本发明涉及轴承技术领域,具体是一种由磁性钢合金,铁硅合金,镍基合金,马氏体不锈钢制成轴承组合配置。
背景技术
多种材料用于一种由磁性钢合金,铁硅合金,镍基合金,马氏体不锈钢制成轴承组合配置,包括如下材料,多种铸铁合金,钢合金,铝合金,铜合金和许多其他金属,各种类型的热塑性和热固性工程塑料,各种玻璃或陶瓷材料,木材和许多其他材料。润滑剂为多种形式和成分,从包括水,润滑油,肥皂,油脂和空气的多种流体,至如石墨,二硫化铝,聚四氟乙烯的固体润滑剂等等。工业设备中亦使用的滚球和滚柱类滚动轴承,滚动轴承的不足之处,实际上不能做到轴承套和滚动体的绝对圆形形表面,不可能做到制成尺寸完全相同的滚动体,轴承零件摩擦部分的高单位载荷,产生疲劳剥落,发生电化学腐蚀,对润滑油的质量和纯度要求高,要求充分润滑等。

本发明的组合件明显减轻电化学腐蚀的破坏作用;配对轴承对方摩擦表面上玻璃态金属陶瓷保护层的微观和宏观几何形状互相精确配合,修理过程中使轴承摩擦表面与轴的表面精确配合,以保证摩擦环境下的的工作性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种由磁性钢合金,铁硅合金,镍基合金,马氏体不锈钢制成轴承组合配置,其特征在于,所述一种由磁性钢合金,铁硅合金,镍基合金,马氏体不锈钢制成轴承组合配置还包括所述的合金衬套,所述合金衬套合金采用铝、铅、锡、铜或其合金等易变形的材料。
