Abstract

一种管式净化新风,采用中空纤维膜作为主滤材,特别是采用聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜及其膜组件作为膜组件,高速无刷风机马达作为风动力源,配置了大容量的活性炭盒和消音器,这些部件依次排列安装在一个管道中。具有容尘量较大,维护周期更长,噪声较低的优点。进一步将风机马达装在风机马达仓中,把活性炭装在活性炭仓中,构成单元化结构,大大方便了安装和维护。

一种管式净化新风机
技术领域
一种管式净化新风机,特别是一种以中空纤维膜为主滤材,以无刷电机驱动的风机作为主动力源,带有大容量活性炭的管式粉尘、气体双净化新风机。
背景技术
管式新风机是一种可以直接安装在管道中或墙壁上的管道状净化新风,内装有过滤单元、风机马达、消音单元,如201610142483、2017100405196。但是,这种设计有这样一些突出问题:所选用的过滤单元都是传统的纤维棉滤网+静电除尘机构,由于管道空间的局限,滤网面积很小,容尘量不足,静电单元又特别容易产生臭氧,必须经常维护,使用成本较高。为解决这些问题就必然增大纤维棉滤网的面积,从而造成管子的直径大幅增加,又造成了安装困难;缺乏周到的消音设计,致使噪音较大;所采用的活性炭数量很少,只有象征性意义,这些问题很大程度上影响了推广使用,并不具有可靠的实用性。其实,管式新风机的原型就是在轴流风机上加了一个普通滤网,也不具备实质上的新颖性和先进性。
本发明人发明于2014年提出了采用聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜为主要滤材的净化新风机方案(2014206251437),陆续研制出了多种容尘量很大的新风机 (如2016206821020),开始在市场上试销,使用结果显示出这种新兴过滤膜巨大的技术优势。本发明人研制的中空纤维膜空气滤芯,同等体积下,其容尘量是传统纤维滤芯的100多倍,这就为彻底改进管式新风机提供了可行的方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:利用中空纤维膜膜丝及其组件特别是聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜及其组件作为主滤材,极大提高管式净化新风机的容尘量,显著降低维护周期,进而切实降低管式净化新风机的直径,将管式净化新风机的最小直径控制在100mm以下;利用微穿孔板消音器、集束微管消音器、迷宫式消音器,极大降低管式净化新风机的出风口噪声;采用高速无刷电机提供足够的压力,以驱动大容量活性炭,切实有效吸附有害气体,实现双净化;提出基于上述主要改进的新的结构简单、坚固可靠、方便安装、维护周期较长的管式净化新风机的整体结构方案。
一种管式净化新风机,包括中空纤维膜膜组件、风机马达、活性炭、消音器、控制驱动板、风机马达仓、活性炭仓、出风面板盒、外套管,其特征在于:所述中空纤维膜膜组件、风机马达、活性炭、消音器依次排列安装在管道中。
进一步的,所述风机马达安装在风机马达仓内;所述活性炭安装在活性炭仓内;所述中空纤维膜膜组件、风机马达仓、活性炭仓、消音器依次排列安装于外套管之内,外套管的出风端装有出风面板盒。
进一步的,所述风机马达安装在所述风机马达仓内;所述活性炭安装在所述活性炭仓内;所述中空纤维膜膜组件的端部有用于与风机马达仓的进风端连接的螺纹或卡扣,该连接部位有一个密封环;所述风机马达仓的出风端有用于与活性炭仓的进风端连接的螺纹或卡扣,该连接部位有一个密封环;所述活性炭仓的出风端有用于与出风面板盒相连接的螺纹或卡扣,该连接部位有一个密封环。
进一步的,所述消音器安装在所述外套管中,所述消音器或安装在活性炭与出风面板盒之间或风面板盒之内;所述消音器采用迷宫式消音器或微穿孔消音器或微集束管消音器;所述消音器中装有消音材料;所述控制驱动板安装在所述出风面板盒中。
进一步的,所述中空纤维膜膜组件,其膜丝采用PVDF或PVC或PS材料制成;优选采用聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜膜丝,其特征是:其直径1----10mm,其单根长度300---2000mm,壁厚0.1----2mm,微孔径宽0.1---0.5微米,微孔长0.2----5微米,由聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜膜丝集束组成聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜膜组件。
进一步的,所述外套管,采用不锈钢或耐老化塑料制成,其进风端的管端面封闭,管前端下方有一个进气网孔口,所述外套管进气网孔口之后到中空纤维膜组件的之前的位置上有一个挡水板。
进一步的,所述出风面板盒中装有消音器、控制和驱动电路,面板上装有显示装置和出风口。

具体实施方案
本发明的实质是将中空纤维膜膜组件、风机马达、活性炭、消音器、依次排列,装置在管道中。根据这个原则,就会有很多的实施场景。以下是一些实例,但本发明不限于这些实例。
实例1:里面依次装置了中空纤维膜膜组件、风机马达、活性炭、消音器,外表是管子,是一个本发明所述的管式净化新风机,对新风进行过滤处理,安装在新风管道系统中,作为一个过滤环节使用。
实例2,把风机马达预先装入一个风机马达仓,把活性炭预先装入一个活性炭仓,相互用螺纹或者卡扣连接,把中空纤维膜膜组件和风机马达仓连接起来,再与活性炭仓连接起来,再与消音器连接在一起,一同构成由单元化、模块化部件组装成的管式净化新风机。这样的机型的优点是可以随意更换每一个部件,便于维护,便于更换耗材。
实例3,将实例2在同一装入一根外套管,构成带外套管的管式进化新风机。这种实例的优点是具有更好的强度和抗老化能力。
实例4,在实例3的出风端安装一个出风面板盒。这种实例的有点是更方便安装在墙孔上,出风面板盒直接像室内供气。
为了保证风机马达仓与活性炭仓,活性炭仓与出风面板盒之间要求可靠连接且不能漏气,本发明采用了螺纹连接和卡扣连接两种方式,各连接部位都设置了密封环。
根据发明内容的叙述,所述消音器安装在所述外套管中,或安装在出风面板盒中;所述消音器采用迷宫式消音器或微穿孔消音器或微集束管消音器。所述控制驱动板安装在所述消音器安装中。通常,活性炭与出风面板盒之间的空腔实际上属于消音器的一部分,已经与出风面板盒一同构成了迷宫式消音器的一部分,其中还可以安装消音材料或微集束管消音器,或安装微穿孔板消音器,或者微穿孔板制成的迷宫式消音器。
中空纤维膜膜组件,其膜丝可以采用PVDF或PVC或PS材料制成;但是最好的还是采用聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜膜丝,其特征是:其直径1----10mm,其单根长度300---2000mm,壁厚0.1----2mm,微孔径宽0.1---0.5微米,微孔长0.2----5微米,由聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜膜丝集束组成聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜膜组件。也可以采用陶瓷和金属的过滤膜,如陶瓷中空纤维膜和金属中空纤维膜。
有益之处: 极大提高管式净化新风机的容尘量,显著降低维护周期;切实降低管式净化新风机的直径,将管式净化新风机的最小直径控制在100mm以下;利用微穿孔板消音器、集束微管消音器、迷宫式消音器,极大降低管式净化新风机的出风口噪声;采用高速无刷电机提供足够的压力,以驱动大容量活性炭,切实有效吸附有害气体,实现双净化;结构简单、坚固可靠、方便安装、维护周期较长,是一中新颖、实用、先进的的管式净化新风机的整体结构方案。

Claims (7)

1.一种管式净化新风机,包括中空纤维膜膜组件、风机马达、活性炭、消音器、控制驱动板、风机马达仓、活性炭仓、出风面板盒、外套管,其特征在于:所述中空纤维膜膜组件、风机马达、活性炭、消音器依次排列安装在管道中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管式进化新风机,其特征在于:所述风机马达安装在风机马达仓内;所述活性炭安装在活性炭仓内;所述中空纤维膜膜组件、风机马达仓、活性炭仓、消音器依次排列安装于外套管之内,外套管的出风端装有出风面板盒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种管式进化新风机,其特征在于:所述风机马达安装在所述风机马达仓内;所述活性炭安装在所述活性炭仓内;所述中空纤维膜膜组件的端部有用于与风机马达仓的进风端连接的螺纹或卡扣,该连接部位有一个密封环;所述风机马达仓的出风端有用于与活性炭仓的进风端连接的螺纹或卡扣,该连接部位有一个密封环;所述活性炭仓的出风端有用于与出风面板盒相连接的螺纹或卡扣,该连接部位有一个密封环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种管式进化新风机,其特征在于:所述消音器安装在所述外套管中,所述消音器或安装在活性炭与出风面板盒之间或风面板盒之内;所述消音器采用迷宫式消音器或微穿孔消音器或微集束管消音器;所述消音器中装有消音材料;所述控制驱动板安装在所述出风面板盒中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种管式进化新风机,其特征在于:所述中空纤维膜膜组件,其膜丝采用PVDF或PVC或PS材料制成;优选采用聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜膜丝,其特征是:其直径1----10mm,其单根长度300---2000mm,壁厚0.1----2mm,微孔径宽0.1---0.5微米,微孔长0.2----5微米,由聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜膜丝集束组成聚四氟乙烯中空纤维膜膜组件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种管式进化新风机,其特征在于:所述外套管,采用不锈钢或耐老化塑料制成,其进风端的管端面封闭,管前端下方有一个进气网孔口,所述外套管进气网孔口之后到中空纤维膜组件的之前的位置上有一个挡水板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种管式进化新风机,其特征在于:所述出风面板盒中装有消音器、控制和驱动电路,面板上装有显示装置和出风口。
