After the main control equipment confirms that payment is completed, the driving mechanism is controlled through the RS-232 interface to transmit the corresponding sun cream product to the goods taking window.
Further, the control main board can also store instructions, notes and the like of various sun cream products. After the user selects the protection period information, the main board is controlled to combine the ultraviolet radiation information and the ultraviolet radiation forecast value displayed by the information display screen, and the sunscreen cream product required by the user is automatically recommended. The user can make the information display screen display the recommended using instruction or the using notice of the sun cream product through the operation panel, so as to perform autonomous selection.
In order to prevent damage to the sunscreen vending machine by an illegal person, in a possible embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the vending machine housing is externally provided with a camera 111, which may be connected to the control main board through, but not limited to, an RJ45 port, the camera acquiring video monitoring data, which is sent to the cloud server through the control main board. When a malicious damage event occurs to the sunscreen vending machine, the event can be traced by acquiring video information of the surrounding environment of the sunscreen vending machine, so that a destructor can be caught conveniently.
In order to prevent the light from being too low to affect the shooting, in an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the vending machine casing is further provided with a photosensor 200 and an LED (LIGHT EMITTING Diode) lamp 210, which are respectively connected to the control motherboard. The photosensitive sensor is used for collecting the brightness information of the external environment and sending the brightness information to the control main board; when the control main board detects that the camera is started and the brightness information is smaller than or equal to a preset brightness value, the LED lamp is started. Further, the vending machine casing may further include a light adjusting valve 220, where the number of LED lamps is multiple, and the light adjusting valve is connected with the control main board and the LED lamps respectively. The control main board can adjust the brightness of the LED lamp according to the brightness information through the brightness adjusting valve, so that the light intensity can be adjusted.
For the convenience of monitoring the specific position of the sunscreen vending machine, referring to fig. 3, the sunscreen vending machine further includes a positioning device 112, where the positioning device is connected to the control main board, and the positioning device sends the obtained positioning information to the cloud server through the control main board. Therefore, the management terminal can acquire the positioning information from the cloud server, so that the position of the sunscreen vending machine is monitored. The positioning device can adopt a GPS (Global Positioning System ) positioning or Beidou positioning mode.
Considering that when the sunscreen vending machine fails, if maintenance is not timely, a great deal of inconvenience is caused to a user, and user experience is affected. Based on this, referring to fig. 3, a fault alarm button 113 is further disposed outside the vending machine casing, and the fault alarm button is connected with the control main board and is used for triggering the control main board to send repair information to the cloud server. The cloud server timely feeds back the repair report information to the management terminal after receiving the repair report information, so that management personnel of the management terminal timely process the repair report information. In addition, a fault indicator lamp connected with the control main board can be arranged, and the control main board can light the fault indicator lamp after sending repair report information to the cloud server so as to indicate that the sun-proof cream vending machine is in a repair report state.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the sunscreen vending machine further includes a memory 114 connected to the control main board, where the memory is configured to store the inventory, sales, repair information, and consumption records such as time of sale, number of sales, and type of product sold.
In addition, the storage can be used for storing the ultraviolet grading range, the sun protection index value SPF and the sun protection index PFA of the UVB corresponding to various sun protection cream products, and the indication lamp marks on the goods places where the various sun protection cream products are located. Therefore, the occupation of the memory of the control main board can be reduced as much as possible, and the running speed of the control main board is improved.
In order to save energy and make the sunscreen vending machine no longer limited by power supply, in a possible embodiment, the sunscreen vending machine further includes a power supply device, where the power supply device includes a photovoltaic module, a power adjustment circuit, and a storage battery connected in sequence, and the storage battery supplies power to the sunscreen vending machine.
Specifically, the power adjusting circuit comprises an input rectifying and filtering circuit, a converter circuit and an output rectifying and filtering circuit which are connected in sequence; the input rectifying and filtering circuit is connected with the coil, and the output rectifying and filtering circuit is connected with the storage battery. Specifically, the input rectifying and filtering circuit is connected with the photovoltaic module and used for rectifying current output by the photovoltaic module, so that alternating current becomes pulsating direct current, then the alternating current becomes required square wave current through the converter circuit, and finally the storage battery is supplied with power through the output rectifying and filtering circuit. Thus, the current output by the photovoltaic module can be stabilized after passing through the power adjusting circuit, and the stabilized current can be directly output to the storage battery.
In order to ensure that the sunscreen cream is in a suitable preservation environment, referring to fig. 3, a refrigeration device 115 is further arranged inside the vending machine casing, the refrigeration device is connected with a control main board, and the control main board controls the refrigeration device to adjust the temperature in the commodity storage area according to a preset temperature value. Wherein the refrigeration device may be, but is not limited to, a compressor refrigeration device.
Embodiment two:
Fig. 5 shows a schematic structural diagram of a sunscreen vending system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the sunscreen vending system includes a cloud server, a weather data server communicatively connected to the cloud server, a management terminal, a consumption terminal server, and a sunscreen vending machine as in embodiment one.
The sun-screening cream vending machine sends ultraviolet radiation information to the cloud server for storage; the cloud server backs up the ultraviolet radiation information to the weather data server.
Further, the weather data server provides the future 12-hour UVA and UVB irradiance forecast values updated every hour to the control main board through the cloud server. The data source is an ultraviolet forecasting model, the model is a one-dimensional radiation transmission mode, and an ultraviolet UVA radiation value and a UVB radiation value are obtained through calculation by acquiring longitude and latitude information of the positioning equipment 112 and information such as local time, atmospheric column ozone concentration, earth surface albedo, 550nm aerosol optical thickness, aerosol single scattering albedo, cloud optical thickness, earth surface air pressure, wind direction and wind speed, gas profile and the like.
The sun-screening vending machine sends payment information to the consumption terminal server and receives a payment result fed back by the consumption terminal server. Through the communication between the sun cream vending machine and the consumption terminal server, the consumption of payment treasures, weChat, bank card non-contact IC/ID card and the like is realized.
The sun cream vending machine sends sales data to a cloud server, and the cloud server sends the sales data to a management terminal; and the management terminal receives the sales data and monitors the sales data, and when the backout and abnormal sales are detected, the management terminal sends warning information to the mobile terminal corresponding to the management personnel.
The sales data comprises inventory and consumption records, and the consumption records comprise sales time, sales quantity, sales times and sales product types. Specifically, when the inventory corresponding to a certain product model is lower than a preset threshold, determining that the sunscreen cream corresponding to the product model is out of stock; when the sales data does not change in the preset time period, determining that the sales are abnormal; when the backout or abnormal sales is determined, warning information is sent to the mobile terminal corresponding to the manager, so that the manager can timely process related conditions.
In the embodiment of the invention, as the ultraviolet acquisition equipment is arranged on the sunscreen cream vending machine, the control main board obtains the ultraviolet index and the ultraviolet exposure level according to the ultraviolet radiation information acquired by the ultraviolet acquisition equipment, and then displays the ultraviolet index and the ultraviolet exposure level on the information display screen; and recommending a sunscreen product suitable for protection against current ultraviolet radiation based on the protection time requirements provided by the user. Therefore, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention can enable a user to accurately know the ultraviolet radiation condition of the environment, thereby adopting corresponding sun-screening measures, correctly selecting sun-screening cream products suitable for resisting ultraviolet radiation, and improving the purchase experience of the user while being convenient for the user.
The sun-screening vending system provided by the embodiment of the invention has the same technical characteristics as the sun-screening vending machine provided by the embodiment, so that the same technical problems can be solved, and the same technical effects can be achieved.
It will be clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working process of the above-described sunscreen vending system may refer to the corresponding process in the foregoing embodiment of the sunscreen vending machine, and will not be described in detail herein.

The control main board receives ultraviolet radiation information acquired by the ultraviolet acquisition equipment, generates ultraviolet display information according to the ultraviolet radiation information and a pre-stored ultraviolet grading range, and sends the ultraviolet display information to the information display screen for display; wherein the ultraviolet display information includes an ultraviolet index, an ultraviolet exposure level, a current UVA irradiance, and a UVB irradiance;
the control main board is also used for acquiring an ultraviolet radiation forecast value and receiving protection period information sent by a user through the operation panel; determining the recommended product model of the protective cream according to the ultraviolet radiation forecast value, the protection period information and the ultraviolet radiation information, and sending an indication instruction to an indicator lamp on a cargo space where the sun-proof cream corresponding to the product model is located, so as to control the indicator lamp to be lightened;
The determining the recommended product model of the protective cream according to the ultraviolet radiation forecast value, the protective period information and the ultraviolet radiation information comprises the following steps:
calculating total UVA irradiance and total UVB irradiance required by a user in a protection period according to the protection period information and the UVA irradiance and the UVB irradiance of each hour in the protection period;
Comparing the total UVB irradiance to a region-averaged minimum erythema dose, calculating a first ratio of the total UVB irradiance to the minimum erythema dose; determining a sun protection index value SPF of a sun protection cream product required by a user according to the first ratio;
Comparing the total UVA irradiance with the minimum sustainable blackening amount averaged by the region, calculating a second ratio of the total UVA irradiance to the minimum sustainable blackening amount, determining a UVA sun protection index (PFA) of a sun-screening cream product required by a user according to the second ratio, and calculating a UVA protection level according to the PFA value;
comparing the calculated SPF value and UVA protection level with corresponding parameters of a sunscreen product to determine a recommended product model of the sunscreen;
And the control main board responds to the purchase operation of the user on the operation panel, controls the settlement device to perform settlement, and then sends a driving instruction to the driving mechanism so that the driving mechanism transmits the sunscreen cream selected by the user to the goods taking window.
