when the electromagnet is electrified, the magnetic force generated by the adsorbing body (11) can adsorb the clamping end plate (4) close to the adsorbing body until the clamping end plate is tightly connected with the adsorbing body (11), and as the head end of the lower plate body (1) is made of a non-magnetic material, after the clamping end plate (4) is tightly connected with the adsorbing body (11), the lower plate body (1) cannot move under the blocking action of the lower plate blocking body (13), so that the head end of the lower plate body (1) is in a non-tightly connected or separated state with the clamping end plate (4), and favorable conditions are provided for increasing, withdrawing and checking paper medical records or arranging paper medical records;
