Paper dust collector
Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to the field of papermaking industry, in particular to a paper surface dust removal device for composite paper production.
Background
With the increasing living standard of people, people have higher and higher requirements on packaging decoration, for example, for paper used as cigarette boxes, high-grade wine boxes, bowl boxes and the like which need to be compounded or printed, on the basis of attractive appearance and durability, the paper also generally requires mildew-proof and fresh-keeping effects. The transfer paper is more and more widely applied to high-grade printed matters as environment-friendly composite transfer paper (comprising transfer gold-plated paper, transfer aluminum-plated paper, laser paper for transferring full pictures and texts, and the like), and particularly the transfer aluminum-plated paper (comprising holographic aluminum-plated transfer paper, which belongs to the type of composite transfer paper).
In the composite paper production system, the unwinding of the base paper is used as a starting point of the whole system, and the quality of the unwinding paper can influence the quality of subsequent compounding or printing. Because a large amount of dust, paper scraps, even plastic particles and the like are adsorbed on the base paper, if the base paper is not cleaned, the paper can locally form bubble points in the subsequent processing, and the product quality is influenced. Therefore, in the existing composite paper production system, a paper surface dust removal device is often arranged after the base paper is unreeled to remove dust and particles adsorbed on the base paper.
However, the conventional paper dust removing device mainly adopts an electrostatic dust remover arranged on one side of the base paper binding surface to absorb dust, paper scraps and the like on the paper surface, although the investment is small, the dust removing effect is poor, and the dust removing capability of the dust remover is greatly reduced after a certain amount of dust is accumulated on the dust remover. Some devices are provided with a blower, dust is blown off by blowing, but the dust is not removed and is scattered in a workshop, and the dust is possibly adhered to a paper surface on which the dust is removed again, so that useless work is done.

Referring to fig. 2, it is a cross-sectional structure diagram of a dust removing device in the paper dust removing device of the present application.
Referring to fig. 3, a perspective view of a dust removing device in the paper dust removing device of the present application is shown.
As can be seen from fig. 2 and 3, the dust removing device 100 includes a dust removing net 130, a first fixing roller 110 and a second fixing roller 120 located inside the dust removing net 130, a fastening screw 140 and an adhesive tape 150;
the first fixed roller 110 is positioned below the second fixed roller 120, and the first fixed roller 110 is parallel to the second fixed roller 120;
the dust removing net 130 is fixed to the second fixing roll 120 by the fastening screw 140;
the width of the dusting net 130 is between the length of the first fixed roll 110 and the width of the base paper;
both sides of the dust-removing net 130 are connected to the first fixing roll 110 and the second fixing roll 120 via the adhesive tape 150.
Referring to fig. 6, it is a partial structure diagram of a dust removing net in the paper dust removing device of the present application.
As can be seen from fig. 6, the dust removing net 130 includes a dust removing portion 131 and a standby portion 132 which are in contact with the paper surface;
as can be seen from the above technical solutions, the dust removing device 100 provided in this embodiment is composed of the second fixing roller 120, the first fixing roller 110 and the dust removing net 130 covering the surfaces of the two fixing rollers, the two ends of the first fixing roller 110 and the second fixing roller 120 are fixed on the second supporting plate 2, the upper portion of the dust removing net 130 is fixed to the second fixing roller 120 through the fastening screw 140, and the two sides of the dust removing net 130 are respectively adhered to the first fixing roller and the second fixing roller by the adhesive tape 150.
Further, since the upper end of the dust-removing net 130 is fixed to the second fixing roller 120 by the fastening screw 140, the dust-removing net 130 cannot rotate due to the restriction of the fastening screw 140; also, the dust-removing net 130 is fixed in the axial direction of the first fixed roll 110 or the second fixed roll 120 due to the restriction of the tape 150. Therefore, when the lower end of the dust-removing net 130 is in contact with the paper surface, the position of the dust-removing part 131 of the dust-removing net 130 is fixed.
Furthermore, when the device works for a long time, the surface roughness of the dust removing part 131 of the dust removing net 130 is gradually reduced due to long-term friction with the paper surface, so that the dust removing effect is gradually reduced; on the other hand, cleaning for a long time causes clogging of the wire net, and also causes a reduction in cleaning effect. In the dust removing device 100 provided in this embodiment, the fastening screw 140 is adopted to fix the dust removing net 130, so that the fastening screw 140 and the adhesive tape 150 can be removed, the dust removing net 130 is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise by a certain distance, the dust removing part 131 is moved to the original position of the spare part 132, and then the fastening screw 140 and the adhesive tape 150 are used to fix the dust removing net 130, so that the dust removing device 100 can continue to work, the utilization rate of the dust removing net 130 is increased, and the dust removing net 130 is prevented from being frequently replaced.
According to the technical scheme, the working process of the paper dust removal device provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: the base paper for composite production is led out by the unwinding device 3, and the surface of the base paper to be cleaned is contacted with the dust removal device 100 through the adjustment of the guide roller, because of the guide effect and the tensioning effect of the guide roller group 4, the base paper is tightly attached to the dust removal device 100, the dust removal net 130 is fixed and is of a metal net structure, and when the dust removal net 130 and the moving base paper move relatively, impurities on the base paper can be intercepted or adsorbed by the net structure, so that the purpose of dust removal is achieved.
Referring to fig. 4, a perspective view of a second fixed roller in a paper dust removing device of the present application is shown.
Optionally, the second fixing roller 120 is provided with two V-shaped inner holes 121, the V-shaped inner holes 121 are matched with the fastening screws 140, the two V-shaped inner holes 121 are located at two sides of the second fixing roller 120, and a distance between the two V-shaped inner holes 121 is greater than a width of the base paper.
Furthermore, as the position of the dust removing net 130 needs to be adjusted after a certain time, the V-shaped inner hole 121 is matched with the fastening screw 140, so that the screw connection has higher stability; the distance between the V-shaped inner holes 121 is larger than the width of the base paper, so that the fixed position of the fastening screw 140 is not contacted with the base paper when rotating to the dust removing part 131, and the dust removing effect is prevented from being adversely affected.
Optionally, the dust removing net 130 is formed by rolling a wire mesh, and the connecting head 133 of the dust removing net 130 is located on the spare part 132.
Further, since the surface of the connector 133 may be uneven and easily scratch the surface of the base paper, the connector 133 should be kept out of the range of the dust removing part 131 during the rotation of the dust removing net 130.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a unwinding device in a paper dust collector of the present application.
Optionally, the unwinding device 3 includes an unwinding roller 31, a paper roll 32 and a first guide roller 33, and the unwinding roller 31 is located at the center of the paper roll 32; the first guide roller 33 is positioned between the unwinding roller 31 and the first fixing roller 110.
Further, the first guide roller 33 is provided in the direction in which the base paper is guided out, so that the base paper reaching the dust removing device 100 is in a tensioned state, and the paper surface is prevented from curling.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view of a partial structure of a guide roller set in a paper dust collector of the present application.
Optionally, the guide roller set 4 includes a second guide roller 41, a third guide roller 42 and a fourth guide roller 43 which are parallel to each other, the second guide roller 41, the fourth guide roller 43 and the second fixing roller 120 are located on the same horizontal plane, and the third guide roller 42 and the first fixing roller 110 are located on the same horizontal plane.
Furthermore, when the base paper passes through the guide rollers, the larger the included angle between the moving direction close to the guide rollers and the direction far away from the guide rollers is, the larger the supporting force of the base paper on the guide rollers is, and at this time, a larger traction force is needed to pull the base paper to advance, in this embodiment, the guide roller group 4 is formed by distributing three guide rollers in a vertically staggered manner, so that the moving direction of the base paper after dust removal is changed for three times, and the included angles of the moving direction of the base paper before and after passing through the second guide roller 41 and the third guide roller 42 are all larger than 90 degrees, so that the tension of the base paper is increased, the base paper is prevented from being loosened to generate the movement in the axis direction, and further the composite size precision in the.
Furthermore, since the paper surface tension is too high and paper breakage is easily caused, in this embodiment, it is preferable that the projections of the axes of the second guide roller 41, the third guide roller 42 and the fourth guide roller 43 on the second support plate 2 are regular triangles, that is, the moving direction of the base paper after passing through the second guide roller 41 and the third guide roller 42 is changed by 120 °, so that the optimal paper surface tension can be obtained.
Optionally, the dust removing net 130 is made of a 100-mesh wire mesh.
Furthermore, the mesh size of the wire mesh screen has an important influence on the dust removal effect, and the excessive mesh can scratch the paper surface; too small mesh leads to easy blockage of the mesh and poor cleaning effect. In this embodiment, a 100-mesh wire mesh is preferable, and the dust removal effect is good without damaging the surface of the base paper.
According to the technical scheme, the paper surface dust removal device provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a first support plate 1, a second support plate 2, an unwinding device 3, a guide roller set 4 and a dust removal device 100, wherein the unwinding device 3 is arranged on the first support plate 1; the second support plate 2 is provided with the dust removing device 100 and the guide roller set 4, and the dust removing device 100 is positioned between the first support plate 1 and the guide roller set 4; the dust removing device 100 comprises a dust removing net 130, a first fixing roller 110 and a second fixing roller 120 which are positioned in the dust removing net 130, a fastening screw 140 and an adhesive tape 150; the first fixed roller 110 is positioned below the second fixed roller 120, and the first fixed roller 110 is parallel to the second fixed roller 120; the dust removing net 130 is fixed to the second fixing roll 120 by the fastening screw 140; the dust removing net 130 includes a dust removing part 131 and a spare part 132 which are in contact with the paper surface; the width of the dusting net 130 is between the length of the first fixed roll 110 and the width of the base paper; both sides of the dust-removing net 130 are connected to the first fixing roll 110 and the second fixing roll 120 via the adhesive tape 150. The paper dust collector that this application embodiment provided scrapes the dust, wastepaper and the plastic granules of paper through setting up at the outside dust removal net of first fixed roll, second fixed roll and body paper contact, and the paper dust collector simple structure of this application clears away effectually, and the net utilization ratio that just removes dust is high, and the finished product is low, easily changes.
