The pumping system 7 comprises two five-cylinder plunger pumps 27; the power end lubricating pump 29 and the hydraulic end lubricating pump 32 are driven by electricity; the pumping system 7 comprises a pouring centrifugal pump 35, wherein the discharge outlet of the pouring centrifugal pump 35 is connected with the suction end of the five-cylinder plunger pump 27, and the suction inlet of the pouring centrifugal pump 35 can be connected with the liquid discharge outlet 23 of the mixing tank 4 and an external liquid supply tank.
The control system 10 controls the pumping displacement of the pumping system 7, the dry addition amount of the dry addition mixing system 9, and the liquid addition amount of the liquid addition system 8, and has an operation parameter display function, an abnormal condition alarm function, and an operation data storage function.

As shown in fig. 2, the drill pump sled 1 includes: the skid 3, a mixing tank 4 integrally installed on the skid 3, a power system 5, a transmission system 6, a pumping system 7, a liquid adding system 8, a dry adding mixing system 9, a control system 10 and the like. The mixing tank 4 is arranged in the middle of the prying frame 3, and liquid is uniformly mixed in the mixing tank 4; the pumping system 7 is arranged at the left side of the mixing tank 4, and the pumping system 7 pumps out the mixed liquid under pressure; the power system 5 is arranged on the right side of the mixing tank 4, and the power system 5 provides power for the pumping system 7; one end of the transmission system 6 is connected with the output end of the power system 5, the other end of the transmission system 6 is connected with the power input end of the pumping system 7, and the transmission system 6 transmits the output power of the power system 5 to the pumping system 7; the liquid adding system 8 is arranged below the mixing tank, the suction inlet of the liquid adding system 8 is connected with an external liquid tank, the discharge outlet of the liquid adding system is connected with the suction inlet of the mixing tank 4, and the liquid adding system 8 can inject liquid additives into the mixing tank 4 according to actual requirements in a certain proportion; the dry-adding mixing system 9 is arranged on the right side of the power system 5, the exhaust port of the dry-adding mixing system 9 is connected with the suction port of the mixing tank 4, and the dry-adding mixing system 9 can inject the base liquid and the dry powder additive into the mixing tank 4 according to actual requirements in a certain proportion; the control system 10 is installed beside the dry-add mixing system 9 and serves to control the drill plug pump sled 1 centrally.
As shown in fig. 3, the dry-addition mixing system 9 includes: a storage tank 11, a screw conveyor 12, an electronic weighing system 13, a jet mixer 14, a flow meter 15, a regulating valve 16, a jet centrifugal pump 17 and a jet pump motor 18. The jet centrifugal pump 17 pressurizes the liquid in the external liquid storage tank and then sends the pressurized liquid to the jet mixer 14; the jet mixer 14 utilizes the venturi principle to suck dry powder drag reducer conveyed to the inlet of the jet mixer 4 by the screw conveyor 12 in the storage tank 11 into the mixing cavity for mixing, and the mixed liquid is discharged to the mixing tank 4.
As shown in fig. 4, the mixing tank 4 includes: stirrer 19, tank 20, liquid addition port 21, tank base 22, liquid discharge port 23, level gauge 24, partition 25, top pedal 26. A liquid adding port 21 is arranged at the inlet of the mixing tank 4, and the liquid adding system 8 adds a liquid drag reducer into the tank body 20 through the liquid adding port 21; the stirrer 19 stirs and mixes the liquid drag reducer and drag reducer; baffles 25 are staggered in the tank to enable the liquid to flow according to a certain route; a level gauge 24 is mounted on the top pedal, the level gauge 24 having a high-low level warning function.
As shown in fig. 5, the pumping system 7 includes: a five-cylinder plunger pump 27, a high-pressure discharge manifold 28, a power end lubricating pump 29, a power end lubricating oil tank 30, a hydraulic end lubricating oil tank 31, a hydraulic end lubricating pump 32, a low-pressure manifold 33, a priming pump motor 34 and a priming centrifugal pump 35. The power end lubricating oil tank 30 and the power end lubricating pump 29 provide lubrication for the power end of the five-cylinder plunger pump 27; the hydraulic end lubricating oil tank 31 and the hydraulic end lubricating pump 32 provide lubrication for the hydraulic end of the five-cylinder plunger pump 27; the suction inlet of the priming centrifugal pump 35 is connected with the liquid discharge outlet 23 of the mixing tank 4; the mixed drag reduction liquid in the mixing tank 4 is pressurized by the filling centrifugal pump 35 and then is conveyed to a suction pipe of the five-cylinder plunger pump 27 through the low-pressure manifold 33, pressurized and discharged by the plunger pump for oil and gas field drilling and plugging operation.
The control system 10 can control the pumping displacement of the pumping system 7, the dry addition amount of the dry addition mixing system 9, and the liquid addition amount of the liquid addition system 8, and has an operation parameter display function, an abnormal condition alarm function, and an operation data storage function.
The specific working flow of the whole machine is as follows:
the VFD control room 2 converts high-voltage network electricity of 10KV at the well site into alternating current and direct current suitable for equipment, and supplies power for the drilling plug pump sled 1.
By means of centralized control of the control system 10, the liquid additive is injected into the mixing tank 4 by the liquid additive adding system 8 according to a certain set proportion, the dry additive mixing system 9 injects the base liquid and the dry additive into the mixing tank 4 according to a certain set proportion under the combined action of the storage tank 11, the screw conveyor 12, the electronic weighing system 13, the jet mixer 14, the flow meter 15, the regulating valve 16, the jet centrifugal pump 17 and the jet pump motor 18, the control system 10 enables the base liquid, the liquid additive and the dry powder additive in the mixing tank 4 to be uniformly mixed by regulating the rotating speed of the stirring motor 19 on the mixing tank 4, then the pouring pump motor 34 in the pumping system 7 drives the pouring centrifugal pump 35 to pump the uniformly mixed liquid in the mixing tank 4 to the five-cylinder plunger pump 27 in the pumping system 7 under the control of the control system 10, and meanwhile, the power system 5 transmits power of the driving motor 36 to the five-cylinder plunger pump 27 through the transmission system 6 so that the uniformly mixed liquid is pumped and pressurized by the five-cylinder plunger pump 27 and discharged to a designated operation position through the high pressure discharge pipe 28 under the control of the control system 10.
