One specific application of this embodiment is: the whole device is fixed in a granary mounting hole through a bolt assembly, the screw rod 304 is driven to move by rotating the adjusting lantern ring 2, the pull rod 306 pulls the fan blades 103 to rotate, and therefore the air volume of the ventilation opening is adjusted.
