Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a bookshelf management method based on an electronic book application according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S110: and acquiring each file stored under a preset path, and storing the acquired files into a first file set.
The preset path refers to a file storage path configured in advance. For example, the preset path may include a default file storage path for each application, or may be a file storage path manually configured by a user. For example, if the user manually configures that all files received by the wechat are stored in the folder corresponding to the first storage path, the preset path may include the first storage path, so as to obtain various files received by the wechat. It can be seen that the number of the preset paths may be one or more, depending on the source and the number of the files desired to be obtained by the user.
Specifically, in this embodiment, for the android device, a path for storing files received through various applications in the memory card may be determined as the preset path, and each file under the preset path may be directly read. For the IOS device, because each application is implemented by a sandbox independent of each other, different applications cannot communicate with each other, and therefore, the electronic book application cannot directly read files received by other applications. In order to solve the above problem, in this embodiment, each file stored in a system default storage path is obtained through a preset system interface, and the system default storage path is dedicated to storing various files received through various applications.
After the files stored under the preset path are acquired, the acquired files are stored in a first file set. For example, each acquired file is stored in a designated folder, and the designated folder is equivalent to the first file set. For another example, the file names of the acquired files are added to a specified list, and the corresponding files are read through the specified list, where the specified list is equivalent to the first file set. In short, the present invention does not limit the specific implementation manner of the first file set, as long as the centralized storage of a plurality of files can be realized.
Step S120: screening all files in the first file set, determining the files meeting preset screening rules as screened files, and storing the screened files into the second file set.
The preset screening rule can be realized through various implementation modes. For example, in one implementation, a file format and/or file type corresponding to an e-book application is predetermined; and screening each file in the first file set according to the file format and/or the file type. The method only screens files of file formats and/or file types supported by the electronic book, and the problem that books added into the bookshelf cannot be opened through the electronic book application is avoided. For another example, in another implementation manner, the filtering condition input by the user is received through a preset filtering setting entry, and the preset filtering rule is generated according to the filtering condition input by the user. For example, a user sets a file source as a file of the WeChat application through a preset screening setting entry, and the file belongs to a file which accords with a preset screening rule; or, the user sets the file format to be the file in the PDF format through a preset screening setting entry, and the file conforms to the preset screening rule. The method only screens the files concerned by the user, and can set the screening rules by the user definition, thereby meeting the individual requirements of the user. In practical cases, the two implementations can be used alone or in combination.
In addition, the second file set may be obtained by directly deleting the file that is not filtered in the first file set, or a storage space may be additionally created in a storage location different from the first file set for generating the second file set. In addition, the specific implementation manner of the second file set may refer to the first file set, and is not described herein again.
Step S130: and adding each file in the second file set into a bookshelf of the electronic book application for the user to operate on the files in the bookshelf.
In this step, each file in the second set of files is directly added to the bookshelf of the electronic book application to increase the number of books in the bookshelf. The user can perform various operations such as opening operation, deleting operation, moving operation and the like aiming at the files in the bookshelf. Since most of the files in the second file set are files received by the user through other applications, the files from other applications can be conveniently opened by using the electronic book application through the step, and convenience is provided for the user.
According to the bookshelf management method based on the electronic book application, provided by the invention, each file stored under a preset path can be obtained, the obtained files are screened according to a preset screening rule, and the screened files are automatically added into a bookshelf applied by the electronic book. Therefore, the method can automatically add the files under the preset path on the premise of not needing manual operation of a user, thereby simplifying the operation mode and widening the file sources.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a bookshelf management method based on an electronic book application according to another embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S210: and acquiring each file stored under a preset path, and storing the acquired files into a first file set.
The preset path refers to a pre-configured file storage path, and is used for storing files from each application in the device. Wherein each application comprises: mail applications, WeChat applications, other branded electronic book applications, operating system self-contained applications (e.g., office applications, phone books, etc.), browsers, and/or Tencent applications, among others. Specifically, the present embodiment is mainly exemplified by an IOS device, and the inventor finds that, in the process of implementing the present invention: in the IOS device, because the applications are implemented by the sandbox independent of each other, the different applications cannot communicate with each other, and therefore the electronic book application cannot directly read the files received by the other applications. In order to solve the above problem, in this embodiment, each file stored under a preset path is acquired through a preset system interface. For example, in the IOS device, various files received by each application are collectively stored in a designated directory of the operating system, where the designated directory is the preset path. All files under the specified directory can be accessed by calling the system interface.
Optionally, because the files in the designated directory are various in types and formats, in order to prevent some files that cannot be identified by the electronic book from being mistakenly added to the bookshelf, in this step, at least one file type to be acquired may be preset, a file of which the file type belongs to the file type to be acquired is acquired from each file stored in the preset path, and a file of which the file type does not belong to the file type to be acquired is discarded, thereby achieving targeted acquisition. The type of the file to be acquired can be determined according to a file format and/or a file type corresponding to the electronic book application, that is: only the file types that the electronic book application can recognize are acquired. In addition, when the file types to be acquired include multiple types, the user experience can be improved through the following strategies:
in one strategy, the type priority corresponding to each file type to be acquired is preset, and files of which the file types belong to the file types to be acquired are acquired from the files stored under the preset path according to the sequence from high to low of the type priority. The type priority can be determined according to the number of files of the type, the use frequency and other factors. For example, assuming that the file types to be acquired include an EPUB type and a PDF type, since the EPUB type is applied more in the ebook, the priority of the EPUB type can be made higher than that of the PDF type, so that the EPUB type file is acquired preferentially.
In another strategy, the acquisition sequence of each file stored in the preset path is determined according to the file size, the file date, the file source and/or the use frequency. For example, the file is divided into a large file and a small file according to a preset file size threshold, and the priority of the small file is higher than that of the large file, so that the small file is preferentially acquired. Because the number of the small files is more, the small files are used more frequently, and the small files are acquired faster, the small files are acquired first, so that the waiting time of a user can be reduced, and the files required by the user can be acquired in a shorter time. For another example, files with a closer date are acquired first and files with a farther date are acquired later according to file dates, so that the most recently received files are acquired preferentially. For another example, the file is determined to be originated from a WeChat application or a mail application according to the file source, and different priorities are set for each application, so that the file corresponding to the application which is more concerned by the user is preferentially acquired. In addition, when the file acquisition order is determined according to the frequency of use, a file with a high frequency of use can be preferentially acquired.
The two strategies can be used independently or in combination. When the two are used in combination, the acquisition order between the respective files of each type can be further determined according to the file size, the file date, the file source, and/or the frequency of use when acquiring the files of each type.
The trigger manner of step S210 is described below. In practical applications, step S210 may be triggered by at least one of the following two ways:
in a first triggering mode, each file stored in a preset path is acquired every other preset time period, and the acquired files are stored in a first file set. The preset time period may be set according to a default value in the device or according to a set period value input by a user. Each time of obtaining, not only can a full amount of files stored under a preset path be obtained, but also files in the first file set obtained last time can be replaced according to the full amount of files; or acquiring an incremental file stored under a preset path, and adaptively updating the files in the first file set acquired last time according to the incremental file. The present invention does not limit the specific acquisition method. In a word, the files stored in the preset path can be periodically acquired in a periodic acquisition mode, and the bookshelf is updated accordingly.
In a second triggering mode, whether a newly added file exists in a preset path is monitored, and when the newly added file exists in the preset path, the newly added file is stored in the first file set. In the acquiring mode, whether a new download file is added under a preset path or not can be monitored through a HOOK mechanism and other modes, if yes, the new download file is immediately acquired, and the download file is added into the first file set. The method is high in real-time performance, the first file set can be updated immediately after the newly added files appear in the preset path, and the bookshelf can be updated accordingly.
Step S220: and screening each file in the first file set, and judging whether each file meets a preset screening rule or not. If yes, go to step S230; if not, go to step S250.
The preset screening rule can be realized through various implementation modes:
for example, in a first implementation, a file format and/or a file type corresponding to an electronic book application is predetermined; and screening each file in the first file set according to the file format and/or the file type. The method only screens files of file formats and/or file types supported by the electronic book, and the problem that books added into the bookshelf cannot be opened through the electronic book application is avoided. Specifically, the file format and/or the file type corresponding to the electronic book application may be determined according to the type and the number of the plug-ins corresponding to the electronic book application. Accordingly, the type and the number of the plug-ins corresponding to the e-book application are monitored, and the file format and/or the file type corresponding to the e-book application are determined according to the monitoring result. In an example one, a plug-in corresponding to an e-book application includes: the e-book applies the supported plug-ins, correspondingly, files corresponding to all the plug-ins supported by the e-book are determined to be files meeting the preset screening rule, and whether the plug-ins are installed by a user or not is not required to be considered. In example two, the plug-in corresponding to the ebook application includes: correspondingly, only files corresponding to plug-ins installed by a user in all plug-ins supported by the electronic book are determined as files meeting preset screening rules. In practical cases, any one of the above two examples can be flexibly selected according to user settings.
In addition, optionally, when the implementation in example two is adopted, it is considered that the number of installed plug-ins of the user may change, for example, the user may install plug-ins that have not been installed before, resulting in an increase in the number of installed plug-ins; as another example, a user may delete a previously installed plug-in, resulting in a reduced number of installed plug-ins. In order to adapt the bookshelf management result to the user operation, in the step, when the type and the number of the plug-ins corresponding to the electronic book application are monitored to be changed, the file format and/or the file type corresponding to the electronic book application are/is adjusted according to the changed type and the changed number of the plug-ins. For example, when detecting that a user just deletes a PDF plug-in, adaptively modifying a preset filtering rule so that a PDF type file cannot pass filtering; when detecting that a user just adds a certain plug-in, adaptively modifying the preset screening rule so as to enable the file of the type corresponding to the plug-in to pass the screening. By the method, the file screening strategy in the subsequent process can be updated according to the change condition of the plug-in. In addition, optionally, in order to be able to adaptively change the files already added to the bookshelf according to the variation condition of the plug-ins, in this embodiment, when it is monitored that the type and the number of the plug-ins corresponding to the electronic book application change, the following operations may be further performed: determining whether the files added to the bookshelf of the electronic book application need to be deleted or not according to the type and the number of the changed plug-ins; if so, deleting the corresponding file. For example, after detecting that the user has just deleted the PDF add-in, the preset filtering rule is adaptively modified so that the PDF-type file cannot pass the filtering in the subsequent process, and the PDF file that has been previously added to the bookshelf of the electronic book application is deleted to realize the linkage management between the add-in and the file. Of course, in order to avoid the deletion error, a prompt box may be popped up before the deletion, and the deletion operation is performed only after the input information that the user confirms the deletion is received.
For another example, in the second implementation manner, the filtering condition input by the user is received through a preset filtering setting entry, and the preset filtering rule is generated according to the filtering condition input by the user.
Step S230: and determining the files meeting the preset screening rules as screened files, and storing the screened files into a second file set.
The second file set may be obtained by directly deleting the file that is not filtered in the first file set, or a storage space may be additionally created in a storage location different from the first file set for generating the second file set. In addition, the specific implementation manner of the second file set may refer to the first file set, and is not described herein again.
Step S240: and adding each file in the second file set into a bookshelf of the electronic book application for the user to operate on the files in the bookshelf.
In addition, optionally, after each file in the second file set is added to the bookshelf of the electronic book application, the files added to the bookshelf of the electronic book application are further managed according to a preset management rule. Wherein, the preset management rule comprises: the presentation order and/or storage location of the files is determined by file type, file size, file date, file source, and/or frequency of use. For example, the EPUB type file may be stored separately in a preset first storage space, the PDF type file may be stored separately in a preset second storage space, and the EPUB type file may be displayed before the PDF type file, so that the user may read the EPUB type file preferentially. For another example, the large files and the small files can be stored and displayed separately, and the files in the bookshelf can be stored and displayed in a classified manner according to the sequence of the file dates, and/or the file sources, the use frequency and the like. For example, a file whose file source is WeChat is separately stored and displayed, or a file in a bookshelf is divided into a high-frequency file and a low-frequency file according to the use frequency.
Step S250: and determining the file which does not accord with the preset screening rule as the file which does not pass the screening, and generating a prompt message for prompting a user to install the plug-in corresponding to the file which does not pass the screening when the file which does not pass the screening is determined to accord with the preset prompt condition.
The method is particularly suitable for when the preset filtering rule in step S230 is implemented by example two in the first implementation manner, that is: and only determining files corresponding to plug-ins installed by the user in all the plug-ins supported by the electronic book as files meeting preset screening rules. Correspondingly, in this step, whether the file meets the preset prompting condition is further judged for the file which does not meet the preset screening rule. The preset prompting conditions may be: and judging whether the file format of the file is a format which can be identified by the electronic book, if so, determining that the file conforms to a preset prompt condition. When the judgment result is yes, the file is not screened due to the fact that the corresponding plug-in is not installed by the user, and therefore a prompt message for prompting the user to install the plug-in corresponding to the file which is not screened is generated to prompt the user to install the plug-in. Accordingly, when the user installs the plug-in, the corresponding file can be immediately re-determined as a file passing the filtering, and the second file set is updated. Alternatively, the file may be determined as a file that passes the filtering when step S210 and the subsequent steps are executed again, and the specific details are not limited in the present invention.
In summary, with the manner provided by this embodiment, each file stored in the preset path can be acquired, the acquired file is screened according to the preset screening rule, and the screened file is automatically added to the bookshelf applied to the electronic book. Therefore, the method can automatically add the files under the preset path on the premise of not needing manual operation of a user, thereby simplifying the operation mode and widening the file sources. Moreover, the type or format of the file to be acquired can be screened, books added into the bookshelf can be managed, and convenience is brought to users.
