Example 2
The present embodiment provides a unit curtain wall comprising the installation structure of the unit curtain wall grille system in embodiment 1, a unit frame and a unit curtain wall plate 1; and the grid layer comprises a plurality of transverse sun-shading shutters. Specifically, the curtain wall shutter plates 5 in the transverse sun-shading shutter plates in this embodiment are distributed at intervals in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the unit curtain wall plate 1.
The grille system installation steps of the unit curtain wall in this embodiment are as follows
Firstly, finishing a sunshade shutter frame in a factory, which specifically comprises the following steps: the louver is fixed on the aluminum end plate through a louver connecting piece 41;
and secondly, fixing the cantilever support arm 2 on the unit frame, and finishing the framing of the factory.
And thirdly, installing the unit curtain wall plate 1, fixing the unit curtain wall plate 1 on a main structure through a support at a construction site, fixing the adapter piece 6 on the picking piece through a second connecting piece 61, and placing the cushion block 8 in the middle.
Fourth, installing the vertical decorative strip 7, sleeving the vertical decorative strip 7 on the adapter 6 through the pre-opened clamping hole 71, fixing the vertical decorative strip on the adapter 6 by using the third connecting piece 62,
and fifthly, installing the transverse sun-shading shutter, fixing the positioning connecting structure 3 on the vertical decorative strip 7, and then integrally inserting the transverse sun-shading shutter into the positioning mounting groove 31 through the shutter connecting structure 4 and fixing the transverse sun-shading shutter on the positioning connecting structure 3 through the first connecting piece 42. The present embodiment is thus installed.

Claims (7)

1. A mounting structure of a unit curtain wall grille system, which is suitable for mounting the grille system on a unit frame; the unit frame includes stand (11) and crossbeam (12), and installs unit curtain plate (1), its characterized in that, the mounting structure of unit curtain grid system includes:
the positioning connection structure (3) is directly or indirectly arranged on an outward-protruding support arm (2) of the unit curtain wall, a first end (21) of the outward-protruding support arm (2) is connected with the unit frame, and a second end (22) of the outward-protruding support arm extends out of the unit curtain wall plate (1); the positioning connection structure (3) is arranged on at least one side of the second end (22) of the cantilever arm (2) and at least comprises a first plate (32);
the shutter connecting structure (4) is connected with one end of the curtain wall shutter (5) and is suitable for being arranged on the upper surface of the first plate (32) and being positioned in height by the upper surface of the first plate (32); the shutter connecting structure (4) is an aluminum end plate with the thickness of 5mm, and the curtain wall shutter (5) is connected to the end plate by using a shutter connecting piece (41); the shutter connecting piece (41) is a self-tapping screw;
the first end (21) of the cantilever support arm (2) is connected with the upright post (11) of the unit frame, and at least one side of the upright post (11) is connected with the cantilever support arm (2);
the first plate (32) is a horizontal plate;
the length extending direction of the positioning connecting structure (3) is consistent with the length extending direction of the cantilever support arm (2);
the positioning connection structure (3) further comprises a second plate (33), the second plate (33) is a vertical plate, one side of the second plate is connected with the second end (22) of the cantilever arm (2), and the other side of the second plate is connected with the first plate (32);
a positioning mounting groove (31) suitable for mounting the shutter connecting structure (4) is formed on one side, far away from the cantilever support arm (2), of the positioning connecting structure (3), and the lower groove wall of the positioning mounting groove (31) is the first plate (32);
the cross section of the groove wall of the positioning and mounting groove (31) is C-shaped, and the positioning and mounting groove is suitable for enabling the shutter connecting structure (4) to be inserted into the positioning and mounting groove (31) along the length extending direction of the positioning and connecting structure (3) in a clamping mode, and preventing the shutter connecting structure (4) from being separated from the positioning and mounting groove (31) in the lateral direction.

The mounting structure of the unitized curtain wall grille system according to claim 1, characterized in that an adapter (6) is connected between the positioning connection structure (3) and the overhanging support arm (2), one end of the adapter (6) is connected to the second end (22) of the overhanging support arm (2), the other end extends away from the overhanging support arm (2), and the length extension direction of the adapter (6) is consistent with the length extension direction of the overhanging support arm (2); one side of the adapter piece (6) far away from the cantilever support arm (2) is directly or indirectly connected with the positioning connection structure (3).
