可方便调节角度的LED投射灯,包括支架和灯体,所述灯体的左右两端设置与转轴,所述支架上设置有通孔,所述转轴与通孔相配合,所述转轴由磁性材料制成,所述通孔内还设置有磁体,所述磁体一端吸附在转轴上,所述磁体另一端与所述支架相接触。需要调节角度时,我们可以将磁体拉出一定位置,这时转轴的阻力很小,可以方便的调节灯体的角度,当调节完毕需要保持角度时,可以将磁体放开,磁体在磁性的作用下吸附在转轴上,这时转轴转动时,除了要客户转轴与通孔之间的摩擦力,还需要克服磁体与支架之间的摩擦了,因此,静摩擦力大大增加,可以稳固的将灯体保持在任意角度。

本发明涉及一种LED灯,尤其涉及一种可方便调节角度的LED投射灯。
背景技术
LED 是英文 light emitting diode (发光二极管)的缩写,它的基本结构是一块电致发光的半导体材料芯片,用银胶或白胶固化到支架上,然后用银线或金线连接芯片和电路板,然后四周用环氧树脂密封,起到保护内部芯线的作用,最后安装外壳,所以 LED 灯的抗震性能好。运用领域涉及到手机、投射灯、家电等日常家电和机械生产方面。
投射头的灯头需要经常转动角度,转动到需要的方向时又要保持角度。这就造成了转轴阻力设定的矛盾,如果我们将阻力设定的比较大,则投射灯转动不叫吃力,如果我们将阻力设定的较小,则没办法保持角度。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供了可方便调节角度的LED投射灯,能够在轻松的调整角度,且保持角度时稳定性能不会受影响。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决: 可方便调节角度的LED投射灯,包括支架和灯体,所述灯体的左右两端设置与转轴,所述支架上设置有通孔,所述转轴与通孔相配合,所述转轴由磁性材料制成,所述通孔内还设置有磁体,所述磁体一端吸附在转轴上,所述磁体另一端与所述支架相接触。需要调节角度时,我们可以将磁体拉出一定位置,这时转轴的阻力很小,可以方便的调节灯体的角度,当调节完毕需要保持角度时,可以将磁体放开,磁体在磁性的作用下吸附在转轴上,这时转轴转动时,除了要客户转轴与通孔之间的摩擦力,还需要克服磁体与支架之间的摩擦了,因此,静摩擦力大大增加,可以稳固的将灯体保持在任意角度。

参见图1所示,可方便调节角度的LED投射灯,包括支架1和灯体2,所述灯体2的左右两端设置与转轴21,所述支架1上设置有通孔11,所述转轴21与通孔11相配合,所述转轴21由磁性材料制成,所述通孔11内还设置有磁体3,所述磁体3一端吸附在转轴21上,所述磁体3另一端与所述支架1相接触。
需要调节角度时,我们可以将磁体拉出一定位置,这时转轴的阻力很小,可以方便的调节灯体的角度,当调节完毕需要保持角度时,可以将磁体放开,磁体在磁性的作用下吸附在转轴上,这时转轴转动时,除了要客户转轴与通孔之间的摩擦力,还需要克服磁体与支架之间的摩擦了,因此,静摩擦力大大增加,可以稳固的将灯体保持在任意角度。
