Abstract
The invention discloses a roller assembly and an air conditioner comprising the same. The roller assembly is used for being arranged on a movable part on equipment and comprises a supporting part and a roller, the roller is rotatably installed on the supporting part, limiting structures are respectively arranged on two axial sides of the roller, the roller is limited by the limiting structures, and a protrusion and/or a groove structure is arranged on the side surface of the roller opposite to the limiting structures and/or the side surface of the limiting structures opposite to the roller, so that the contact area of the roller with the limiting structures in contact is reduced. The roller of the roller assembly is rotatably arranged on the supporting part, the limiting structures are arranged on the two sides of the axial direction of the roller, and the contact area of the roller and the limiting structure is reduced by arranging the convex and/or concave structures on the roller and/or the limiting structure, so that the friction force generated when the roller contacts the limiting structure is reduced, and the running reliability of the roller is ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field related to moving parts, in particular to a roller assembly and an air conditioner comprising the same.
Background
In a common air conditioner, the moving parts adopt roller assemblies to carry out auxiliary rolling friction, so that the moving parts are ensured to run reliably and stably. The common roller assemblies all adopt metal roller bearings, and a large number of metal rollers are used on one complete machine. The cost of air conditioner complete machine can be improved to a large amount of use metal gyro wheels to the running stability of metal gyro wheel is not fine, because the hardness of metal gyro wheel is big, can not effectual buffering and release impulsive force can cause phenomenon such as shake when moving with the working of plastics, and the installation of metal gyro wheel is also inconvenient, increases the assembly degree of difficulty of air conditioner complete machine. And, can all set up limit structure generally and carry out spacingly to the gyro wheel, there is the possibility of gyro wheel and limit structure contact in the operation, can produce great frictional force when gyro wheel and limit structure contact, causes great influence to the rotation of gyro wheel.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a roller assembly and an air conditioner including the same, which can improve operation stability.
In a first aspect, a roller assembly is provided, for being arranged on a movable component of a device, comprising a supporting portion and a roller, wherein the roller is rotatably mounted on the supporting portion, two axial sides of the roller are respectively provided with a limiting structure, the limiting structure limits the roller,
the side surface of the roller opposite to the limiting structure and/or the side surface of the limiting structure opposite to the roller is provided with a protrusion and/or groove structure so as to reduce the contact area of the roller and the limiting structure.
Preferably, a gap is formed between the roller and the limiting structure.
Preferably, the projection and/or recess arrangement comprises a first bead provided on the roller.
Preferably, the roller comprises a mounting hole, and the first ribs are arranged along the port edge of the mounting hole.
Preferably, the support portion includes a mounting structure for mounting the roller and a connection structure for connecting with the movable member, which are connected to each other.
Preferably, the mounting structure comprises a first portion and a second portion,
the first and second opposite end surfaces of the first portion are connected to the connecting structure and the second portion, respectively, and the roller is rotatably mounted to the second portion by a connecting member.
Preferably, the first end face of the second portion is connected to the second end face of the first portion, and the second end face of the second portion is used for mounting the connecting piece.
Preferably, the area of the second end surface of the first portion is larger than the area of the first end surface of the second portion, a step surface is formed at the connection part of the first portion and the second portion, and the step surface forms a first limit part.
Preferably, the projection and/or recess arrangement comprises a second bead provided on the step face.
Preferably, a second limiting part is arranged at the end part of the connecting piece, and the first limiting part and the second limiting part form the limiting structure.
Preferably, the roller assembly further comprises a stopper, the stopper is mounted on the supporting portion through a connecting piece, and the stopper forms a limiting structure on one side of the roller.

The present invention is described below based on examples, but the present invention is not limited to only these examples. It will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that the drawings provided herein are for illustrative purposes and that the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale.
Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, throughout the description and the claims, the words "comprise", "comprising", and the like are to be construed in an inclusive sense as opposed to an exclusive or exhaustive sense; that is, it is the meaning of "including but not limited to".
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. Furthermore, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more.
The roller assembly is arranged on a part needing to move, so that the movement of the part is contacted with other parts through the roller assembly, sliding friction is avoided, and friction force and stability of the operation of the part are reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the roller assembly provided by the present invention includes a supporting portion 100, a roller 200, and a connection member 400, wherein the roller 200 is disposed on the supporting portion 100, and the connection member 400 mounts the roller 200 to the supporting portion 100.
The support portion 100 is preferably disposed on a moving member on the apparatus, for example, on a moving member on the air conditioner, for example, on a moving member such as an air deflector or an air outlet grille that needs to be moved on the air conditioner. The support part 100 includes a mounting structure 110 for mounting the roller 200 and a connection structure 120, and the connection structure 120 is connected to the moving member, preferably, the connection structure 120 is formed on the moving member. The mounting structure 110 includes a first portion 111 and a second portion 112, where the second portion 112 is used to mount the roller 200, opposite first end surfaces and second end surfaces on the first portion 111 are respectively connected with the connecting structure 120 and the second portion 112, and a second end surface area of the first portion 111 is larger than an end surface area of the second portion 112, so that a first limiting portion can be formed at a connection position between the first portion 111 and the second portion 112, and the roller 200 is limited. The second portion 112 has a cylindrical structure, a first end of the second portion 112 is connected to the first portion 111, a second end of the second portion 112 is a free end, and a second end of the second portion 112 is provided with a connection hole for mounting the connector 400 (described in detail below). Preferably, the length of the second portion 112 in the axial direction thereof is substantially the same as the thickness of the roller 200, for example, the length of the second portion 112 in the axial direction thereof may be slightly smaller or larger than the thickness of the roller 200. Preferably, a second rib 1111 is formed on the end surface of the first portion 111 connected to the second portion 112, the second rib 1111 preferably extends along the entire circumference of the end surface of the second portion 112, and the second rib 1111 may reduce the contact area between the first portion 111 and the roller 200, thereby reducing the friction force (described in detail below) generated when the two contact each other. Preferably, a groove structure on the second end surface of the first portion 111 may be used instead of the second rib 1111.
The roller 200 has a wheel-shaped structure, and the diameter of the mounting hole on the roller 200 is larger than the diameter of the second portion 112, preferably, the diameter of the mounting hole is 0.05-0.15mm, preferably, 0.1mm larger than the diameter of the second portion 112. The roller 200 is provided with a first rib 210 along the circumferential direction of the mounting hole, the first rib 210 is preferably arranged on two axial side surfaces of the roller 200, namely, the first ribs 210 are arranged at two end edges of the mounting hole of the roller 200, the first rib 210 is preferably an annular rib formed by extending along the whole circumferential direction of the mounting hole, preferably, the radial inner edge of the first rib 210 coincides with the edge of the mounting hole, and further, a chamfer is formed at the part of the first rib 210 located at the radial inner side far away from the roller 200, and the chamfer guides the assembly of the second part 112 and the roller 200. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the first ribs 210 may be configured as a groove structure.
After the roller 200 is mounted to the second portion 112, the connector 400 is mounted into the connection hole of the second end of the second portion 112. The end of the connecting member 400 is formed with a second limiting portion 410, and after the connecting member 400 is mounted on the second portion 112, the second limiting portion 410 can limit the movement of the roller 200 along the axial direction of the second portion 112, so as to prevent the roller 200 from sliding off the second portion 112. Further, after the connection member 400 is installed, a distance between the second limiting portion 410 on the connection member 400 and the end surface where the first portion 111 and the second portion 112 are connected is greater than a thickness of the roller 200, so that the roller 200 has a moving space between the first portion 111 and the second limiting portion 410. Preferably, the second limiting portion 410 is an annular structure formed at the end of the connecting member 400, and the diameter of the outer edge of the annular structure is larger than the diameter of the mounting hole on the roller 200.
In an alternative embodiment, the roller assembly further includes a stopper 300, the stopper 300 is mounted to the second end surface of the second portion 112 by the connector 400, and the stopper 300 is used to limit the roller 200 instead of the second limiting portion 410, so as to prevent the roller 200 from sliding off the second portion 112. Preferably, the blocking member 300 includes a blocking portion 310 and an abutment portion 320, where the blocking portion 310 is configured to limit the roller 200, and the abutment portion 320 abuts against the second end surface of the second portion 112. The baffle 300 is further provided with a through hole penetrating the blocking portion 310 and the abutting portion 320, and the connecting piece 400 is matched with the connecting hole on the second portion 112 through the through hole to fix the baffle 300 to the second portion 112. Preferably, the blocking portion 310 has a circular structure having a certain thickness, and the diameter of the circular structure is larger than that of the mounting hole of the roller 200. The abutment 320 is a protruding structure disposed on the first surface of the blocking portion 310, the protruding structure can extend into the mounting hole on the roller 200, preferably, the abutment 320 is a cylindrical structure, the end surface area of the cylindrical structure is equal to or smaller than the end surface area of the second portion 112, when the blocking member 300 is mounted, the abutment 320 abuts against the second end surface of the second portion 112, the blocking member 300 is mounted on the second portion 112 through the connecting member 400, and the blocking member 300 is pressed against the second end surface of the second portion 112 by the connecting member 400, that is, the blocking member 300 cannot be displaced in the axial direction of the second portion 112. After the baffle 300 is installed, the distance between the first surface of the baffle 300 and the first portion 111 is greater than the thickness of the roller 200, further, a gap is formed between the first rib 210 near the baffle 300 and the baffle 300 on the roller 200, and a gap is also formed between the first rib 210 near the first portion 111 and the second rib 1111 on the second portion 111 on the roller 200, so that friction with the first portion 111 or the baffle 300 is avoided when the roller 200 rotates, preferably, when the first rib 210 near the first portion 111 contacts the second rib 1111, the gap between the first rib 210 near the baffle 300 and the baffle 300 is 0.4-1mm, preferably 0.5mm.
Preferably, the roller 200 is made of a plastic material having good self-lubricating and wear-resistant properties, such as POM (polyoxymethylene), PA6 (nylon 6), PET plastic (polyethylene terephthalate ), etc., and further, the stopper 300 is made of the same material as the roller 200.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises the roller assembly, wherein the roller assembly is arranged on the movable part of the air conditioner and is used for reducing friction force in the moving process of the movable part and improving the running stability of the movable part. Preferably, the movable part may be a movable grille structure on a cabinet air conditioner, in particular a grille structure on a cylindrical cabinet air conditioner or the like.
According to the roller assembly, the first convex ribs are arranged on the roller, so that the roller is contacted with the limiting structure through the first convex ribs, the contact area is reduced, the friction force generated when the roller is contacted with the limiting structure is reduced, and the roller can run more smoothly. And moreover, the roller made of plastic materials can reduce cost and improve the running reliability of the roller.
It is easy to understand by those skilled in the art that the above preferred embodiments can be freely combined and overlapped without conflict.

Claims (6)
1. A roller assembly is used for being arranged on a movable component on equipment and is characterized by comprising a supporting part and a roller, wherein the roller is rotatably arranged on the supporting part, two axial sides of the roller are respectively provided with a limiting structure, the limiting structure limits the roller,
protrusions are arranged on the side surface, opposite to the limiting structure, of the roller and the side surface, opposite to the roller, of the limiting structure, so that the contact area of the roller and the limiting structure is reduced;
the support part comprises a mounting structure and a connecting structure which are connected with each other, wherein the mounting structure is used for mounting the roller, and the connecting structure is used for connecting with the movable part; the mounting structure comprises a first part and a second part which are connected, and a step surface is formed at the joint of the first part and the second part; the roller is rotatably mounted to the second portion by a connector;
the bulge comprises a first convex rib arranged on the roller; the protrusion comprises a second protruding rib arranged on the step surface;
the roller assembly further comprises a blocking piece, the blocking piece is mounted on the supporting portion through a connecting piece, and the blocking piece forms a limiting structure on one side of the roller;
the blocking piece comprises an abutting part and a blocking part, the abutting part abuts against the supporting part, and the blocking part is used for limiting the roller;
the abutting part can extend into the mounting hole on the roller;
the area of the second end face of the first part is larger than that of the first end face of the second part, and the step surface formed at the joint of the first part and the second part forms a first limit part;
the end part of the connecting piece is provided with a second limiting part, and the first limiting part and the second limiting part form the limiting structure.
2. The roller assembly of claim 1, wherein a gap is formed between the roller and the limit structure.
3. The roller assembly of claim 1, wherein the roller includes a mounting hole, the first bead being disposed along a port edge of the mounting hole.
4. The roller assembly of claim 1, wherein the first end surface of the second portion is coupled to the second end surface of the first portion, the second end surface of the second portion being configured to mount the connector.
5. The roller assembly of any of claims 1-4, wherein the roller is a plastic material.
6. An air conditioner, characterized in that the movable part of the air conditioner is provided with the roller assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
