本发明公开了一种手机充电器结构,包括壳体,壳体前端凹槽中转动安装有插头,壳体内设有整流滤波模块、高频开关电路、高频变压器,壳体后侧设有USB接口,壳体前端上部设有滑槽,滑槽中滑动安装有顶杆,顶杆前端向前从滑槽穿出,顶杆后端连接有弹性橡胶体,滑槽内后端设有压电陶瓷片,顶杆后端的弹性橡胶体可顶压在压电陶瓷片上,壳体中位于凹槽上端嵌入安装有电磁铁,壳体内还设有信号采集及放大电路、三极管开关电路。本发明大大方便了使用,无须反复调整插头姿态,提高了安全性。

本发明涉及手机充电器领域,具体是一种手机充电器结构。
背景技术
现有的手机充电器中,一般设置有整流滤波模块、高频开关电路、高频变压器,外部交流电压经整流滤波模块整流滤波后,再经高频开关转换为高频电压后,由高频变压器降压后通过USB接口输出至手机。手机充电器用于与交流电压连接的结构是插头,有的手机充电器中插头是固定的,有的手机充电器中插头是可转动的,在手机充电器壳体前端设有可容纳插头的凹槽,插头不使用时可收纳在凹槽中。插头可转动的手机充电器在插接使用时,由于插头受到阻力,存在插头易相对转动的情况,导致插接时需反复调整以确保插头平直,不仅使用不便,而且调整插头还存在漏电的安全问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种手机充电器结构,以解决现有技术插头可转动的手机充电器在插接时存在的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种手机充电器结构,包括壳体,壳体前端设有凹槽,凹槽中转动安装有插头,壳体内设有整流滤波模块、高频开关电路、高频变压器,壳体后侧设有USB接口,插头与整流滤波模块输入端连接,整流滤波模块输出端与高频开关电路输入端连接,高频开关电路输出端与高频变压器输入端连接,高频变压器输出端与USB接口连接,其特征在于:壳体前端上部水平向壳体内设有滑槽,滑槽中滑动安装有顶杆,顶杆前端向前从滑槽穿出,顶杆位于滑槽内的后端连接有弹性橡胶体,滑槽内后端设有压电陶瓷片,所述顶杆后端的弹性橡胶体可顶压在压电陶瓷片上,壳体中位于凹槽上端嵌入安装有电磁铁,壳体内还设有信号采集及放大电路、三极管开关电路,信号采集及放大电路输入端与压电陶瓷片连接,信号采集及放大电路输出端与三极管开关电路控制端连接,三极管开关电路输入端与高频变压器输出端连接,三极管开关电路输出端与电磁铁连接。
所述的一种手机充电器结构,其特征在于:所述滑槽上端的壳体内设有限位槽,顶杆顶面连接有限位块,限位块滑动装配在限位槽内。

本发明首先将插头从凹槽中转出至水平,当外壳前端遇到插座,外壳前端的顶杆被挤压,顶杆通过弹性橡胶体向压电陶瓷片施加压力,使压电陶瓷片产生电信号,电信号经信号采集与放大电路后输出至三极管开关电路使三极管开关电路导通,此时由于插头与插座内初步接触即可得到电压,电压依次经过整流滤波模块、高频开关电路、高频变压器后分为两路,一路输出至USB接口用于为手机充电,另一路通过三极管开关电路输出至电磁铁,使电磁铁通电产生吸力,电磁铁在凹槽上端对插头表面的铁磁材料层起到吸附作用,进而使插头在吸力作用下可保持水平状态。
与已有技术相比,本发明在插接使用时,可保证插头处于水平状态,通过电磁铁的吸力对插头起到吸附固定作用,防止插头受到阻力而相对转动,大大方便了使用,无须反复调整插头姿态,提高了安全性。

如图1-图2所示,一种手机充电器结构,包括壳体1,壳体1前端设有凹槽2,凹槽2中转动安装有插头3,壳体1内设有整流滤波模块4、高频开关电路5、高频变压器6,壳体1后侧设有USB接口7,插头3与整流滤波模块4输入端连接,整流滤波模块4输出端与高频开关电路5输入端连接,高频开关电路5输出端与高频变压器6输入端连接,高频变压器6输出端与USB接口7连接,壳体1前端上部水平向壳体内设有滑槽8,滑槽8中滑动安装有顶杆9,顶杆9前端向前从滑槽8穿出,顶杆9位于滑槽8内的后端连接有弹性橡胶体10,滑槽8内后端设有压电陶瓷片11,顶杆9后端的弹性橡胶体10可顶压在压电陶瓷片11上,壳体1中位于凹槽2上端嵌入安装有电磁铁12,壳体1内还设有信号采集及放大电路13、三极管开关电路14,信号采集及放大电路13输入端与压电陶瓷片11连接,信号采集及放大电路13输出端与三极管开关电路14控制端连接,三极管开关电路14输入端与高频变压器6输出端连接,三极管开关电路14输出端与电磁铁12连接。
滑槽8上端的壳体内设有限位槽15,顶杆9顶面连接有限位块16,限位块16滑动装配在限位槽15内。
插头3侧面嵌入有与电磁铁12吸合的铁磁材料层17。
高频变压器6具有两组不同变压比的次级输出端,一组次级输出端连接USB接口7,另一组次级输出端连接三极管开关电路14输入端。

1.一种手机充电器结构,包括壳体,壳体前端设有凹槽,凹槽中转动安装有插头,壳体内设有整流滤波模块、高频开关电路、高频变压器,壳体后侧设有USB接口,插头与整流滤波模块输入端连接,整流滤波模块输出端与高频开关电路输入端连接,高频开关电路输出端与高频变压器输入端连接,高频变压器输出端与USB接口连接,其特征在于:壳体前端上部水平向壳体内设有滑槽,滑槽中滑动安装有顶杆,顶杆前端向前从滑槽穿出,顶杆位于滑槽内的后端连接有弹性橡胶体,滑槽内后端设有压电陶瓷片,所述顶杆后端的弹性橡胶体可顶压在压电陶瓷片上,壳体中位于凹槽上端嵌入安装有电磁铁,壳体内还设有信号采集及放大电路、三极管开关电路,信号采集及放大电路输入端与压电陶瓷片连接,信号采集及放大电路输出端与三极管开关电路控制端连接,三极管开关电路输入端与高频变压器输出端连接,三极管开关电路输出端与电磁铁连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手机充电器结构,其特征在于:所述滑槽上端的壳体内设有限位槽,顶杆顶面连接有限位块,限位块滑动装配在限位槽内。
