本发明公开了一种抗静电气泡袋,按重量份数包括如下组分:低密度聚乙烯树脂40~50份;高密度聚乙烯树脂20~30份;抗静电剂3~5份;抗菌剂2~4份;塑料除味剂5~10份;表面活性剂3~5份;过氧化二异丙苯2~4份。本发明提供了一种抗静电气泡袋,聚乙烯树脂能够赋予气泡袋优异的韧性、耐候性,使得气泡袋在拉伸的状态下不易破损;抗菌剂白芍的加入使得气泡袋具有很好的抗菌效果;抗静电剂油酸酰胺的加入使得制备得到的抗静电气泡袋可以防静电、防震缓冲,可用于工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种气泡袋,尤其涉及一种抗静电气泡袋。
背景技术
气泡袋是当前普遍使用的一种透明软包装材料,因在物流运输中具有缓冲、保护作用,而被广泛用于电子产品、塑料制品、金属制品、陶瓷制品、玻璃制品的外包装上。
在电子产品在运输、储存和转运的过程中产生的静电压往往会对产品造成损坏,所以抗静电气泡袋的研发将有利于解决这一问题。现有的抗静电气泡袋主要是通过在原料中加入防静电剂或使用防静电材料而制成的既能防止静电又能起到缓冲防震作用的专用气泡袋。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种抗静电气泡袋,得到的气泡袋具有抑菌性,而且还能防静电、防震缓冲,可用于工业化生产。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种抗静电气泡袋,其特征是,所述抗静电气泡袋的原料按重量份数包括如下组分:
低密度聚乙烯树脂40~50份;
高密度聚乙烯树脂20~30份
抗静电剂3~5份;
抗菌剂2~4份;
塑料除味剂5~10份;
表面活性剂3~5份;
过氧化二异丙苯2~4份。
优选地,所述抗菌剂为白芍。
优选地,所述抗静电剂为油酸酰胺。
优选地,所述塑料除味剂为多孔铝硅无机物。
优选地,所述表面活性剂为HKD-1800或ASA-40。
优选地,所述低密度聚乙烯树脂40份、高密度聚乙烯树脂25份、抗静电剂4份、抗菌剂2份、塑料除味剂7份、表面活性剂4份、过氧化二异丙苯2份。

低密度聚乙烯树脂50份、高密度聚乙烯树脂30份、油酸酰胺3份、白芍4份、多孔铝硅无机物5份、表面活性剂3份、过氧化二异丙苯4份。
其中所述表面活性剂为HKD-1800或ASA-40中的一种。

表面活性剂3~5份;
过氧化二异丙苯2~4份。
