Compared with the prior art, the method and the device rely on manual reading, checking, confirming, sequencing and administration of a user, and lack of monitoring measures.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a monitoring method for high-warning-level drug double check according to an embodiment of the present invention. The monitoring method for high-warning-level drug double check can be used for a medical mobile terminal, and can include steps S11 to S16:
step S11: determining first identification information of a first user and sending the first identification information to a server;
step S12: acquiring drug information and patient information;
step S13: when the patient information is consistent with the patient information bound by the medical mobile terminal, receiving high warning medicine check information corresponding to the medicine information from the server;
step S14: when checking feedback information is received, displaying a dual-core to-be-executed page, wherein dual-core to-be-executed page is displayed with dual-checking execution information, and the checking feedback information is sent by the first user after checking the high warning medicine checking information;
step S15: receiving second identification information of a second user and sending the second identification information to the server so that the server compares the second identification information to determine whether the second user is consistent with the first identification information;
step S16: and receiving a comparison result from the server.
In a specific implementation of step S11, the medical mobile terminal determines first identification information of the first user and sends the first identification information to the server.
The first identification information may be used to identify the first user, and may include, for example, a first scanning device ID bound to the first user, a work card information ID of the first user, a work number and a password of the first user, and the like. Further, the first identification information may also be human body feature data for identifying the first user, and the human body feature data may be selected from: palm print data, retina data, face feature data, fingerprint data, iris data, voice data, and body shape data.
Preferably, the first identification information may be a first scanning device ID bound to the first user, and convenience and user experience may be improved due to the convenience of acquisition.
Referring to an embodiment shown in fig. 2, the step of determining the first identification information of the first user and sending the first identification information to the server may include steps S21 to S24, which are described below.
In step S21, the identification code information of the patient and the first scanning apparatus ID are acquired from the first scanning apparatus.
The scanning device is used for acquiring barcode information of a patient through scanning, and may be a scanning gun, a handheld scanner, or the like.
The identification code information of the patient can be a bar code, a two-dimensional code, a three-dimensional code or a multi-dimensional code, and the like, and can be placed on the wrist strap of the patient.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, there is no limitation on the specific selection of the scanning device, and there is no limitation on the specific formation manner of the barcode information of the patient.
In step S22, the patient information is determined based on the patient identification code information.
The patient information may include the name, sex, age, identification number, bed number, photo image, etc. of the patient, and the patient may be uniquely determined according to the combination of one or more items of the identity information.
In step S23, when the patient information coincides with patient information bound to the medical mobile terminal, a first scanning device ID is transmitted to the server.
The medical mobile terminal is used for displaying, touch screen operation or keyboard operation, and may include various terminal devices such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a computer, and the like.
Further, the information interaction between the medical mobile terminal and the first scanning device may be performed through a wireless communication technology, for example, a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology may be adopted.
In another specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the first identification information may also be work card information of the first user, for example, a work card ID, where the work card information may be acquired from a card reading device, and the card reading device may be externally connected to or integrated with a medical mobile terminal.
In another specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the first identification information may also be a job number and a password of the first user, where the job number and the password may be input to the medical mobile terminal by the first user through an input device, and the input device may be, for example, a touch screen input device or an external keyboard.
In a further specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the first identification information may also be a first scanning device ID of the first user, where the first scanning device ID may be input to the medical mobile terminal by the first user through an input device, and may also be obtained by scanning a preset identification code, for example, by scanning an identification code on a work card of the first user.
Further, the step of determining the first identification information of the first user and sending to the server may include the step S24: first user attribute information associated with the first scanning device ID is acquired from the server.
The first user attribute information may include a name, an identification number, a job number, a photo image, and the like of the first user, and the first user may be uniquely determined according to a combination of one or more items of the first user attribute information, for example, a nurse plum, and the like.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in an implementation of step S12, the step of obtaining the medication information and the patient information may include: acquiring identification code information of the medicine from the first scanning device; and determining the medicine information and the patient information according to the identification code information of the medicine.
In a specific implementation, by acquiring the drug information and the patient information, the first user can be enabled to manually check whether the drug belongs to the patient.
The identification code information of the medicine can be a bar code, a two-dimensional code, a three-dimensional code or a multi-dimensional code, and the like, and can be placed on a medicine bottle or a medicine bag for containing the medicine.
In a specific implementation of step S13, the medical mobile terminal determines whether the acquired patient information is consistent with the previously bound patient information, and sends the drug information and the patient information to the server when the acquired patient information is consistent with the previously bound patient information, so that the server queries and determines the high-warning drug check information according to the drug information and the patient information, and further receives the high-warning drug check information from the server and displays the high-warning drug check information.
In a specific implementation, if the medical mobile terminal determines that the acquired patient information is inconsistent with the previously bound patient information, it may be determined that the first scanning device of the first user scans the drug identifiers of other patients, and a prompt message may be sent, for example, a prompt of "scan error" is sent.
Further, the step of displaying the high alert medication check information may include: firstly, displaying execution options and non-execution options of the medicine; displaying the high alert medication check information in response to receiving execution feedback information issued by the first user upon selection of the execution option.
Wherein the first user selection of the execute option may be used to indicate that administration of the high-alert medication is to be performed, and the first user selection of the non-execute option may be used to indicate that administration of the high-alert medication is not to be performed. Thereby providing the first user with an opportunity to discontinue administration.
In another specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the medical mobile terminal may directly send the patient information and the drug information to the server, so that the server determines whether the patient is a correct patient according to the received patient information and the ID of the medical mobile terminal, and further determines the high-warning drug verification information according to the drug information and the patient information query.
In a specific implementation of step S14, when receiving the checking feedback information, the medical mobile terminal displays a dual-core to-be-executed page on which the double-core to-be-executed page is displayed, wherein the checking feedback information is sent by the first user after checking the high-alert medicine checking information.
Preferably, the high alert medicine verification information may include a plurality of items of information, each item of information having a corresponding verified button or verified identification code; the checking feedback information is sent by the first user after clicking the checked button item by item or sweeping the checked identification code item by item after checking the high-warning medicine checking information.
In a specific implementation, the plurality of information items may include, for example, the name of the drug (which may also include information from the manufacturer), the route of administration, the dosage of administration, the time of administration, and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first user can ensure that the first user sends the verification feedback information after verifying each item of information to a greater extent by clicking the verified button item by item or sweeping the verified identification code item by item.
The dual-core to-be-executed page is used for prompting the user that a dual check operation needs to be performed, and for example, a dual check execution method may be displayed to prompt how to acquire second identification information of a second user, and prompt information that the first high-warning drug check has been executed may also be displayed, or prompt information that the second high-warning drug check needs to be executed may be displayed.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, specific display contents and forms of the dual-core to-be-executed page are not limited, and may be consistent with the verification page of the first high-warning-medicine verification.
In step S15, the medical mobile terminal receives second identification information of a second user and sends the second identification information to the server, so that the server compares the second identification information to determine whether the second user is consistent with the first identification information.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a first specific implementation of step S15 in fig. 1, and the step of receiving the second identification information of the second user may include steps S31 to S33, which are described below.
In step S31, identification code information of the medication and a second scanning device ID are obtained from a second scanning device of the second user.
In step S32, the patient information is determined based on the identification code information of the medication.
In specific implementation, the identification code information of the medicine may include patient information, and the medical staff may also be relied on to manually judge that the medicine belongs to the patient, so as to obtain information of the patient bound to the medical mobile terminal, as the patient information associated with the medicine.
In step S33, when the patient information matches the patient information bound to the medical mobile terminal, the second scanning device ID is used as the second identification information.
Specifically, by scanning the identification code of the same medicine using the second scanning device of the second user, the second scanning device ID can be acquired. If the patient information is consistent with the patient information bound to the medical mobile terminal, it may be considered that the second user is performing a high alert medication double check, and thus has a second scanning device ID as the second identification information.
The identification code of the medicine can be preset on the medicine package, and can be a bar code, a two-dimensional code, a multi-dimensional code and the like. The medicine package can comprise a medicine packaging bag, a packaging bottle, a packaging box and the like.
For more details regarding steps S31 to S33, please refer to the description of steps S12 to S13 in fig. 1, which is not repeated herein.
By adopting the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the medical mobile terminal can accurately and automatically judge that the high-warning medicine double check is being executed according to a plurality of evidences of displaying a double-core to-be-executed page, scanning the medicine identification code of the same patient by the second scanning device of the second user and the like, so that the second identification information is accurately determined by adopting the ID of the second scanning device.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a second specific implementation of step S15 in fig. 1, and the step of receiving the second identification information of the second user may include steps S41 to S42, which are described below.
In step S41, a second scanning device ID is acquired from a second scanning device of the second user.
Specifically, the second scanning device ID may be input to the medical mobile terminal by the second user through an input device (for example, a touch screen input device or an external keyboard), or may be obtained by scanning a preset identification code, for example, scanning an identification code on the second user work card.
In step S42, the second scanning device ID is used as the second identification information.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, a specific operation of the second user performing the second verification of the high-warning drug is not limited, that is, the second user needs to manually perform the second verification of the high-warning drug before inputting the second identification information to the medical mobile terminal.
In another specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, a page of the second verification with the high-warning-level medicine may be further displayed, so that the second user may leave a confirmation record in the page of the second verification, and a corroboration is provided for the execution of the double verification.
By adopting the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the medical mobile terminal can judge whether the high warning medicine double check is being executed according to the display double-core to-be-executed page, so that the second identification information is accurately determined by adopting the second scanning device ID.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a third specific implementation of step S15 in fig. 1, and the step of receiving the second identification information of the second user may include steps S51 to S52, which are described below.
In step S51, the work card information of the second user is acquired from the card reading device.
The work card information may be, for example, a work card ID, and the card reading device may be externally connected to or integrated with the medical mobile terminal.
In step S52, the work card information of the second user is used as the second identification information.
By adopting the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the medical mobile terminal can judge whether the high warning medicine double check is being executed according to the display double-core to-be-executed page, so that the second identification information is accurately determined by adopting the work card information.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a fourth specific implementation of step S15 in fig. 1, and the step of receiving the second identification information of the second user may include steps S61 to S62, which are described below.
In step S61, the job number and the password input by the second user are received.
The job number and the password may be input to the medical mobile terminal by the second user through an input device, for example, a touch screen input device or an external keyboard.
In step S62, the job number and the password of the second user are used as the second identification information.
By adopting the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the medical mobile terminal can judge whether the high warning medicine double check is being executed according to the display double-core to-be-executed page, so that the second identification information is accurately determined by adopting the work number and the password.
In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of methods can be adopted to receive the second identification information of the second user, so that the user can conveniently select a proper mode according to specific practical conditions.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in a specific implementation of step S15, the server compares whether the second user is consistent with the first user according to the second identification information received from the medical mobile terminal.
The following description will take the first user information as the first scanning device ID as an example.
Specifically, when the first user information is a first scanning device ID and the second user information is a second scanning device ID, the server may determine whether the second user is consistent with the first user by comparing whether the first scanning device ID is consistent with the second scanning device ID.
When the first user information is a first scanning device ID and the second user information is work card information of a second user, the server may determine attribute information of the first user according to the first scanning device ID and attribute information of the second user according to the work card information, and further determine whether the second user is consistent with the first user by comparing whether the attribute information of the first user is consistent with the attribute information of the second user.
When the first user information is a first scanning device ID and the second user information is a job number and a password of a second user, the server may determine the attribute information of the first user according to the first scanning device ID and determine the attribute information of the second user according to the job number and the password, and further determine whether the second user is consistent with the first user by comparing whether the attribute information of the first user is consistent with the attribute information of the second user.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, if the first user information is other information, such as a job number and a password of the first user, or job card information of the first user, the server may still determine attribute information of the first user according to the first user information, and further determine whether the second user is consistent with the first user.
In an implementation of step S16, the comparison result is received from the server.
Specifically, it may be set that the execution of the high-warning-drug double check is completed only when the first user is different from the second user, and therefore if the comparison result is that the second user is consistent with the first user, the high-warning-drug double check is considered to have failed, whereas if the comparison result is that the second user is not consistent with the first user, the high-warning-drug double check is considered to have succeeded.
It should be noted that, in a special case, for example, when the first user is a nurse's chief level, or when the first user is only one user in the team, the high-warning-level drug double check may be considered to be successful regardless of whether the comparison result is that the second user is consistent with or inconsistent with the first user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first identification information of the first user is determined and sent to the server, the medicine information is determined, the high warning medicine check information corresponding to the medicine information is received from the server, after the first user checks the high warning medicine check information, a dual-core to-be-executed page is displayed, then the second identification information of the second user is received and sent to the server, and the server compares whether the first user and the second user are consistent or not. Compared with the prior art, the method and the device rely on manual reading, checking, confirming, sequencing and administration of a user, and lack of monitoring measures.
