Description

Extract liquid for soluble matters of waterproof coiled material and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of waterproof materials, and particularly relates to an extract liquid for soluble matters of a waterproof coiled material and application thereof.
Background
The waterproof roll is mainly used in the fields of building walls, roofs, tunnels, highways, refuse landfills and the like, and is a flexible building material product which can be curled into a roll shape and can resist external rainwater and underground water leakage. As no leakage connection between an engineering foundation and a building, the waterproof coiled material is a first barrier for engineering waterproofing and plays a vital role in the whole engineering. The coiled waterproof asphalt material is prepared through dipping asphalt in base material, spreading powdered or sheet isolating material on the surface, and has high flexibility, high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, low water absorption, etc. it is used in building and pipeline to prevent water.
The waterproof coiled material is generally positioned in the inner layer of a building, belongs to concealed engineering, and is difficult to find if quality problems exist; once the secondary engineering transformation is needed due to the waterproof quality problem, a large amount of building materials can be wasted, the structure of the original building engineering can be damaged, the occurrence rate of the water leakage problem is increased, and potential safety hazards are buried in the building engineering, so that the quality index control of the waterproof coiled material is a major problem in the industry all the time.
The content of soluble substances of the waterproof coiled material is a key index for judging and distinguishing the quality of the asphalt waterproof coiled material, and is also an essential project index in the performance detection of the asphalt waterproof coiled material. In recent years, China modifies and establishes a standard GB/T328.26-2007 part 26 of an experimental method for building waterproof coiled materials: soluble content (dip-coating material content) of the asphalt waterproof coiled material specifies the use principle and standard of the dip-coating material in the asphalt waterproof coiled material to a certain extent.
The extraction of the dip-coating material in the asphalt waterproof coiled material is mainly Soxhlet extraction, and the selection of the extraction liquid directly influences the extraction efficiency and effect. At present, the extraction liquid of the dip-coating material in the asphalt waterproof coiled material is mainly selected from a single formula of trichloroethylene, the solvent consumption is large, the extraction time is too long, and the environment is not friendly.
Therefore, it is necessary to invent an extract liquid specially for dip-coating materials in waterproof coiled materials to realize simple and rapid qualitative and quantitative detection.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides an extraction liquid for soluble matters of a waterproof roll and application thereof.
The invention provides an extract liquid aiming at the soluble matters of a waterproof coiled material, which contains the soluble matters of the waterproof coiled materialA good solvent containing saturated cycloalkane and saturated chlorohydrocarbon; the saturated cycloalkane has the general formula CnH2nThe saturated chlorohydrocarbon has a general formula of CHmCl4-mWherein n is an integer of 5 to 7, and m is an integer of 0 to 2; and taking the weight of the extraction liquid as a reference, wherein the total content of the saturated naphthenic hydrocarbon and the saturated chlorohydrocarbon is more than 98 weight percent, and the mass ratio of the saturated naphthenic hydrocarbon to the saturated chlorohydrocarbon is 3: 1-1: 2.
The invention also provides application of the extract liquid in testing the content of soluble matters of the asphalt waterproof coiled material.
Compared with trichloroethylene extract, the extract of the invention adopts a plurality of components with lower toxicity and better recovery treatment, the extract has stronger pertinence, and especially has higher extraction efficiency on dip-coating materials in asphalt waterproof coiled materials, which is very beneficial to quickly and accurately distinguishing the quality of the waterproof coiled materials.

According to the application of the invention, the soluble content (i.e. content of impregnated material) of the asphalt waterproofing membrane product can be measured by using the extraction liquid and combining a conventional Soxhlet extraction method, and specifically, the measurement can comprise the following steps:
1) preparing an extract: transferring the saturated cyclane and the saturated chlorohydrocarbon into a conical flask with a plug according to a certain proportion, optionally adding a cosolvent, and uniformly mixing to prepare the extraction liquid;
2) preparing a sample, namely randomly cutting a square sample with the size of (100 +/-1) mm × (100 +/-1) mm on a coiled material above 100mm from the edge, and placing the sample for at least 20 hours under the conditions of (23 +/-2) DEG C and relative humidity of 30-70% before testing;
3) soxhlet extraction: the sample is wrapped with dry filter paper and tied up with a wire, weighed with an analytical balance and its mass recorded as M1(g) (ii) a Then, putting the wrapped sample into an extractor, heating and extracting until the refluxed solvent is changed into light color for the first time, taking out the filter paper to ensure that the filter paper is not cracked, and putting the filter paper in the air to volatilize the solvent (the general standing time is more than 30 mm), wherein the using amount of the extract is 1/2-2/3 of the volume of the flask; drying in a blast oven (conditions including temperature of 105 + -2 deg.C and time of about 2 hr), cooling in a drier to room temperature, weighing with an analytical balance, and recording the mass as M2(g) (ii) a The soluble content is then (M)1-M2)×100(g/m2)。
