to the server. Therefore, the wireless transmission of the state information of the numerical control machine tool is realized, the operation difficulty of the installation and use of the numerical control machine tool is reduced, and meanwhile, the hardware equipment such as a PC and a switch is not required to be arranged, so that the cost can be effectively reduced. In addition, the single-chip microcomputer control system 102 is uniformly adopted to directly collect the state information of the numerical control machine tool, and the state information can be directly transmitted and stored based on a mobile communication network and a TCP/IP network protocol, so that the method can be applied to the state information collection of the numerical control machine tools of different manufacturers, and the flexibility of setting the numerical control machine tools in workshops is improved. The singlechip control system 102 can also control the realization of automatic reconnection of the disconnection of the mobile communication network without losing data.
Further, in order to prevent data loss, when deleting the stored state information, the single chip microcomputer control system 102 needs to delete the stored state information after the mobile communication network module 103 receives the feedback information that the server receives successfully.
It should be noted that, the period for the singlechip control system 102 to collect the state information of the numerically-controlled machine tool may be set according to actual needs, for example, may be set for 5 seconds or 10 seconds, which is not limited herein. In addition, the specific content of the state information of the numerical control machine tool can be set according to actual needs, and for example, the state information can comprise data of each sensor arranged on the numerical control machine tool, numerical control breakdown alarm information and the like.
Further, the DTU communication device further includes a second wired network port 104, where the second wired network port 104 is in communication connection with the single-chip microcomputer control system 102, and the single-chip microcomputer control system 102 is further configured to map the second wired network port 104 onto the first wired network port 101.
In this embodiment, the DTU communication device is a wired network with two network ports, specifically, the single-chip microcomputer control system 102 can realize the mutual access of the two network ports, so that the DTU communication device realizes the switch function based on the two network ports, and thus the function of the network interface of the numerically-controlled machine tool can be realized through the second wired network port 104, for example, the status information acquisition, the debugging and the diagnosis of the numerically-controlled machine tool are performed on site. Because the second wired network port 104 is arranged and the second wired network port 104 is in communication connection with the single chip microcomputer control system 102, the function of the original numerical control machine tool network interface is maintained, and when numerical control machine tool data are collected and debugged and diagnosed on site, a network cable connected with the first wired network port 101 does not need to be pulled out, so that the system is more convenient for a user to use. In this embodiment, since each numerically-controlled machine tool is provided with one DTU communication device, remote diagnosis of the numerically-controlled machine tools can be achieved through the DTU communication devices.
Further, in order to ensure that there is enough storage space to store the state information of the numerically-controlled machine tool, in this embodiment, an independent storage chip may also be disposed in the single-chip microcomputer control system 102, specifically, the single-chip microcomputer control system 102 includes a single-chip microcomputer and a flash chip, and the single-chip microcomputer is in communication connection with the flash chip, so as to store the state information into the flash chip.
The singlechip can store state information, read the state information and delete the state information to the flash chip through read-write operation. Because the flash chip is independently arranged to store state information, the memory of the singlechip is not required to be occupied, and therefore, the running speed of the singlechip can be improved. The type of the singlechip can be set according to actual needs, for example, in the embodiment, the singlechip can be an ARM singlechip.
Further, the mobile communication network module 103 is further connected to a mobile terminal in a communication manner, and is configured to send alarm information in the status information to the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, the information of the mobile terminal is preset in the single-chip microcomputer control system 102, and the single-chip microcomputer control system 102 can control the mobile communication network module 103 to send alarm information to the mobile terminal so as to remind the user of the abnormal state of the numerical control machine tool, and the specific alarm information can be sent to the mobile terminal by means of short messages or mails, etc., without further limitation.
Further, the mobile communication network module 103 is further connected to a display terminal in a communication manner, and is configured to send the status information to the display terminal for displaying by the display terminal.
In this embodiment, the display terminal may be understood as a large display device in a workshop, and is configured to display the status of each numerically-controlled machine tool in the workshop, where the single-chip microcomputer control system 102 may control the mobile communication network module 103 to send status information of the numerically-controlled machine tool to the display terminal, and the display terminal displays the running status of the numerically-controlled machine tool.
Further, the DTU communication device further includes a power indicator for indicating a power state, a network indicator for indicating a networking state, and a connection indicator for indicating a connection state with the IP address of the numerically-controlled machine tool, where the network indicator and the connection indicator are electrically connected with the single-chip microcomputer control system 102 respectively.
In this embodiment, the power indicator light may be disposed at a power end, and when the DTU communication device is normally powered on, the power indicator light is always on; when the DTU communication device is powered off, the power indicator light is in an off state.
The network indicator lamp is used for indicating the communication state of the DTU communication equipment and the external network, and when the DTU communication equipment is interconnected and communicated with the IP address of the external network, the network indicator lamp is always on; when the DTU communication equipment is not connected to the external network and can not communicate, the network indicator lamp is in an off state. When the DTU communication equipment receives data and transmits the data, the network indicator lamp is in a flashing state.
The connection indicator lamp is used for indicating the communication state with the IP address of the numerical control machine tool, and when the DTU communication equipment is interconnected and communicated with the IP address of the numerical control machine tool, the connection indicator lamp is always on; when the DTU communication equipment is not connected with the IP address of the numerical control machine tool and can not communicate, the connection indicator lamp is in an off state; when data transmission exists between the DTU communication equipment and the IP address of the numerical control machine tool, the connection indicator lamp is in a flashing state.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, an indicator light for indicating the signal strength may also be provided, so as to remind the user of the current network quality.
Further, the DTU communication device further includes a reset circuit for controlling the DTU communication device to restart or restore factory settings and restart, the reset circuit is electrically connected to the single chip microcomputer control system 102, and the reset circuit includes a reset control button.
The singlechip control system 102 can detect the state of the reset button through the reset circuit, and control the restarting or restoring factory settings of the DTU communication equipment to restart according to the state of the reset button.
