Meanwhile, the wet-mixed plastering mortar also has the characteristics of strong plasticity, stable quality, good durability, convenient construction, environmental protection, sanitation and the like. The common dry-mixed plastering mortar is prepared by mixing cement, river sand and clear water, and plays roles of heat preservation and decoration on buildings after hardening, and the common dry-mixed plastering mortar does not have the advantages of wet-mixed plastering mortar. However, the existing wet-mixed plastering mortar still has the problem of easy shrinkage and cracking after being hardened, and the application of the existing wet-mixed plastering mortar in thin-layer plastering engineering is limited.
The alkali mud is waste material of alkali factory, also called salt mud and white mud, and is mud discharged in the process of preparing chlorine, hydrogen and caustic soda by using salt as main raw material and using electrolysis method in alkali-making industry, and its main components are: mg (OH)2、CaCO3、BaSO4And silt. At present, 1.5t-2.5t of alkali mud is generated every 1t of alkali is prepared, and a general alkali plant usually adopts a burying mode to treat the alkali mud, wherein the treatment mode not only pollutes the environment, but also consumes huge cost.
Slag is a melt floating on the surface of liquid materials such as metals generated in the pyrometallurgical process, and is also called as slag, the composition of the slag is mainly oxides (silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, calcium oxide and magnesium oxide), sulfides are often contained, a small amount of metals are carried in the slag, and the slag is used as a waste, not only occupies the field, but also pollutes the environment.
If the alkali mud and the slag can be utilized to produce the wet-mixed plastering mortar which is not easy to shrink and crack and is suitable for thin-layer plastering, the problem of pollution of the alkali mud and the slag is solved, and the production cost of the wet-mixed plastering mortar is reduced, the method has important significance.

The embodiment of the invention provides wet-mixed plastering mortar, which comprises cement, water, alkaline mud, furnace slag, mineral powder and sand; the weight portions of the components are as follows: 180 parts of cement 140-containing materials, 240 parts of water, 30-50 parts of alkaline mud, 40-60 parts of furnace slag, 50-70 parts of mineral powder and 1400 parts of sand 1340-containing materials. In the wet-mixed plastering mortar, Mg (OH) in the alkali mud2In alkaline environment with CO in air2The reaction produces basic magnesium carbonateThe basic magnesium carbonate has excellent shrinkage compensation capacity, so that shrinkage cracking of the wet-mixed plastering mortar after hardening can be effectively prevented, and the wear resistance of the wet-mixed plastering mortar can be greatly improved; and the calcium carbonate and the barium sulfate in the alkali mud belong to very stable metal salts, so that the plasticity of the mortar can be greatly enhanced, and excellent working performance can be obtained. The wet-mixed plastering mortar is added with furnace slag to replace the common fly ash, can be matched with alkali mud, improves the bonding tensile strength of the mortar, and is beneficial to further reducing the dry shrinkage of the mortar.
The wet-mixed plastering mortar has good plasticity, high bonding degree, difficult drying cracking during use, smooth surface and good heat preservation effect by compounding the alkali mud and the furnace slag, and is not only suitable for conventional inner and outer wall plastering, but also particularly suitable for thin-layer plastering. Meanwhile, after the alkali mud and the slag are doped, a mortar plasticizer is not required to be added, and the obtained wet-mixed plastering mortar still has good plasticity and bonding degree. In addition, the alkali mud and the slag are adopted to replace the cement and the fly ash, so that the consumption of the cement is less compared with the conventional wet-mixed plastering mortar, and the production cost is greatly reduced.
It is understood that the weight portions of the components in the wet-mixed plastering mortar can be reasonably adjusted within the range, such as: 140, 150, 160, 170 or 180 parts of cement, 30, 35, 40, 45 or 50 parts of alkali mud, 40, 45, 50, 55 or 60 parts of slag, 50, 55, 60, 65 or 70 parts of ore powder and 1340, 1360, 1380 or 1400 parts of sand.
