Background
Gardenia is the fruit of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis of Rubiaceae, and has a sharp oblong shape, and the epidermis has pentagonal edges, heptagonal edges, nonagonal edges, etc. The present research shows that the gardenia contains complex chemical components, mainly contains geniposide, chlorogenic acid, crocin, crocetin, tannin, volatile oil and the like, the geniposide has wide biological activity as one of the main active components of the gardenia, and the modern pharmacological research shows that the geniposide has the effects of protecting liver and benefiting gallbladder, resisting inflammation and easing pain, resisting oxidation, reducing blood pressure, reducing blood sugar, resisting tumors and the like.
The raw Zhizi herbs have the actions of purging fire and promoting diuresis, cooling blood and relieving toxicity, so they are commonly indicated for high fever due to epidemic febrile disease, jaundice due to damp-heat, stranguria due to damp-heat, sores and ulcers, swelling and toxicity, and also for blood-shot eyes with swelling and pain due to exuberant fire. However, raw gardenia has strong bitter and cold property, is easy to hurt middle-warmer energy, has certain irritation to stomach, is easy to cause nausea for patients with spleen and stomach deficiency, can alleviate the bitter and cold property after stir-frying, and eliminates side effects. The processing method of fried gardenia mainly comprises the following steps: (1) frying gardenia: taking the gardenia fragments, putting the gardenia fragments into a frying container, heating the gardenia fragments by slow fire, frying the gardenia fragments to be brown, taking out the gardenia fragments, and cooling the gardenia fragments. (2) Charred gardenia: taking the pieces of gardenia, putting the pieces of gardenia into a frying container, heating the pieces of gardenia by using medium fire, frying the pieces of gardenia to be brown, taking out the pieces of gardenia and cooling the pieces of gardenia. The parched fructus Gardeniae has similar function to fructus Gardeniae Preparata, both of which can clear heat and relieve restlessness, and can be used for treating heat stagnation and vexation. Stir-baked Zhi Zi has stronger bitter and cold property than charred Zhi Zi, so it is usually used for heat excess, while it is used for spleen and stomach weakness. (3) Charring the gardenia: taking the fragments of gardenia, putting the fragments into a frying container, heating the fragments by strong fire, frying the fragments to be black brown, spraying a little clear water to extinguish the sparks, taking out and airing the fragments. Zhi Zi is mainly used for hematemesis, hemoptysis, epistaxis, hematuria and metrorrhagia and metrostaxis because it is more apt to cool blood and stop bleeding. However, the existing processing method for stir-fried gardenia is not well controlled in stir-frying time and uneven in heating, so that the quality of the stir-fried gardenia is uneven, and on the other hand, the water content and the geniposide content are difficult to meet the current pharmacopeia standard, the defective rate is high, and the content of the geniposide is important for the effectiveness of the gardenia.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a fried gardenia processing technology aiming at the defects of the prior art, heating conditions are strictly controlled, and the fried gardenia with low water content and high jasminoidin content is obtained by stewing after heating.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a fried gardenia processing technology comprises the following steps: selecting fructus Gardeniae, cleaning, oven drying, grinding, adding into a sealed rotary container, heating at 210 deg.C for 25-45min at 0.8-1.5r/min, sealing, stewing for 30min, opening the sealed opening of the container, and air drying for 50-70min to obtain the final product.
The processing method of gardenia has great influence on the quality of fried gardenia, and the geniposide in gardenia is very easily influenced by the processing method, time and temperature, so the currently used processing method can not effectively retain the geniposide component in gardenia. The stir-frying machine is used for stir-frying in a sealed rotary container, the rotation of the container is carried out at a low speed, on one hand, the rotation can ensure the heating uniformity of the gardenia and prevent the adverse effect on the gardenia caused by the local heating temperature rise of the gardenia, and on the other hand, the low-speed rotation can reduce the influence of stir-frying on the quality of the gardenia; and (3) stopping rotary stewing for a period of time after the gardenia is heated in a rotary manner, and standing the gardenia to recover the material form change caused by rotation in the stewing process so as to relieve the degradation and volatilization of the effective components. The technological conditions of heating time, temperature, rotating speed, stewing time, airing time and the like in the invention must be strictly controlled, the processing technology is an organic whole, the content of the active ingredient geniposide in the gardenia can be reserved to the maximum extent only by strictly controlling the technological conditions, and the drug effect level of the gardenia is greatly improved.
Preferably, the processing technology comprises the following steps: selecting fructus Gardeniae, cleaning, oven drying, grinding, adding into a sealed rotary container, heating at 195-.

The optimal process selection is realized, the frying temperature is controlled to be 200 ℃, the frying time is controlled to be 30min, the uniform rotating speed is controlled to be 1r/min, the stewing time is controlled to be 30min, the airing time is controlled to be 60min, the obtained properties of the fried gardenia accord with the specification of the 2010 version of pharmacopeia, and the content of geniposide in the fried gardenia is far more than 1.5 percent of the specification of the 2010 version of pharmacopeia.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the processing technology has the advantages of short frying time, high production efficiency, energy conservation, production cost reduction, uniform heating of the gardenia and high qualification rate. The shape and water content of the obtained fried gardenia accords with the specification of 2010 version of pharmacopeia, and the content of geniposide is higher than the specification of 2010 version of pharmacopeia.
