When the grinding wheel 1 passes through the fallen material part, the grinding is carried out, the compaction process is completed, and the functions of simultaneously completing the blanking and the grinding by using the grinding wheel 1 are realized, namely, the blanking and the grinding are designed into an integrated mechanism.
The material at the point to be compacted is confined between two adjacent scraping teeth 2 at the bottom of the grinding wheel 1, and the material at this point is compacted only in this area and is not pushed away by the grinding wheel 1.
